Plants sequester carbon through photosynthesis and provide primary productivity for the ecosystem. However, they also simultaneously consume water through transpiration, leading to a carbon-water balance relationship. Agricultural production can be regarded as a form of carbon sequestration *** the perspective of the natural-social-economic complex ecosystem, excessive water usage in food production will aggravate regional water pressure for both domestic and industrial purposes. Hence, achieving a harmonious equilibrium between carbon and water resources during the food production process is a key scientific challenge for ensuring food security and sustainability. Digital intelligence(DI) and cyber-physical-social systems(CPSS) are emerging as the new research paradigms that are causing a substantial shift in the conventional thinking and methodologies across various scientific fields, including ecological science and sustainability studies. This paper outlines our recent efforts in using advanced technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence(AI), digital twins, metaverses, and parallel intelligence to model, analyze, and manage the intricate dynamics and equilibrium among plants, carbon, and water in arid and semiarid ecosystems. It introduces the concept of the carbon-water balance and explores its management at three levels: the individual plant level, the community level, and the natural-social-economic complex ecosystem level. Additionally, we elucidate the significance of agricultural foundation models as fundamental technologies within this context. A case analysis of water usage shows that, given the limited availability of water resources in the context of the carbon-water balance, regional collaboration and optimized allocation have the potential to enhance the utilization efficiency of water resources in the river basin. At present, in the higher education fi eld, higher vocational education accounts for larger proportion, has become an importantpart that cannot be ignored. In order to adapt to the change of talent market demand structure, higher vocational English teaching modeneeds reform urgently. Teachers should pay attention to the training of students’ professional quality as well as strengthen students’ Englishlanguage application ability and the actual communication ability. Based on the perspective of professional ability training, this paper discussesthe necessity of higher vocational English teaching mode reform, study and put forward the corresponding reform suggestions.

Assessment on System Reliability of Cable-stayed Bridges Based on Unascertained Measures

To overcome the shortcomings that there are few feasible methods and models in the comprehensive assessment on the system reliability of cable-stayed bridges, a mathematical tool-the unascertalned measure was introduced. First, the basic knowledge of the Unascertained Sets was introduced briefly. Second, the unascertained measure was defined and the comprehensive assessment model was set up. Then the method was introduced to the assessment of the system reliability of a cable-stayed bridge located in Tianjin City. Engineering practices shows that the method can complete the assessment systematically and scientifically without any assumption. The work has significance in theory and practice for the comprehensive assessment of bridge engineering.

光动力学疗法(PDT)具有低副作用,高选择性,可重复性和非侵入性的优点,因此在癌症治疗领域虽已得到广泛关注。光敏剂、氧气和光源是PDT的三大要素,但PDT面临小分子光敏剂的水溶性差和肿瘤靶向性差的问题。纳米技术可通过多种机理增强PDT抗癌疗效,包括增加疏水性光敏剂的水溶性、延长药物体循环时间、实现载体的被动和主动靶向、促进光敏剂的细胞摄取,以及光敏剂的应答控释等。然而传统的PDT纳米载体经过静脉给药和体内生物分布后,大多数药物累积在健康器官中,光敏剂在肿瘤部位的富集非常差。由于目前尚无有效的方法来显著提高药物在肿瘤部位的含量,因此充分利用血液循环后累积于肿瘤组织中的光敏剂是提高PDT疗效的一种重要手段。纳米载体进入肿瘤组织后的高效细胞摄取和光敏剂的应答释放是提高PDT疗效的两个关键步骤。通过增加肿瘤细胞摄取可确保肿瘤细胞内药物的高浓度;而光敏剂的快速释放可以克服单线态氧半衰期短和扩散距离有限引发的疗效降低。聚合物胶束是一种重要的纳米载体。它一般由亲水性聚乙二醇(PEG)构成外壳,用于保持载体的生物相容性和血液稳定性;疏水聚合物链段构成内核用来包载疏水性药物分子。然而PEG修饰后纳米粒的细胞摄取通常会减弱,从而引发PDT疗效降低。PEG在肿瘤微环境下的可控去除为增加纳米药物的细胞摄取提供了新思路。肿瘤组织的氧气含量很低,利用缺氧作为刺激条件可以降低纳米载体的表面亲水性,从而促进载体和细胞膜之间的相互作用,有助于纳米载体的细胞内吞。偶氮苯是典型的缺氧敏感基团,可作为去PEG化的两亲性聚合物的亲水/疏水链段间的连接分子。虽然PEG的应答脱除可增加纳米药物的细胞摄取,但没有PEG保护层的纳米载体非常容易聚集,进而阻碍药物的释放。刺激响应型纳米胶束载体可通过功能基团的质子化、水解或分子构型的转变等途径来实现药物的可控释放。例如细胞内高谷胱甘肽浓度(约10 mM)或内含体/溶酶体的酸性微环境是典型的内源型刺激物。鉴于单线态氧的高反应活性,其可作为高效的刺激物来实现负载物的可控释放。本课题假设具有低氧和单线态氧双重敏感特性的纳米胶束具有PEG可控脱除和光敏药物应答释放两个优点。此外,双应答还具有协同作用,缺氧微环境可以提高细胞内用于PDT的光敏剂剂量,单线态氧的生成将加剧肿瘤组织缺氧的程度,进而促进后续未入胞纳米粒的摄取。因此,本课题拟设计一种缺氧和单线态氧双重响应的多功能纳米胶束,并包载光敏剂以增强光动力疗法的疗效。通过利用单端甲氧基的两亲性聚(乙二醇)-偶氮苯-聚(天冬氨酸-咪唑)(mPEG-Azo-PAsp-IM)嵌段共聚物的自组装制备胶束,其中偶氮苯和咪唑基团分别是为低氧和单线态氧敏感的功能基团,二氢卟吩e6(Ce6)作为模型光敏剂物理包载于胶束中。含有偶氮苯和咪唑的两亲性聚合物经过以下三个主要步骤合成,首先,将偶氮苯连接到mPEG的末端生成末端氨基的mPEG,即mPEG-Azo-NH;然后mPEG-Azo-NH充当引发剂引发天冬氨酸N-羧酸酐单体的开环聚合;最后,通过酰胺化反应将咪唑基团接枝到多肽骨架上,最终获得低氧和单线态氧双重响应性嵌段聚合物mPEG-Azo-PAsp-IM。利用没有偶氮苯修饰的mPEG用作引发剂来合成仅对单线态氧敏感的两亲性聚合物(即mPEG-PAsp-IM)作为对照。所有中间产物和终产物均经过合适的方法纯化,并通过核磁共振(H NMR和C NMR),质谱和红外光谱进行了结构验证。通过H NMR分析,最终合成的两种聚合物分子的氨基酸聚合度均约为20,咪唑基团的接枝率均为100%,分子量分别约为9,600 Da(mPEG-Azo-PAsp-IM)和9,400 Da(mPEG-PAsp-IM),两种聚合物的分子量差异约等于偶氮苯的分子量。本课题采用传统的薄膜水化法制备缺氧和单线态氧双重响应的纳米胶束,两亲性嵌段聚合物在水性介质中由于自身的两亲性自组装形成纳米胶束。为了评价胶束稳定性,使用芘作为荧光探针测定其临界胶束浓度(CMC)。该双响应(DR)mPEG-Azo-PAsp-IM胶束的CMC较低(1.1μM),有利于维持纳米胶束的血液循环稳定性并防止药物提前释放。光敏剂Ce6通过用薄膜水化法包载于胶束疏水腔,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测得DR载药胶束(mPEG-Azo-PAsp-IM/Ce6)的Ce6载药量为4.1±0.5%(w/w),SR载药胶束(mPEG-PAsp-IM/Ce6)的Ce6载药量为3.7±0.3%(w/w)。动态光散射(DLS)测得DR空白胶束水力学直径为157±14 nm,DR载药胶束的粒径增加到189±19 nm,这是由于Ce6的存在引起的胶束疏水核膨胀的结果,这种粒径增加是胶束成功载药的典型现象。为了验证缺氧诱导的偶氮苯断键,本实验分别采用缺氧和常氧两种条件处理CMC以上DR聚合物分子,

Nanocellulose(NC) has attracted much interest in the tissue engineering(TE) field because of its properties including biocompatibility,renewability, non-toxicity, functionality, and excellent mechanical performance. This review mainly focused on the advanced applications of NC-based composites in hard TE including cartilage TE, bone TE, and dental TE, illustrated the processing methods for synthesizing scaffolds including electrospinning, freeze-drying, and 3 D printing, reviewed the current status of hard TE, and presented perspective on the future of TE technology.

Based on the mental health status of female college students and the development course of the education course with female characteristics, this paper discusses the importance of the education with female characteristics in guiding female college students to grow into talents in higher education by combining the training mode and teaching effect of the education course with female characteristics in Xi'an Peihua University, so as to provide a new perspective for Chinese higher education to improve the mental health of female college students.
