An efficient fluorescent probe 1 based on tricarbocyanine derivative was designed and synthesized,which can detect Ag^(+) in real industrial ***-V is absorption and fluorescent emission spectra of probe 1 were carried out and indicated this probe can bind Ag^(+) via complexation reaction,then leading to a remarkable color change from blue to light ***,probe 1 showed high sensitive performance and excellent selectivity toward Ag^(+) over other common metal ions in neutral *** sensing mechanism was proposed and further confirmed by ^(1)H NMR,which demonstrate analyte-induced destruction of the π-electron system could be shorten by the disruption of the pull-push π-conjugation system in probe ***,a test strip was prepared by filter paper immersing in probe 1 solution,which further provide its potential application for trace Ag^(+) detection in real industrial wastewater.

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effects of Tongxinluo superfine powder on cardiac function, infarct size and the number of myocardial capillaries in a rabbit model of acute myocardial ***: A total of 32 New Zealand white rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: sham operation group, model group, treatment group,and pre-treatment, the experiment of pre-treatment group was performed 6 weeks early than the treat) group,The four groups use a unified modeling technique. An acute myocardial infarction model was established through external application of70% ferric chloride on the coronary artery. After 7 d,electrocardiogram, ultrasonography of cardiac function, micro-computed tomography, pathology and other data were ***: In the treatment and pre-treatment groups, ejection fraction, left ventricular short axis shortening rate, left ventricular end-systolic diameter and cardiac output significantly improved, the number of capillaries significantly increased, and infarct size significantly decreased. In addition, the results suggest that the value of intra-ventricular pressure and the situation of electrocardiogram also changed to different degrees with the increasing of treatment of ***: Tongxinluo superfine powder can protect the myocardium, improve the blood supply of the myocardium and reduce the degree of myocardial injury, during acute stage of myocardial infarction.

Additives strategies to improving cycling stability of li metal batteries by modifying electrode electrolyte interphases

The development of promising photodynamic therapy(PDT) agents that bind to DNA for cancer treatment have drawn much more attentions recently. In this work, Ir-containing luminescent metallohelices by using a preformed facial Ir(ppy) handle which decorated with three aldehyde groups, then condensed with linear diamine spacers through dynamic covalent chemistry were designed and synthesized for the first time. Interestingly, increasing the chain length of the alkanediamine precursor resulted in an odd–even alternation between chiral helicates and achiral mesocates. After postsynthetic reduction of imine linkages, the obtained chemically robust amine-linked metallohelices showed bright green luminescent emission, and specifically stain the mitochondria of living cells. In contrast to the helicates, the mesocates showed stronger DNA-binding affinities and DNA photocleaves abilities under visible light. Importantly, the amine-linked mesocate with the longest linkers exhibited the best PDT efficiency. This study demonstrates that alterations in helicate structures can have profound effects on PDT cytotoxicity towards cancer cells.

li metal batteries（LMBs） have attracted much attention due to the ultra-high theoretical capacity of the li metal anode（LMA）.However,the uncontrollable dendrites growth and low coulombic efficiency hinder their practical ***,we explore 3,5-difluoropyridine（2F-BD） as a novel electrolyte additive to enable highperformance *** 2F-BD additive participates in and modifies the solvation structure of li ions by reducing the coordinated number of PF6-at the electrode surface,leading to the formation of a liF and li3N-rich solid electrolyte interphase（SEI）.The liF component increases the robustness of SEI and suppresses the formation of li dendrites,while the li3N component facilitates the transportation and reaction kinetics of li *** a result,the li‖li symmetric cell presents a stable cycling performance of up to 500 h at a current density of 1 mA *** coupling with liFePO4cathode,the obtained full cell achieves high specific capacities of 106.06 mA h g-1and 84.98 mA h g-1at 2.55 mA cm-2and 5.10 mA cm-2,respectively,and maintains a high capacity retention of84.0% after 1000 cycles at 0.13 mA cm-2,with an average cycling CE of 99.58%.
