Land dissection density(LDD)provides morphological evidence regarding prior intense soil erosion and quantifies the distribution of land dissections.A comprehensive understanding of the potential factors influencing the spatial pattern and value of the LDD is vital in geological disasters,soil erosion,and other related *** dissection phenomena in china affects large areas with different morphological,pedological,and climatic *** studies have focused on the potential factors influencing the LDD at a watershed ***,these results are insufficient to reflect the status quo of dissection development and its primary influencing factors on a national ***’s spatial patterns and the dominant factors at a regional scale in millions of square kilometers remain to be *** study used the geomorphon-based method and the geographical detector model to quantify the spatial pattern of LDD over china and identify the dominant factors affecting this pattern in china’s six first-order geomorphological regions(GR1~GR6).The results yield the following findings:(1)LDD in china ranges from 0~4.55 km/km^(2.,which is larger in central and eastern regions than in other regions of china;(2.dominant factors and their dominant risk subcategories vary with each geomorphological region’s primary internal and external forces;(3)the influence of natural factors is more significant on the large regional scale in millions of square kilometers compared to anthropogenic factors;relief degree of land surface(RDLS)is dominant in GR1,GR2.and GR5;the slope is dominant in GR6,soil type is dominant in GR3 and GR4,and lithology plays a critical role in the dominant interactions of GR3,GR4,and GR6;(4)the interactions between factors on LDD’s spatial pattern have a more significant effect than individual factors.

Identification and fine mapping of qSW2.for leaf slow wilting in soybean

Drought is one of the abiotic stresses limiting the production of soybean(Glycine max).Elucidation of the genetic and molecular basis of the slow-wilting(SW)trait of this crop offers the prospect of its genetic improvement.A panel of 188 accessions and a set of recombinant inbred lines produced from a cross between cultivars liaodou 14 and liaodou 2. were used to identify quantitative-trait loci(QTL)associated with *** were genotyped by Specific-locus amplified fragment sequencing and seedling leaf wilting was assessed under three water-stress treatments.A genome-wide association study identified 2. SW-associated single-nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs),including three located in a 2.8-kb linkage-disequilibrium(LD)block on chromosome *** mapping revealed a major-effect QTL,qSW2.associated with all three treatments and adjacent to the LD *** mapping in a BC_(2.F_(3) population derived from a backcross between liaodou 2. and R2. confined qSW2.to a 60-kb *** expression and sequence variation analysis identified the gene Glyma.02.g2.8100,encoding an auxin transcription factor,as a candidate gene for *** results will contribute significantly to improving drought-resistant soybean cultivars by providing genetic information and resources.

In this paper, for a second-order three-point boundary value problem u″＋f（t,u）=0,0〈t〈1,au（0）-bu′（0）=0,u（1）-au（η）=0,where η∈ （0, 1）, a, b, α ∈R with a^2.＋ b^2.〉 0, the existence of its nontrivial solution is studied. The＇conditions on f which guarantee the existence of nontrivial solution are formulated. As an application, some examples to demonstrate the results are given.

Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma（ESCC） is a poor-prognostic cancer type with extensive intra-and inter-patient heterogeneity in both genomic variations and tumor microenvironment（TME）. However, the patterns and drivers of spatial genomic and microenvironmental heterogeneity of ESCC remain largely unknown. Here, we generated a spatial multi-omic atlas by whole-exome, transcriptome, and methylome sequencing of 507 tumor samples from 103 patients. We identified a novel tumor suppressor PREX2.accounting for 2.% of ESCCs with frequent somatic mutations or hyper-methylation, which promoted migration and invasion of ESCC cells in vitro. Analysis of the TME and quantification of subclonal expansion indicated that ESCCs undergo spatially directed evolution, where subclones mostly originated from the tumor center but had a biased clonal expansion to the upper direction of the ***, we found upper regions of ESCCs often underwent stronger immunoediting with increased selective fitness, suggesting more stringent immune selection. In addition, distinct TMEs were associated with variable genomic and clinical outcomes. Among them, hot TME was associated with high immune evasion and subclonal heterogeneity. We also found that immunoediting, instead of CD8+T cell abundance, acts as an independent prognostic factor of ESCCs. Importantly, we found significant heterogeneity in previously considered potential therapeutic targets, as well as BRCAness characteristics in a subset of patients, emphasizing the importance of focusing on heterogeneity in ESCC targeted ***, these findings provide novel insights into the mechanisms of the spatial evolution of ESCC and inform precision therapeutic strategies.

Factors affecting rate of stroke-related death in elderly male military population A 2.-year cohort study of 12.8 cases in Xi'an,china

The study is the first long-term cohort study examining stroke and its subtypes among a population of Chinese elderly male retired military veterans. We reported on a 2.-year cohort study examining stroke in 1 2.8 elderly male patients living in Xi＇an, {2. since 1987. The stroke-related mortality rate in this cohort was 361.50/1 x 106 per year. Cerebral hemorrhage was the dominant cause of death, with 2. cases of fatal cerebral infarction and 49 cases of fatal cerebral hemorrhage among 77 stroke-related deaths. Independent risk factors for stroke mortality included age, blood pressure, smoking, body mass index, family history of hypertension, past medical history of stroke, hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Among them, ischemic stroke mortality correlated with age, smoking, family history of hypertension and past medical history of stroke, while hemorrhagic stroke was related to blood pressure, body mass index and past medical history of hypertension. Our results indicated that maintaining appropriate levels of blood pressure and body mass, smoking cessation and prevention of hyperlipidemia can reduce the risk of stroke-related death in elderly males who are retired from military service.

Pluripotent Embryonic Stem Cells Developed into Medulloepithelioma in Nude Mice Eyes

Purpose: The pluripotent embryonic stem cells can differentiate into various kinds offormal tissues. There is no previous report on the differentiation of embryonic stem cellin the intraocular environment. In this paper, the authors tried to investigate theintraocular growth character of mice embryonic stem cells in nude ***: Murine embryonic stem cells were cultured and maintained in anundifferentiated state in vitro. They were transplanted into the right eyes of 2. nude miceby microinjection under operating microscope. Animal eye observation, light microscopeand immunohistochemical examinations were ***: Two to three days after transplantation, small pieces of gray-white materialcould be viewed in the vitreous cavity. Between the 15th and 2.th day, the gray-whitemass grew into the anterior chamber in 4 nude mice eyes. Then, the mass at the anteriorchamber extended extraocularly. On the 30th day, a remarkable proptosis was observedin two of the four nude mice. In 6 to 45 days, the mice were executed for morphologicalexamination which showed the following typical structures: (1) Undifferentiated cellswith prominent nucleolius. (2. Flexner-Wintersteiner-like rosettes. (3) Medulloepithe-lioma-like structure: the cells were arranged in sheets, cords, tubes, and cysts. (4) Large,spindle-or astrocyte-like cells. (5) Cartilage-like structure. Immunohistochemically, mostof the cells were highly positive in NSE staining and a few cells were moderately positivein GFAP ***: Both animal eye findings and morphologic examinations certificated thatthe transplanted embryonic stem cells could grow in the eyes of nude mice anddifferentiate into intraocular medulloepithelioma.
