Ginsenoside Rb1 induces hepatic stellate cell ferroptosis to alleviate liver fibrosis via the BECN1/SLC7A11 axis

liver fibrosis is primarily driven by the activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs),a process associated with *** Rb1(GRb1),a major active component extracted from Panax ginseng,inhibits HSC ***,the potential role of GRb1 in mediating HSC ferroptosis remains *** study examined the effect of GRb1 on liver fibrosis both in vivo and in vitro,using CCl4-induced liver fibrosis mouse model and primary HSCs,LX-2 *** findings revealed that GRb1 effectively inactivated HSCs in vitro,reducing alpha-smooth muscle actin(a-SMA)and type I collagen(Col1A1)***,GRb1 significantly alleviated CCl4-induced liver fibrosis in *** a mechanistic standpoint,the ferroptosis pathway appeared to be central to the antifibrotic effects of ***,GRb1 promoted HSC ferroptosis both in vivo and in vitro,characterized by increased glutathione depletion,malondialdehyde production,iron overload,and accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS).Intriguingly,GRb1 increased Beclin 1(BECN1)levels and decreased the System Xc-key subunit *** experiments showed that BECN1 silencing inhibited GRb1-induced effects on HSC ferroptosis and mitigated the reduction of SLC7A11 caused by ***,BECN1 could directly interact with SLC7A11,initiating HSC *** conclusion,the suppression of BECN1 counteracted the effects of GRb1 on HSC inactivation both in vivo and in ***,this study highlights the novel role of GRb1 in inducing HSC ferroptosis and promoting HSC inactivation,at least partly through its modulation of BECN1 and SLC7A11.

The Asymptotic Behavior and the Quasineutral limit for the Bipolar Euler-Poisson System with Boundary Efects and a Vacuum

In this paper, a one-dimensional bipolar Euler-Poisson system （a hydrodynamic model） from semiconductors or plasmas with boundary effects is considered. This system takes the form of Euler-Poisson with an electric field and frictional damping added to the momentum equations. The large-time behavior of uniformly bounded weak solutions to the initial-boundary value problem for the one-dimensional bipolar Euler-Poisson system is firstly presented. Next, two particle densities and the corresponding current momenta are verified to satisfy the porous medium equation and the classical Darcy＇s law time asymp- totically. Finally, as a by-product, the quasineutral limit of the weak solutions to the initial-boundary value problem is investigated in the sense that the bounded L∞ entropy solution to the one-dimensional bipolar Euler-Poisson system converges to that of the cor- responding one-dimensional compressible Euler equations with damping exponentially fast as t → ＋∞. As far as we know, this is the first result about the asymptotic behavior and the quasineutral limit for the one-dimensional bipolar Euler-Poisson system with boundary effects and a vacuum.

The Zero Mach Number limit of the Three-Dimensional Compressible Viscous Magnetohydrodynamic Equations

This paper is concerned with the zero Mach number limit of the three-dimension- al compressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic equations. More precisely, based on the local existence of the three-dimensional compressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic equa- tions, first the convergence-stability principle is established. Then it is shown that, when the Much number is sufficiently small, the periodic initial value problems of the equations have a unique smooth solution in the time interval, where the incompressible viscous mag- netohydrodynamic equations have a smooth solution. When the latter has a global smooth solution, the maximal existence time for the former tends to infinity as the Much number goes to zero. Moreover, the authors prove the convergence of smooth solutions of the equa- tions towards those of the incompressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic equations with a sharp convergence rate.

PULLBACK EXPONENTIAL ATTRACTORS FOR THE NON-AUTONOMOUS MICROPOLAR FLUID FLOWS

This paper investigates the pullback asymptotic behaviors for the non-autonomous micropolar fluid flows in 2D bounded domains. We use the energy method, combining with some important properties of the generated processes, to prove the existence of pullback exponential attractors and global pullback attractors and show that they both with finite fractal dimension. Further, we give the relationship between global pullback attractors and pullback exponential attractors.

Global Existence and Optimal Decay Rate of the Compressible Magnetohydrodynamic Equation with Potential Force

In this paper, we consider the three dimensional compressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic equations（MHD） with the external potential force. We first derive the corresponding non-constant stationary solutions. Next, we show global wellposedness of the initial value problem for the three dimensional compressible viscous magnetohydrodynamic equations, provided that the initial data is close to the stationary solution. Finally, based on the elaborate energy estimates for the nonlinear system and L^p-L^q decay estimates of the linearized equation, we show the optimal convergence rates of the solution in L^q-norm with 2≤q≤6 and its first derivative in L^2-norm when the initial perturbation is bounded in L^p-norm with 1≤p〈6/5.

Asymptotic Behavior of Solutions of the Bipolar Quantum Drift-Diffusion Model in the Quarter Plane

In this study, we consider the one-dimensional bipolar quantum drift-diffusion model, which consists of the coupled nonlinear fourth-order parabolic equation and the electric field equation. We first show the global existence of the strong solution of the initial boundary value problem in the quarter plane. Moreover, we show the self-similarity property of the strong solution of the bipolar quantum drift-diffusion model in the large time. Namely, we show the unique global strong solution with strictly positive density to the initial boundary value problem of the quantum drift-diffusion model, which in large time, tends to have a self-similar wave at an algebraic time-decay rate. We prove them in an energy method.

In this paper, the asymptotic behavior of the global smooth solutions to the Cauchy problem for the one-dimensional nonisentropic Euler-Poisson （or full hydrodynamic） model for semiconductors, where the energy equation with non-zero thermal conductivity coefficient are contained, is discussed. The global existence of smooth solutions for the Cauchy problem with small perturbed initial data is proved. In particular, that the solutions converge to the corresponding stationary solutions exponentially fast as t → ∞ is showed.

柴达木盆地在南翼山a、b、c等井发现高产富锂钾硼卤水。为了推进油田伴生水勘查评价及综合开发利用,通过整理地震、测井、测试、分析化验等资料,掌握了南翼山伴生水水质、分布层位、储层特征,利用卤水特征系数、元素相关性、同位素特征等方法,对南翼山油田伴生水元素成因及来源进行了分析。分析认为,该区背斜核部的古近系地层埋藏深、封闭条件好,构造圈闭及地应力条件有利于卤水富集,明确该区油田伴生水为深层封闭环境下的沉积变质成因。卤水的元素特征系数、分布规律及微量离子组成揭示,南翼山油田伴生卤水是大气降水后,淋滤溶解盆地周围岩浆岩、火成岩,经火山热泉补给,汇至古、新近系湖盆中,经蒸发浓缩,封存于地层中的沉积变质卤水。
