OBJECTIVE:To explore correlations between the symptoms of constipation and abdominal distention and severity of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in patients with stable ***:We studied 191 patients with stable COPD(according to defined criteria)in this cross-sectional study from four three-level class A Chinese medicine hospitals in *** built an Epidata 3.0 database and performed statistical analysis with SPSS,version *** analyzed correlations between the frequency of lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms(constipation and abdominal distention)and scores for major pulmonary symptoms(cough,sputum and wheezing)based on the ***'s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ),6-minute walking distance(6MWD)and frequency of acute exacerbations of COPD(AECOPD).RESULTS:In addition to their pulmonary symptoms,39.79%and 40.31%of study patients withstable COPD reported constipation and abdominal distention,*** for major pulmonary symptoms(cough,sputum and wheezing),AECOPD and SGRQ values in patients with constipation and abdominal distention were significantly greater,and the 6MWD markedly shorter,than in those without *** to Pearson's correlation analysis,there were strong correlations between these lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms and scores for pulmonary symptoms,SGRQ,6MWD and ***:Lower gastrointestinal tract symptoms such as constipation and abdominal distention can adversely affect pulmonary symptoms,frequency of acute exacerbations and quality of life in patients with stable COPD.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of Sanao Tang(SAT) on urine volume and the expression of aquaporin-2(AQP2) in rats with lung dysfunction induced by passive smoking and ***: Totally 45 healthy Specific pathogen Free Wistar Rats were randomized into 3 groups:normal control group, model group and SAT group.A rat model of respiratory dysfunction induced by exposure to cigarette smoking and lipopolysaccharide(LPS). Lavage of decoction of the Chinese medicine was performed for rats in the SAT group. Anires 2005 System was used to analyze the pulmonary function. Urine of rats was collected through metabolism cage method. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA) was used to determine content of antidiuretic hormone(ADH), angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ), atrial natriuretic factor(ANP), endothelin 1(ET-1), nitric oxide(NO) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in serum, lung and kidney. The expression of AQP2 in rat renal tissue was determined with real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR(RT-PCR).RESULTS:(a) In comparison with the normal control, It was found that enforced vital capacity(FVC),1-second forced expiratory volume/forced vital capacity%(FEV1/FVC%), 24 h urine volume content of NO and PGE2 were decreased, while AQP2 m RNA level and content of ADH, Agn Ⅱ, ANP and ET-1were increased in the model group with statistical significance(P < 0.05).(b) In comparison with the model group, It was found that FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC%, 24 h urine volume, content of PGE2 and NO decreased, while AQP2 m RNA level, content of ANP,ADH and AngⅡ decreased in the SAT group with statistical significance(P < 0.05).CONCLUSION: SAT might effectively regulate the urine volume in the modeled rats; ADH, Ang Ⅱ,ANP, ET-1, NO and PGE2 might play an important role in the regulation on urine volume by *** might be the mechanisms underpinning the function of lung governing water passage in terms of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

The virtual private cloud service currently lacks a real-time end-to-end consistency validation mechanism, which prevents tenants from receiving immediate feedback on their requests. Existing solutions consume excessive communication and computational resources in such large-scale cloud environments, and suffer from poor timeliness. To address these issues, we propose a lightweight consistency validation mechanism that includes real-time incremental validation and periodic full-scale validation. The former leverages message layer aggregation to enable tenants to swiftly determine the success of their requests on hosts with minimal communication overhead. The latter utilizes lightweight validation checksums to compare the expected and actual states of hosts locally, while efficiently managing the checksums of various host entries using inverted indexing. This approach enables us to efficiently validate the complete local configurations within the limited memory of hosts. In summary, our proposed mechanism achieves closed-loop implementation for new requests and ensures their long-term effectiveness.

Small earthquakes （Ms〉2.0） have been recorded from 1970 to the present day and reveal a significant diffrence in seismicity between the stable Ordos block and its active surrounding area. The southern Ordos block is a conspicuous small earthquake belt clustered and isolated along the NNW direction and extends to the inner stable Ordos block; no active fault can match this small earthquake cluster. In this paper, we analyze the dynamic mechanism of this small earthquake cluster based on the GPS velocity field （from 1999 to 2007） , which are mainly from Crustal Movement Observation Network of China （CMONOC） with respect to the north and south China blocks. The principal direction of strain rate field, the expansion ratefield, the maximum shear strain rate, and the rotation rate were constrained using the GPS velocity field. The results show that the velocity field, which is bounded by the small earthquake cluster from Tongchuan to Weinan, differs from the strain rate field, and the crustal deformation is left-lateral shear. This left-lateral shear belt not only spatially coincides with the Neo-tectonic belt in the Weihe Basin but also with the NNW small earthquake cluster （the Ziwuling small earthquake cluster）. Based on these studies, we speculate that the NNW small earthquake cluster is caused by left-lateral shear slip, which is prone to strain accumulation. When the strain releases along the weak zone of structure, small earthquakes diffuse within its upper crust. The maximum principal compression stress direction changed from NE-SW to NEE-SWW, and the former reverse faults in the southwestern margin of the Ordos block became a left-lateral strike slip due to readjustment of the tectonic stress field after the middle Pleistocene. 随着2020年新冠肺炎疫情的暴发,线下消费受到极大冲击,线上渠道份额快速提升,这使得数字消费在我国居民日常消费过程中的地位日益重要。因此,深入探究我国居民数字消费行为,对于科学引导消费行为、促进消费增长而言意义重大。故而本文基于微观调查数据,对我国居民数字消费行为进行实证研究。结果显示:性别的差异对数字化消费感知易用性具有显著影响,而对数字化消费感知有用性影响较小;消费者的网络操作经验、数字化商品质量等因素均对消费者数字化消费行为有影响;消费者在网购过程中通常会重点关注经济风险、健康风险等因素。

Background：Steady-state bone marrow （SS-BM） and granulocyte colony-stimulating growth factor-primed BM/peripheral blood stem-cell （G-BM/G-PBSC） are the main stem-cell sources used in allogeneic hematopoietic stem-cell ***,we evaluated the treatment effects of SS-BM and G-BM/G-PBSC in human leucocyte antigen （HLA）-identical sibling transplantation.Methods：A total of 226 patients （acute myelogenous leukemia-complete remission 1,chronic myelogenous leukemia-chronic phase 1） received SS-BM,G-BM,or G-PBSC from an HLA-identical *** outcomes （graft-versus-host disease [GVHD],overall survival,transplant-related mortality [TRM],and leukemia-free survival [LFS]） were analyzed.Results：When compared to SS-BM,G-BM gave faster recovery time to neutrophil or platelet （P 〈 0.05）.Incidence of grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ acute GVHD and extensive chronic GVHD （cGVHD） was lower than seen with SS-BM （P 〈 0.05） and similar to *** the incidence of cGVHD in the G-BM group was similar to SS-BM,both were lower than G-PBSC （P 〈 0.05）.G-BM and G-PBSC exhibited similar survival,LFS,and TRM,but were significantly different from SS-BM （P 〈 0.05）.There were no significant differences in leukemia relapse rates among the groups （P 〉 0.05）.Conclusions：G-CSF-primed bone marrow shared the advantages of G-PBSC and *** conclude that G-BM is an excellent stem-cell source that may be preferable to G-PBSC or SS-BM in patients receiving HLA-identical sibling hematopoietic stem-cell transplantation.

OBJECTIVE:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of sugarcane bagasse dietary fiber as an adjuvant therapy for improving quality of life in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).METHODS:This was a multicenter,randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled trial.A total of196 participants were randomized into a trial group(treated with 6 g/day sugarcane bagasse plus conventional treatment,n = 98) and a control group(treated with placebo plus conventional treatment,n = 98).All efficacy analyses were performed according to the intention-to-treat(ITT) principle.A per-protocol analysis set(PPS) was used to analyze the cases that completed the clinical trial with good *** trial period was 30 days,with a 6-month ***-and post-treatmentpulmonary symptom scores(cough,sputum,wheezing,and dyspnea) were recorded for both *** ***'s Respiratory Questionnaire(SGRQ) and the modified Medical Research Council(m MRC) dyspnea scale were assessed before treatment and at the end of the 6-month ***:The ITT population was 178 and the PPS population was ***-treatment pulmonary clinical symptoms and severity of dyspnea(m MRC and SGRQ evaluation) were significantly improved in both the trial group and the control group(ITT and PPS:P lity of life in patients with stable *** bagasse appears to be a safe herbal medicine with potential for treating patients with stable COPD when taken orally as an adjuvant therapy.

A large eddy simulation （LES） of the flows around an underwater vehicle model at intermediate Reynolds numbers is performed. The underwater vehicle model is taken as the DARPA SUBOFF with full appendages, where the Reynolds number based on the hull length is 1.0x 105, An immersed boundary method based on the moving-least-squares reconstruction is used to handle the complex geometric boundaries. The adaptive mesh refinement is utilized to resolve the flows near the hull, The parallel scalabilities of the flow solver are tested on meshes with the number of cells varying from 50 million to 3.2 billion, The parallel solver reaches nearly linear scalability for the flows around the underwater vehicle model, The present simulation captures the essential features of the vortex structures near the hull and in the wake, Both of the time-averaged pressure coefficients and srreamwise velocity profiles obtained from the LES are consistent with the characteristics of the flows pass an appended axisymmetric body. The code efficiency and its correct predictions on flow features allow us to perform the full-scale simulations on tens of thousands of cores with billions of grid points for higher-Reynolds-number flows around the underwater vehicles.
