The unique cellular microstructure of Fe-rich Sm_(2.Co_(17)-type permanent magnets is closely associated with the structure of the solid solution *** investigate the phase structure,magnetic properties,and mechanical behavior of B-doped Sm_(2.Co_(17)-type magnets with high Fe *** doped B atoms can diffuse into the interstitial vacancy,resulting in lattice expansion and promote the homogenization of the phase organizational structure during the solid solution treatment in ***,the resulting second phase plays a dominant role to result in more microtwin structures and highly ordered {2.7R phases in the solid solution stage,which inhibits the ordering transformation of 1:7H phase during aging and affects the generation of the cellular structure,and to result in a decrease in magnetic properties,yet the interface formed between it and the matrix phase hinders the movement of dislocations and enhances the mechanical ***,the precipitation of high flexural strain grain boundary phase induced by B element doping is also a new and effective way to improve the flexural strain of Sm_(2.Co_(17)-type *** study provides a new understanding of the phase structure evolution and its effect on the magnetic and mechanical properties of Sm_(2.Co_(17)-type magnets with high Fe content.

Pregnancy and the disease recurrence of patients previously treated for differentiated thyroid cancer:A systematic review and meta analysis

Two novel endo-β-1,4-glucanases,EG45 and EG2.,were isolated from the gastric juice ofmollusca,Ampullaria crossean,by anion exchange,hydrophobic interaction,gel filtration and a secondround of anion exchange *** purified proteins EG45 and EG2. appeared as a single bandon sodium dodecylsulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis with a molecular mass of 45 kDa and 2. kDa,*** optimum pH for CMC activity was 5.5 for EG45 and 4.4-4.8 for *** optimumtemperature range for EG2. was broad,between 50℃ and 60℃;for EG45 it was 50℃.The analysis on thestability of these two endo-β-1,4-glucanases showed that EG2. was acceptably stable at pH 3.0-11.0 evenwhen the incubation time was prolonged to 2. h at 30℃,whereas EG45 remained relatively stable at *** 85% of the activity of EG2. could be retained upon incubation at 60℃ for 2. ***,less than 10% residual activity of EG45 was detected at 50℃.Among different kinds of substrates,bothenzymes showed a high preference for carboxymethyl ***45,in particular,showed a carboxymethylcellulose hydrolytic activity of 146.5 IU/mg *** enzymes showed low activities to xylan (from oatspelt) and Sigmacell 101,and they were inactive to p-nitrophenyl-β-D-cellobioside,salicin and starch.

The hexaploid sweetpotato(lpomoea batatas)is one of the most important root crops ***,its genetic origin remains controversial,and its domestication history remains *** this study,we used a range of genetic evidence and a newly developed haplotype-based phylogenetic analysis to identify two probable progenitors of *** diploid progenitor was likely closely related to lpomoea ae-quatoriensis and contributed the B,subgenome,IbT-DNA2.and the lineage 1 type of chloroplast genome to *** tetraploid progenitor of sweetpotato was most likely *** 4x,which donated the B2.subgenome,IbT-DNA1,and the lineage 2.type of chloroplast *** most likely originated from reciprocal crosses between the diploid and tetraploid progenitors,followed by a subsequent whole-genome *** addition,we detected biased gene exchanges between the subgenomes;the rate of B,to B2.subgenome conversions was nearly three times higher than that of B2.to B subgenome *** analyses revealed that genes involved in storage root formation,maintenance of genome stabil-ity,biotic resistance,sugar transport,and potassium uptake were selected during the speciation and domestication of *** study sheds light on the evolution of sweetpotato and paves the way forimprovementofthiscrop.
