对新型钴基高温合金Co-Al-V合金进行高温热压缩变形实验,实验变形温度为800℃~1050℃,应变速率为0.001~1 s^(-1).实验结果表明在低温低应变速率(800℃,0.001 s^(-1))、较低温较高应变速率(950℃,0.1 s^(-1))和高温高应变速率(1050℃,1 s^(-1))时,合金发生动态再结晶后出现孪晶,流变应力曲线也表现出达到峰值后先下降再上升的趋势,在变形温度为800℃和950℃时,高应变速率下更容易出现孪晶,随着应变速率降低,动态再结晶程度逐渐变高,在变形温度为1050℃时,低应变速率下容易出现孪晶,随着应变速率的降低,动态再结晶程度逐渐降低.随着变形温度的升高,动态再结晶程度变高,再结晶晶粒尺寸逐渐变大.通过对EBSD测试结果分析,高温低应变速率(1050℃,0.001 s^(-1))条件下的再结晶晶粒尺寸相较于高温高应变速率(1050℃,1 s^(-1))条件下的更大,高温下的孪晶界以Σ3边界为主,并且高温下应变速率越低,Σ3边界分数越高.为优化新型钴基高温合金的加工工艺提供理论依据.

We have summarized our recent work in the area of novel silica-based optical fibers, which can be classified into two types: silica optical fiber doped with special elements including Bi, Al, and Ce, and micro-structured multi-core fibers. For element-doped optical fiber, the Bi/Al co-doped silica fibers could exhibit a fluorescence spectrum covering the wavelength range between 1000 and 1400 nm with a full width at half maximum(FWHM) of about 150 nm, which enables its use in fiber amplifiers and laser systems. The Ce-doped fiber's center wavelengths of excitation and emission are about 340 and 430 nm, respectively. The sapphire-derived fiber(SDF) with high alumina dopant concentration in the core can form mullite through heating and cooling with arc-discharge treatment. This SDF can be further developed for an intrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometric that can withstand 1200 ℃, which allows it to be used in high-temperature sensing applications. Owing to the strong evanescent field, microstructured multi-core fiber can be used in a wide range of applications in biological fiber optic sensing, chemical measurement, and interference-related devices. Coaxial-core optical fiber is another novel kind of silica-based optical fiber that has two coaxial waveguide cores and can be used for optical trapping and micro-particle manipulation by generating a highly focused conical optical field. The recent developments of these novel fibers are discussed.

The dehydration-responsive element-binding factor （DREB） is a plant-specific family of transcription factors and plays an important role in plant response and adaptation to abiotic stress. In the present work, two highly similar CBF/DREB l-like genes, designated as PhCBF4a and PhCBF4b, were identified from Populus hopeiensis. These two genes contain all conserved domains known to exist in other CBF/DREB1 genes. In the AP2 domain, there is only one different amino acid residue between PhCBF4a and PhCBF4b, alanine or valine, a nonpolar amino acid, suggesting that PhCBF4a and PhCBF4b may have similar DNA binding ability. Their expression is induced by water-loss treatment and their expression patterns are similar. Moreover, with a genomic DNA as template, the presence of the same bands in PCR products as those in expression pattern analysis indicated that PhCBF4a and PhCBF4b exist in the genome ofP. hopeiensis. Their detailed functions are discussed and will need further study.

The Film Copy Deliverer Problem (FDP),much more difficult than TSP,is a new problem in the combination optimization. In this paper,a new algorithm is introduced. First,the FDP is converted to TSP. Then an evolutionary algorithm based on inversion operator is adopted. Compared with other Genetic Algorithms,it is not only more simple and easier to realize but also faster and more accurate.

We present a high-definition （HD） 3D laparoscopic system including a dual channel optical system, two cameras, a camera control unit （CCU）, and an HD 3D monitor. This laparoscopic system is capable of outputting dual high-definition videos and providing vivid 3D images. A modified pinhole camera model is used for camera calibration and a new method of depth measurement to improve precision. The average error of depth measurement measured by experiment （about 1.13 mm） was small in proportion to the large range in distance of the system （10-150 mm）. The new method is applicable to any calibrated binocular vision system.

Economic load dispatch (ELD) is an important optimization task in power systems. In the previous works, various researchers attempted to address this problem by both mathmatical and heuristic optimization algorithms. However, there are still two practically important issues that have not attracted sufficient attention: 1) the stability of these algorithms cannot be effectively ensured; 2) the performance of these algorithms on large scale ELD optimization tasks remains to be unsatisfactory. CLPSO is an effective global optimization algorithm. To strengthen the convergence ability of CLPSO, the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) is introduced into it. This results in a new algorithm hybrid of comprehensive learning particle swarm optimization and sequential quadratic programming (SQP-CLPSO). To assess the performance of SQP-CLPSO, it is compared with several state-of-the-art evolutionary algorithms (EAs) on the classical ELD optimization problems. Experimental results show that SQP-CLPSO has very good abilities of convergence, diversity maintainence and scalability, which make it suitable for complex ELD problems.

Cation segregation on cathode surfaces plays a key role in determining the activity and operational stability of solid oxide fuel cells（SOFCs）.The double perovskite oxide PrBa0.8Ca0.2Co2O5+δ（PBCC） has been widely studied as an active cathode but still suffer from serious detrimental *** enhance the cathode stability,a PBCC derived A-site medium-entropy Pr0.6La0.1Nd0.1Sm0.1Gd0.1Ba0.8Ca0.2Co2O5+δ（ME-PBCC） oxide was prepared and its segregation behaviors were investigated under different *** with initial PBCC oxide,the segregations of BaO and Co3O4on the surface of ME-PBCC material are significantly suppressed,especially for Co3O4,which is attributed to its higher configuration *** results also confirm the improved electrochemical performance and structural stability of ME-PBCC material,enabling it as a promising cathode for SOFCs.

A58-year old male patient was admitted to our .hospital with repeated coughing, expectoration withblood in the sputum for more than 10 months, bilateral wrists and ankles with pain and afternoon low fever, chest tightness and shortness of breath in the latest one month. The patient had a history of joint pain for more than 3 years without special treatment. He had a smoking history for more than 30 years with 10 cigarettes a day. He had no family tumor history. Physical examination： T 38.5℃, P 100/min, R 22/min, blood pressure （BP） 107/77 mmHg; the double upper fingers visible clubbing, bilateral supraclavicular lymph node not feelable, left inferior pulmonary respiratory sounds disappeared, and wet and dry sounds not heard.

From the perspective of resource-theoretic approach,this study explores the quantification of imaginary in quantum *** propose a well defined measure of imaginarity,the geometric-like measure of *** with the usual geometric imaginarity measure,this geometric-like measure of imaginarity exhibits smaller decay difference under quantum noisy channels and higher *** applications,we show that both the optimal probability of state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations,and the maximal probability of stochastic-approximate state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations with a given fidelity f,are given by the geometric-like measure of imaginarity.
