Interception time and uncertainty optimization for tangent-impulse orbit interception problem

The traditional tangent impulse interception problem does not consider the influence of actual deviation.However,by taking the actual state deviation of the interceptor into the orbit design process,an interception orbit that is more robust than the nominal orbit can be obtained.Therefore,we study the minimum time interception problem and the minimum terminal interception error problem under tangent impulse conditions and give an orbit optimization method that considers the interception time and the interception uncertainty.First,we express the interceptor's transfer time equation as a form of flight path angle,establish a global optimization model for solving the minimum time tangent impulse interception and give a hybrid optimization algorithm based on Augmented Lagrange Genetic Algorithm-Sequential Quadratic Programming(ALGA-SQP).Secondly,we use the universal time equation and Bootstrap resampling technology to calculate the interceptor's terminal error distribution and establish the relevant global optimization model by using the circumscribed cuboid volume of the interceptor's terminal position error ellipsoid as the optimization index.Finally,we combined the above two singleobjective optimization models to establish a global multi-objective optimization model that considers interception time and interception uncertainty and gave a hybrid multi-objective optimization algorithm based on Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm Ⅱ-Goal Achievement Method(NSGA2-GAM).The simulation example verifies the effectiveness of this method.

复杂结构物自由表面砰击问题,如空投鱼雷、水空无人航行器潜水和高速船出入水,一直是海洋工程领域的研究热点。本文采用梯度增量level-set和虚拟网格法数值模拟复杂结构物的入水砰击,采用时间半隐式有限差分法求解不可压缩Navier-Stokes方程,虚拟网格法可重构复杂结构物界面插值模块并施加无滑移边界条件,梯度增量level-set法可捕捉非线性自由表面翻卷、射流等物理现象。基于以上方法模拟二维圆柱的常速入水砰击,并与试验和数值结果对比,验证本文数值方法的正确性。最后,数值模拟二维船型剖面和飞机剖面的入水砰击,分析了冲击压力、运动响应、压力分布和自由表面运动随入水角度的变化规律。同时,通过模拟可观察到复杂结构浸入水中后的流体分离、射流和小角度空气腔等典型砰击物理现象。

目的分析新生儿肠道感染并发坏死性小肠结肠炎(NEC)病原学特点及血清降钙素原(PCT)、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和中性粒细胞活化肽-78(ENA-78)的早期诊断价值。方法选取2019年2月-2021年2月南通大学附属妇幼保健院新生儿科收治的80例肠道感染患儿为研究对象,根据是否合并NEC分为NEC组24例与非NEC组56例,并选取同期住院的40例无肠道感染的新生儿为对照组,统计NEC组患儿病原学分布特点,检测三组患儿血清PCT、hs-CRP及ENA-78水平,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析三指标诊断NEC早期的临床价值。结果24例NEC组患儿共分离出35株病原菌,其中革兰阴性菌居多占57.14%;三组血清PCT、hsCRP及ENA-78水平比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),且NEC组高于非NEC组及对照组(P<0.05);ROC曲线结果显示,血清PCT、hs-C RP、ENA-78对NEC均具有较高的诊断价值,曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.835、0.920、0.933,三指标联合诊断价值更高,AUC为0.955。结论肠道感染并发NEC病原菌以革兰阴性菌居多,血清PCT、hs-CRP及ENA-78联合检测在NEC早期诊断中具有较高的应用价值。

稳定表达马NLRP3 HEK293T细胞系的构建及用于马NLRP3炎性小体的研究

为构建稳定表达马NOD样受体热蛋白结构域相关蛋白3(eqNLRP3)的细胞系,并用于eqNLRP3炎性小体激活的研究,本研究采用同源重组的方法将经PCR扩增的eqNLRP3和GFP基因克隆至pLPCX中,构建重组表达质粒pLPCX-Flag-eqNLRP3-GFP,经PCR和测序鉴定正确后与pCGP、pVSV-G共转染HEK293T细胞,48 h后获得携带eqNLRP3的慢病毒。将该慢病毒感染HEK293T细胞,并采用嘌呤霉素筛选携带绿色荧光(GFP+)的单克隆细胞。采用western blot鉴定该细胞中eqNLRP3蛋白的表达、反应原性及细胞遗传稳定性。Western blot结果显示在146.1 ku处出现特异性条带,且传至1、4、7、10代的细胞均出现该条带,表明获得稳定表达eqNLRP3蛋白的HEK293T细胞系HEK293Teq NLRP3(2G1细胞)。采用NLRP3特异性激活剂尼日利亚菌素(Nig)处理2G1细胞1 h;将表达质粒pCDNA3.1-eqASC-HA转染2G1细胞,加入Nig处理1 h,采用激光共聚焦显微镜分别观察上述细胞中e NLRP3的聚化状态,及在2G1细胞中表达eqASC后能否形成ASC斑点(eqNLRP3-eqASC的复合物,即NLRP3炎性小体激活的典型特征)。结果显示,正常2G1细胞中呈绿色荧光的eqNLRP3弥散分布于细胞质中,加入Nig后弥散的eqNLRP3在细胞质中形成典型绿色荧光的点状聚集。转染表达eqASC质粒的2G1细胞中出现的红色荧光(eqASC)主要在细胞质中呈弥散性分布;转染表达eqASC的2G1细胞用Nig处理后形成2.5μm的中间呈绿色荧光四周呈红色荧光的典型ASC斑点。上述结果表明2G1细胞可以响应特异性激活剂并诱导eqNLRP3的聚化,招募ASC形成ASC斑点。将本实验室构建的iGLuc报告系统中的4种表达炎性小体蛋白质粒分别与EIV各蛋白对应质粒共转染HEK293T细胞,24 h后利用该报告系统检测各组细胞中的荧光素酶活性;采用western blot检测各共转染细胞中各EIV蛋白的表达对该系统中4种炎性小体蛋白表达的影响,通过上述两个试验筛选能够激活eqNLRP3炎性小体的EIV蛋白。iGLuc报告系统检测结果显示,仅表达EIV M2蛋白质粒的细胞上清中荧光素酶活性显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.05);western blot结果显示,EIV M2蛋白的表达对4种炎性小体蛋白的表达均无明显影响,表明EIV M2蛋白激活了eqNLRP3炎性小体。将表达EIV M2蛋白及表达eqASC的质粒共转染2G1细胞,24 h后经激光共聚焦显微镜观察以进一步验证上述结果。结果显示,该组细胞中带绿色荧光的eqNLRP3出现点状聚集,并招募细胞质中带红色荧光的eqASC形成了ASC斑点,与i GLuc报告系统筛选结果一致。上述结果表明,EIV感染对HEK293Teq NLRP3细胞系中的eqNLRP3产生了聚化效应,并招募ASC形成ASC斑点。本研究建立了稳定表达eqNLRP3蛋白的HEK293T细胞系,为马属动物病原感染激活NLRP3炎性小体的评价奠定了物质基础。

Research on ozone formation sensitivity based on observational methods:Development history,methodology,and application and prospects in China

Observation-based method for O_(3)formation sensitivity research is an important tool to analyze the causes of ground-level O_(3)pollution,which has broad application potentials in determining the O_(3)pollution formation mechanism and developing prevention and control strategies.This paper outlined the development history of research on O_(3)formation sensitivity based on observational methods,described the principle and applicability of the methodology,summarized the relative application results in China and provided recommendations on the prevention and control of O_(3)pollution in China based on relevant study results,and finally pointed out the shortcomings and future development prospects in this field in China.The overview study showed that the O_(3)formation sensitivity in some urban areas in China in recent years presented a gradual shifting tendency from the VOC-limited regime to the transition regime or the NO_(x)-limited regime due to the implementation of the O_(3)precursors emission reduction policies;O_(3)pollution control strategies and precursor control countermeasures should be formulated based on local conditions and the dynamic control capability of O_(3)pollution control measures should be improved.There are still some current deficiencies in the study field in China.Therefore,it is recommended that a stereoscopic monitoring network for atmospheric photochemical components should be further constructed and improved;the atmospheric chemical mechanisms should be vigorously developed,and standardized methods for determining the O_(3)formation sensitivity should be established in China in the near future.

Effect of solvent on the initiation mechanism of living anionic polymerization of styrene:A computational study

For living anionic polymerization(LAP),solvent has a great influence on both reaction mechanism and kinetics.In this work,by using the classical butyl lithium-styrene polymerization as a model system,the effect of solvent on the mechanism and kinetics of LAP was revealed through a strategy combining density functional theory(DFT)calculations and kinetic modeling.In terms of mechanism,it is found that the stronger the solvent polarity,the more electrons transfer from initiator to solvent through detailed energy decomposition analysis of electrostatic interactions between initiator and solvent molecules.Furthermore,we also found that the stronger the solvent polarity,the higher the monomer initiation energy barrier and the smaller the initiation rate coefficient.Counterintuitively,initiation is more favorable at lower temperatures based on the calculated results ofΔG_(TS).Finally,the kinetic characteristics in different solvents were further examined by kinetic modeling.It is found that in benzene and n-pentane,the polymerization rate exhibits first-order kinetics.While,slow initiation and fast propagation were observed in tetrahydrofuran(THF)due to the slow free ion formation rate,leading to a deviation from first-order kinetics.

In this paper,we study the semilinear subelliptic equation{−△Xu=f(x,u)+g(x,u)inΩ,u=0 on∂Ω,where△X=−∑m i=1 Xi∗Xi is the self-adjoint Hormander operator associated with the vector fields X=(X_(1),X_(2),...,X_(m))satisfying the Hormander's condition,f(x,u)∈C(Ω×R),g(x,u)is a Carathéodory function onΩ×R,andΩis an open bounded domain in R~n with smooth boundary.Combining the perturbation from the symmetry method with the approaches involving the eigenvalue estimate and the Morse index in estimating the minimax values,we obtain two kinds of existence results for multiple weak solutions to the problem above.Furthermore,we discuss the difference between the eigenvalue estimate approach and the Morse index approach in degenerate situations.Compared with the classical elliptic cases,both approaches here have their own strengths in the degenerate cases.This new phenomenon implies that the results in general degenerate cases would be quite different from the situations in classical elliptic cases.

An efficient Ni-catalyzed four-component 1,4-carbocarbonylation of 1,3-enynes with activated alkyl halides and arylboronic acids under atmospheric pressure of CO is presented.By tuning the electronic and steric effects of alkyl radicals,both electronrich and electron-deficient 1,3-enynes were compatible with this cascade.This protocol features mild conditions,broad substrate scope,excellent functional group compatibility and facile gram-scale synthesis,providing a practical approach to the quaternary carbon center-containing allenyl ketones.Mechanistic study revealed that the acyl-NiIIspecies plays an important role in both the coupling and the alkyl radical generation processes.
