This study analyzes and compares aerosol properties and meteorological conditions during two air pollution episodes in 19–22（E1） and 25–26（E2） December 2016 in Northeast China. The visibility, particulate matter（PM） mass concentration, and surface meteorological observations were examined, together with the planetary boundary layer（PBL） properties and vertical profiles of aerosol extinction coefficient and volume depolarization ratio that were measured by a ground-based lidar in Shenyang of liaoning Province, China during December 2016–January *** suggest that the low PBL height led to poor pollution dilution in E1, while the high PBL accompanied by low visibility in E2 might have been due to cross-regional and vertical air transmission. The PM mass concentration decreased as the PBL height increased in E1 while these two variables were positively correlated in E2. The enhanced winds in E2 diffused the pollutants and contributed largely to the aerosol transport. Strong temperature inversion in E1 resulted in increased PM2.5 and PM10 concentrations, and the winds in E2 favoured the southwesterly transport of aerosols from the North China Plain into the region surrounding Shenyang. The large extinction coefficient was partially attributed to the local pollution under the low PBL with high ground-surface PM mass concentrations in E1,whereas the cross-regional transport of aerosols within a high PBL and the low PM mass concentration near the ground in E2 were associated with severe aerosol extinction at high altitudes. These results may facilitate better understanding of the vertical distribution of aerosol properties during winter pollution events in Northeast China.

Current hemostatic agents or dressings are not efficient under extremely hot and cold environments due to deterioration of active ingredients,water evaporation and ice crystal *** address these challenges,we engineered a biocompatible hemostatic system with thermoregulatory properties for harsh conditions by combining the asymmetric wetting nano-silica aerogel coated-gauze(AWNSA@G)with a layer-by-layer(LBL)*** AWNSA@G was a dressing with a tunable wettability prepared by spraying the hydrophobic nano-silica aerogel onto the gauze from different *** hemostatic time and blood loss of the AWNSA@G were 5.1 and 6.9 times lower than normal gauze in rat’s injured femoral artery ***,the modified gauze was torn off after hemostasis without rebleeding,approximately 23.8 times of peak peeling force lower than normal *** the LBL structure,consisting of the nano-silica aerogel layer and a n-octadecane phase change material layer,in both hot(70℃)and cold(-27℃)environments,exhibited dual-functional thermal management and maintained a stable internal *** further verified our composite presented superior blood coagulation effect in extreme environments due to the LBL structure,the pro-coagulant properties of nano-silica aerogel and unidirectional fluid pumping of AWNSA@*** work,therefore,shows great hemostasis potential under normal and extreme temperature environments.

木材是古建筑构件的主要使用材料,它是一种由天然的纤维生物质组成的材料,在自然的生长环境下会产生缺陷且具有随机性。损伤缺陷常见的有木节、裂纹、腐朽、虫蛀,人为因素如构造营造形式及地基状况,环境因素如地震、酸雨、风蚀、紫外线等外部因素对木制构件的影响,这些都对古建筑整体的稳定性和承载能力造成潜在的威胁。为探究影响古建筑木结构损伤及耐久性的作用因素,文中综合分析木结构构件的损伤特性、识别方法及耐久性提升并根据近几年的研究进展,归纳总结最新研究成果,得出了研究前景、科研探索方向的参考性分析意见,为研究木结构古建筑保护工作提供借鉴。

PCDD/Fs in the urban air of Dalian,China were monitored with high-volume active sampler from November 2009 to October *** concentration of Cl 4-8 DD/Fs ranged from 3065 to 49538 fg m-3,with an average of 10249 fg *** international toxic equivalents(I-TEQ) value of that was 61.8 1182 fg m-3,with an average of 235 fg m-3,which was comparable to those in the other urban locations around the *** was found that the Cl 4 8 DD/Fs appeared to be present mainly in the particle phase during winter,spring and autumn,while during summer which were dominantly in gas *** ratio of Cl 4-8 DD/Fs present in particle phase increased with the increasing level of *** concentrations of PCDFs and PCDDs decreased with the increase of chlorinated level,while the concentrations of 2,3,7,8-PCDDs congeners increased with the increase of chlorination *** homolog profiles of the concentrations of PCDFs presented were higher than those of the PCDDs,which indicated the PCDD/Fs pollution source of the air in Dalian was characteristic for thermal source *** correlation analysis of meteorological parameters with the concentrations of Cl 4-8 CDD/Fs was conducted using SPSS packages,and it was found that the ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure were important factors influence the concentration of PCDD/Fs in the *** respiratory risk and intake dioxins of the residents around the sampling sites were studied in the *** was found that Junge-Pankow model was much more accurate in predicting the gas-particle partitioning behavior of PCDD/Fs homologues during winter,while the Harner-Bidleman model shows better agreement with the measured data during winter and summer.

The concentrations of 28 organochlorine pesticides(OCPs)in the urban air of Dalian,China were measured using semipermeable membrane devices(SPMDs)for the first ***-hexachlorocyclohexane(a-HCH),b-HCH,pentachlorobenzene(PentCB),hexachlorobenzene(HexCB),4,40-dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane(4,40-DDT),4,40-dichlorodiphenyldichloroethene,endosulfan-I and endosulfan-II were the predominant OCPs in the urban air of *** concentration of OCPs sequestrated by SPMDs(CSPMD)ranged from undetected to 56,772 pg SPMD-1and had a linear correlation with the reciprocal of the average ambient atmospheric temperature(1/T).The CSPMDof PentCB and HexCB had negative correlations with T,whereas the other detected OCPs had a positive *** source of HCHs,DDTs,HexCB,PentCB,chlordane,and endosulfan in the air were also *** OCPs in the urban air of Dalian could be attributed to the seasonal usage of pesticides,combustion,volatilization of aged OCPs from soil,water,plants,and long-range atmospheric transport.

为探索并建立基于小麦0.1K前景和16K背景芯片快速解析基因组结构和重要性状遗传基础的方法,对小麦新品系西农302及其亲本西农865和百农矮抗58分别进行苗期分小种和田间成株期抗病性鉴定,分析西农302及其亲本的抗条锈病特征,并利用小麦16K背景芯片对西农302及其亲本进行基因分型,根据亲本间16K芯片基因型的差异SNP位点,分别统计西农302来自双亲的基因组区段,确定西农302的基因组结构;利用小麦0.1K前景芯片对西农302及其亲本进行基因分型,确定西农302所含有的抗条锈病性基因/QTL位点,明确西农302的抗条锈病遗传基础,同时分析西农302所含有的其他重要性状相关优异等位基因/QTL。结果表明,西农302在苗期对中国流行的条锈病生理小种CYR32和CYR34均表现出微弱的抗性(IT=6),但在田间条件下表现出高水平成株期抗条锈性(IT=1,DS<5);西农865和百农矮抗58对西农302的遗传贡献率分别为64.28%和30.22%;西农302聚合了双亲的多个优异基因/QTL位点,同时含有多抗基因Lr27/Yr30/Sr2/Pbc1及其上位性互作基因YrFDC12/PbcFDC12、抗条锈病位点***-7BL和***-2AL、抗赤霉病位点***-5AS和***-5AL、矮秆基因Rht-2、Rht-8和QPht/***-2D.1以及千粒重位点QGl-4A等重要性状相关基因/QTL。这说明0.1K前景选择和16K背景选择SNP芯片可以应用于小麦新品种(系)的基因组结构和重要性状遗传基础的解析;西农865和百农矮抗58对西农302的遗传贡献率存在显著差异,西农865的遗传贡献率约为百农矮抗58的2倍;西农302聚合了双亲的抗条锈病、抗赤霉病、矮秆和千粒重等多个重要性状相关优异基因/QTL。

Cell polarization in ischemic stroke: molecular mechanisms and advances

Ischemic stroke is a cerebrovascular disease associated with high mortality and disability rates. Since the inflammation and immune response play a central role in driving ischemic damage, it becomes essential to modulate excessive inflammatory reactions to promote cell survival and facilitate tissue repair around the injury site. Various cell types are involved in the inflammatory response, including microglia, astrocytes, and neutrophils, each exhibiting distinct phenotypic profiles upon stimulation. They display either proinflammatory or anti-inflammatory states, a phenomenon known as ‘cell polarization.’ There are two cell polarization therapy strategies. The first involves inducing cells into a neuroprotective phenotype in vitro, then reintroducing them autologously. The second approach utilizes small molecular substances to directly affect cells in vivo. In this review, we elucidate the polarization dynamics of the three reactive cell populations(microglia, astrocytes, and neutrophils) in the context of ischemic stroke, and provide a comprehensive summary of the molecular mechanisms involved in their phenotypic switching. By unraveling the complexity of cell polarization, we hope to offer insights for future research on neuroinflammation and novel therapeutic strategies for ischemic stroke.
