四川盆地红星地区二叠系是页岩气勘探的重要接替领域,目前整体勘探程度低,页岩岩相类型不清、储层微观孔隙结构特征不明。利用铸体薄片、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、总有机碳(total organic carbon,TOC)和低温氮气吸附实验等技术手段,明确了二叠系茅口组四段-吴家坪组页岩岩相类型及其微观孔隙结构特征,探讨了优质储层主控因素。结果表明:①红星地区二叠系页岩发育高碳高硅类、高碳低硅类、低碳高硅类、高黏土类和灰质混合类共5种岩相类型;②高碳高硅类岩相储集特征以微孔-小孔为主,高碳低硅类页岩储集特征以微孔为主,低碳高硅类页岩储集特征以小孔-中孔为主,高黏土类页岩储集特征以中孔-大孔为主;灰质混合类页岩储集特征以大孔为主;③高碳高硅类岩相孔隙度、孔体积和比表面积最大,其次为高碳低硅类、高黏土类和低碳高硅类,灰质混合类岩相最小;④微孔主要受有机质含量控制,微孔体积与有机质含量成正比,小孔体积与长英质矿物含量成正比,中孔体积与黏土矿物含量成正比,大孔基本不发育;⑤综合岩相发育占比和储集特征认为,高碳高硅类和高碳低硅类岩相是最优质的岩相类型,高黏土类和低碳高硅类次之,灰质混合类相对最差。

As ectotherms, fish are highly sensitive to temperature fluctuations, which can profoundly impact their reproductive cycles. In this study, we investigated the fertility and histological characteristics of zebrafish(Danio rerio) ovaries exposed to a temperature gradient ranging from the thermopreferendum temperature of the species,27℃, to lower temperatures of 22℃, 20℃, and 13℃ over a period of two weeks. Comparative metabolomic(six biological replicates for each temperature) and transcriptomic(four biological replicates for each temperature) analyses were conducted under the four temperature conditions. Results indicated that lower temperatures inhibited oocyte development and differential metabolites were involved in steroid hormone production,antioxidant function, and lipid and protein *** reproductive hormones, increased proteolysis,and lipid degradation significantly impeded oocyte development and egg maturation. Notably, a significant increase in bile acid content was noted in the ovaries of the cold-treated fish, indicating that bile acids play a critical role in ovarian failure. Overall, these findings provide valuable insights into the mechanisms governing the reproductive response of fish to cold stress.

提出了一种基于弱光栅传感器特性的监测方法,用于长期监测运营期盾构地铁隧道中存在的不均匀沉降和管片水平错动位移。将缆状弱光栅传感器经过预拉伸后,呈菱形固定在盾构隧道的壁面,通过监测弱光栅传感器的形变量,可以判别隧道结构变形的不同模式并计算出隧道变形量,满足工程所需的实时性和精度要求。依据相似比原则,设计制造了1∶5的隧道位移模型,模拟隧道管片的局部伸缩、沉降、水平位移,将光栅传感器固定在壁面上,开展了弱光栅监测灵敏度试验、不同菱形布设角度下弱光栅监测结果对比试验和竖直沉降与水平位移试验,对比监测结果与实际位移量。研究结果表明:(1)在相同沉降情况下,弱光栅菱形布设时的光栅应变量要大于直线型布设时光栅的应变量,菱形布设方法对沉降量的变化敏感度优于传统直线型布设;(2)10°~20°为弱光栅菱形布设较优的倾斜角度区间,监测结果误差较低;(3)以光缆布设倾角为15°的试验数据为基础,建立了弱光栅波长变化与管片位移的反演方程。

目的研究8种抗精神病药(阿立哌唑、氨磺必利、奥氮平、喹硫平、利培酮、帕利哌酮、氯氮平、氯丙嗪)、13种抗抑郁药(阿米替林、安非他酮、度洛西汀、多虑平、氟伏沙明、氟西汀、氯米帕明、米氮平、帕罗西汀、曲唑酮、舍曲林、文拉法辛、西酞普兰)及9种活性代谢物(脱氢阿立哌唑、脱烷基喹硫平、去甲氯氮平、去甲替林、羟安非他酮、去甲多虑平、去甲氟西汀、去甲氯米帕明、O-去甲文拉法辛)在人血清中的稳定性,为这些药物在实施治疗药物监测过程中的样本传输、检测、存储条件的确定以及质控血清、标准曲线校准血清保存条件和保存期限的确定提供参考数据。方法以混合健康人血清为基质配制质控血清,进行稳定性考察,分别考察目标药物及活性代谢产物在室温(12 h、24 h、72 h)、2~8℃冷藏(2 d、5 d、7 d)、-80℃超低温(14个月)保存及3次反复冻融的稳定性。采用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测被分析物的血清浓度。结果安非他酮在室温、2~8℃冷藏保存条件下质控血清测得浓度的负偏倚>40%,但在-80℃超低温保存14个月及3次反复冻融条件下测得浓度的偏倚均在±15%内。其他药物及代谢物在各考察条件下测得浓度的偏倚均在±15%内。但在室温条件下,随着放置时间延长,脱烷基喹硫平、度洛西汀、氟伏沙明、舍曲林、氟西汀、去甲氟西汀、去甲替林、阿米替林、氯丙嗪、氯米帕明及去甲氯米帕明测得浓度的负偏倚逐渐增加。结论在人血清基质中,安非他酮在室温和2~8℃冷藏的条件下不稳定。其余8种抗精神病药、12种抗抑郁药及9种活性代谢物在室温下可稳定72 h,但在室温下存放超24 h后,部分药物存在降解趋势,建议放入2~8℃的冰箱中保存,在此条件下可稳定至少7 d。本文所研究的所有药物及活性代谢物的质控血清可在-80℃冰箱中保存至少14个月,3次反复冻融不影响其稳定性。

The li-Mg-B-H composite(2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2))has a high capacity of 11.4 wt%as a hydrogen storage ***,the slow kinetics and poor cycling stability severely restrict its practical *** this work,a layered Nb_(2)C MXene was first synthesized and then introduced to tailor the kinetics and cycling stability of the li-Mg-B-H *** milled 2liH+MgB_(2)composites were initially hydrogenated to obtain the 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)*** 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5wt%Nb_(2)C can release 9.0 wt%H_(2)in 30 min at 400℃,while it is only 2.7 wt%for the undoped 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2).The dehydrogenation activation energies of MgH_(2)and liBH_(4)are 123 and 154 kJ·mol^(-1)respectively for the 5 wt%Nb_(2)C-doped composite,lower than the undoped composite(164 and 165 kJ·mol^(-1)).The 2liBH_(4)+MgH_(2)+5 wt%Nb_(2)C possesses excellent cycling stability,with the reversible capacity only slightly reduced from 9.4 wt%for the 1st cycle to 9.3 wt%for the 20th ***_(2)C keeps stable in the composite and acts as an efficient catalyst for the li-Mg-B-H *** is believed that both the layered structure and the active Nb element contribu te to the enhanced hydrogen storage performances of the li-Mg-B-H *** work confirms that the Nb_(2)C MXene with layered stru cture has a significant enhancing impact on the li-Mg-B-H hydrogen storage materials,which is different from the bulk NbC.

Developing new polymeric semiconductors with excellent device performance is essential for organic electronics. Herein, we synthesized two new thiazoloisoindigo(Tz II)-based polymers, namely, P(Tz II-d Th-d Th) and P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz), by copolymerizing thiophene-flanked Tz II with bithiophene and bithiazole, respectively. Owing to the more electron-deficient nature of bithiazole than bithiophene, P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz)possesses deeper LUMO/HOMO levels of-3.45/-5.47 e V than P(Tz II-d Th-d Th)(-3.34/-5.32 e V). The organic field-effect transistor(OFET) devices based on P(Tz II-d Th-d Th) exhibited p-type behaviors with an average hole mobility value as high as 1.43 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1), while P(Tz II-d Th-d Tz)showed typical ambipolar characteristics with average hole and electron mobilities of 0.38 and 0.56 cm^(2)·V^(-1)·s^(-1). In addition, we compared the performances of both polymers with other Tz II-based polymers reported in our previous work, and showed that the charge carrier polarity can be manipulated by adjusting the number of the thiophene units between the acceptor unit. As the increase of the number of thiophene rings,charge carrier polarity shifts from electron-dominated ambipolar transport to hole-dominated ambipolar transport and then to unipolar hole transport in OFETs, which provides an effective molecular design strategy for further optimization of polymer OFET performance.
