目的了解我国手术室护理人力资源管理现状,为我国手术室护理管理、人力资源配置、护理教育与培训等提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样法,于2021年7月采用自制的中华护理学会手术室护理人力资源调查问卷作为研究工具,对我国31个省、自治区、直辖市的2201所医院的一般情况、手术工作量、人力资源配置、手术室管理、手术室信息化建设、护理教育与培训等内容进行调查。结果2201所医院中,三级医院1021所(46.39%)、二级医院1117所(50.75%)、一级及以下医院63所(2.86%)。手术间数量2056所,占93.41%;年手术例次数2万例的医院1991所,占90.46%;手术室护士的学历以本科学历为主(66.93%,43359/64780),本科及以上学历共占67.99%(44045/64780);职称以护师为主(42.66%,27632/64780);手术间数量∶手术室护士数量(中位数)为1∶2.43;78.96%(1738/2201)的医院手术室由护理部或医院管理。1479所(67.20%)医院手术室设立了麻醉恢复室,高于2016年调查的59.34%(1210所),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=226.701,P1)。手术室已开展岗位管理及能力分级管理的医院分别占74.69%(1644/2201)、87.87%(1934/2201);已开展日间手术及机器人手术的医院分别占47.80%(1052/2201)、7.68%(169/2201)。36.98%(814/2201)的医院已通过信息化评价体系认证;64.61%(1422/2201)的医院已使用手术室信息管理系统;医院手术室信息系统中有智能化功能的占整体医院的2.54%(56/2201);77.24%(1700/2201)的医院参与了手术室专科护士资质培训。结论截至2021年7月,我国大部分医院手术间数量2万例,手术室护士的学历和职称分别以本科、护师为主;>60%的医院设立了麻醉恢复室,且拥有手术室信息化管理系统。同时,我国医院手术室已广泛开展了岗位管理、能力分级管理等多元化护理管理模式。

目的分析山东省恙虫病的三间分布特征及空间和时空聚集性,探索高风险区,为制定防治策略和控制措施提供科学依据。方法利用描述流行病学方法、空间自相关分析和时空聚集性分析描述山东省2006-2021年恙虫病的时空分布特征并确定高风险地区,采用ArcGIS 10.8软件对结果进行可视化。结果山东省2006-2021年共报告恙虫病病例10207例,年均发病率0.64/10万,发病率呈先上升后下降的趋势。病例呈单峰分布,主要集中在40~10-11月。逐年发病率全局Moran’s I指数为0.203~0.676(均P2006-2021年空间聚集区呈现从中部向南部和东部扩大的趋势。时空扫描发现1个高发病率时空聚集区,时间为2014年10月-2017年11月,中心为日照市东港区,辐射半径为199.11 km[相对危险度(RR)值=8.24,最大对数似然比(LLR)值=4107.176,P1)]。结论2006-2021年山东省恙虫病发病率先上升后下降,且存在显著的时空聚集性,高发病聚集区不断扩大,应在高发地区、高发季节对重点人群采取有效防控措施。

Using e^(+)e^(−)annihilation data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb^(−1)taken at the center-of-mass energy√s=3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector,a joint amplitude analysis is performed on the decays D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η).The fit fractions of individual components are obtained,and large interferences among the dominant components of the decays D^(0)→a_(1)(1260)π,D^(0)→π(1300)π,D^(0)→ρ(770)ρ(770),and D^(0)→2(ππ)_(S)are observed in both *** the obtained amplitude model,the CP-even fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are determined to be(75.2±1.1_(stat).±1.5_(syst.))%and(68.9±1.5_(stat).±2.4_(syst.))%,*** branching fractions of D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(+)π^(−)and D^(0)→π^(+)π^(−)π^(0)π^(0)(non-η)are measured to be(0.688±0.010_(stat.)±0.010_(syst.))%and(0.951±0.025_(stat.)±0.021_(syst.))%,*** amplitude analysis provides an important model for the binning strategy in measuring the strong phase parameters of D^(0)→4πwhen used to determine the CKM angleγ(ϕ_(3))via the B^(−)→DK^(−)decay.

在“人-机-物”三元融合、泛在计算的时代蓝海下,“开放多变”“需求多样”和“场景复杂”的软件部署和运行环境对开源软件库生态的治理技术提出了更多需求和更高期望.为进一步推动构建可信软件供应链生态,围绕泛在计算模式、打造自主可控的技术体系,聚焦于开源软件库管理生态,收集近20多年来(2001–2023)发表于软件工程领域较高影响力的学术期刊和会议的348篇论文,对开源软件库生态治理技术的研究工作进行梳理.讨论开源软件库生态的建模与分析、演化与维护、质量保证和管理等方面的工作,总结研究现状、问题、挑战与趋势.

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of the heated gel mattress for prevention of heat loss on preterm infants with hypothermia during the transport systematically and objectively. Methods： Systematic searches on PubMed, EM- BASE, Cochrane library, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI, Wanfang and VIP were performed for randomized controlled trials （RCTs） or quasi-RCTs which explored the effects of heated gel mattress on prevention of hypothermia in premature infants relative to conventional alternatives. Studies were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracted data and assessed quality. Then, meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis were performed by RevMan 5.3 and TSA vO.9 software developed at the Copenhagen Clinical Trials center in Denmark, independently. Results： This systematic review included 10 studies which comprised 7 RCTs and 3 quasi-RCTs, encompassing 773 patients. The results of meta-analysis showed that in heated gel mattress group admission temperature on neonatal intensive care unit （SMD, 0.63; 95% CI, 0.40 to 0.87; P = 0.00）, incidence of hypothermia （RR, 0.73; 95% CI, 0.57 to 0.93; P = 0.01） and hyperthermia （RR, 1.82; 95% CI, 1.31 to 2.541 P = 0.00） compared with the control group had significantly statistical difference; however, there was no significant difference in admission temperature on exothermic mattresses or TransWarmer mattress group, mortality, sepsis, retinopathy of prematurity, intraventricular hemorrhage Ⅲ/Ⅳ between two groups, trial sequential analysis confirmed that the pooled results of admission temperature on neonatal intensive care unit and hyperthermia were stable and reliable; but the combination of low-temperature incidence and mortality indicators suggested that the sample size was insufficient. The number ofψ(3686)events collected by the BESⅢdetector during the 2021 run period is determined to be(2259.3±11.1)×10~6 by counting inclusiveψ(3686)hadronic *** uncertainty is systematic and the statistical uncertainty is ***,the numbers ofψ(3686)events collected during the 2009 and 2012run periods are updated to be(107.7±0.6)×10~6 and(345.4±2.6)×10~6,*** numbers are consistent with the previous measurements within one standard *** total number ofψ(3686)events in the three data samples is(2712.4±14.3)×10~6.

刺果瓜是一种入侵杂草,具有侵略的蔓延习性,可侵染多种作物,包括玉米、大豆等,入侵后可导致严重减产并增加管理成本。利用生态位模型和地理信息系统预测现代和未来气候背景下,刺果瓜在辽宁省的潜在分布格局,运用遥感数据提取刺果瓜在辽宁省高适生区的玉米分布情况并计算农业经济损失,为相关部门更精准的监测和治理刺果瓜在辽宁省的扩散提供理论依据。研究结果表明:现代气候背景下,刺果瓜在辽宁省的高适生区面积为6.07×10^(4)km^(2),占辽宁省总土地面积的39%,中适生区面积为3.97×10^(4)km^(2),占辽宁省总土地面积的28%,低适生区面积为4.26×10^(4)km^(2),占辽宁省总土地面积的26%。气候变化背景下,刺果瓜在辽宁省的入侵范围将显著增加,几乎扩展为全区域适生,最适宜区域的重心在未来呈现向高纬度和西北方向转移的变化趋势。影响刺果瓜分布的主要环境因子为年降雨量、年平均气温、太阳辐射(1,2,8月)、海拔、土壤酸碱度、土壤基本饱和度、温度年较差,高程和土壤因子对模型的贡献率明显小于气候因子,降雨和温度是影响刺果瓜分布的重要环境因素。刺果瓜在高适生区入侵10%玉米田面积基础上,可能对辽宁省造成的经济损失高达4.3亿元,应在辽宁省范围内开展日常监测,重点对辽南和辽东的玉米种植区进行普查。
