Two new glycosides were isolated and characterized by spectral analysis from the seeds of Cassia obtusifolia and the leaves of Cassia angustifolia. The structure was elucidated as 1-hydroxyl-2-acetyl-3,8-dimethoxynaphthalene-6-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl- （1→2）-β-D-glucopyranoside and 2-acetyl-3-methyl-8-methoxyl-1,4-naphthoquinone-6-O-β-D-glucopyranoside.

A new flavonoid glucoside with a known one was isolated from the leaves of Cassia angustifolia. Based on the spectral analysis, including MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, DEPT, ^1H-1HCOSY, HMQC, HMBC and NOSEY, their chemical structures were determined as kaempferol-3-O-[（6＇＇＇-O-trans-sinnapoyt）-β-D-glucopyranosyl （1 → 6）]-β-D-glucopyranoside 1 and apigenin-6,8-di-C-glycoside 2.

A new C21-steroidal glycoside with two known compounds were isolated from the root of Cynanchum Stauntonii. Based on the spectral analysis, including MS, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, DEPT, 1H-1H COSY, 13C-1H COSY, HMQC and HMBC, their chemical structures were determinated as glaucogenin-C 3-O-α-L-cymaropyranosyl-（1→ 4）-β-o-digitoxopyranosyl-（1→4）-β-D-canaropyranoside （1）, stigmasterol （2） and ursolic acid （3）.

Objective To establish a new method with near-infrared（NIR） spectroscopy to determine the total content of emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, aloeemodin, and physcion. NIR was used in this study to provide rapid and nondestructive analysis results. Methods In the first place, HPLC was used to measure the total content of emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, aloe-emodin and physcion in Rhei Radix et Rhizoma（RR） as a reference. In the second place, the spectral regions, regression methods, pretreatment methods, and partial least squares（PLS） factors were compared to increase the feasibility of the model. In the last, the root mean square error of calibration（RMSEC）, root mean square error of cross validation（RMSECV）, root mean square error of prediction（RMSEP）, and correlation coefficient（r） were used as assessment parameters. Results PLS with first derivative pretreatment in the ranges of 4242-5581 cm^（-1）, 5885-6233 cm^（-1） and 6394-7011 cm^（-1） provided the best results. The RMSEC and RMSEP obtained were 0.134 and 0.226 respectively. The according determination coefficients of the quantitative model were 0.99 and 0.94. Conclusion NIR spectroscopy as a quick and nondestructive analytical method may be used to determine the total content of emodin, chrysophanol, rhein, aloeemodin, and physcion for the quality control of RR.

We present the observational results from a detailed timing analysis of the black hole candidate EXO 1846-031 during its outburst in 2019 with the observations of Insight-HXMT,NICER and *** outburst can be classified roughly into four different ***-C quasi-periodic oscillations(QPOs)observed by NICER(about 0.1-6 Hz)and Insight-HXMT(about 0.7-8 Hz)are also reported in this ***,we study various physical quantities related to QPO *** QPO rms-frequency relationship in the energy band 1-10 keV indicates that there is a turning pointing in frequency around2 Hz,which is similar to that of GRS 1915+105.A possible hypothesis for the relationship above may be related to the inclination of the source,which may require a high inclination to explain *** relationships between QPO frequency and QPO rms,hardness,total fractional rms and count rate have also been found in other transient sources,which can indicate that the origin of type-C QPOs is non-thermal.

应用近红外光谱技术建立对独活中蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的快速检测方法。自不同产地采集97批样品,通过高效液相色谱法测定指标成分含量,并测定样品的近红外光谱图,由于光谱图间差异较小,需要进行光谱预处理,通过比较不同预处理方法的结果,选择最优模型参数,结合偏最小二乘法分别建立独活中蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的定量分析模型。结果显示,预处理方法为一阶导数时,蛇床子素的模型处于最优化性能,模型的相关系数为0.941 3,RMSEP值为0.141;校正集相关系数为0.923 3,RMSEC值为0.163。不经预处理的二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯模型处于最优化性能,模型的相关系数为0.857 4,RMSEP值为0.103;校正集相关系数为0.831 5,RMSEC值为0.112。研究表明,近红外光谱技术结合偏最小二乘法操作简便,测定方法快速、高效、无损,可以实现对独活中蛇床子素和二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的含量进行定量分析,为中药材的质量控制研究和含量测定提供了一种科学有效的方法,同时为近红外光谱技术发展中药实时分析开辟了一个新方法,对保证中药材质量稳定可控有重要意义。
