Cyathulae Radix,a traditional Chinese medicine and a common vegetable,boasts a history spanning *** enhances bone density,boosts metabolism,and effectively alleviates osteoporosis-induced *** its historical use,the molecular mechanisms behind Cyathulae Radix’s impact on osteoporosis remain *** this study,we investigated the effects and mechanisms of Cyathulae Radix ethanol extract(CEE)in inhibiting osteoporosis and ***-week-old female mice underwent ovariectomy and were treated with CEE for eight ***-computed tomography(micro-CT)assessed histomorphometric parameters,bone tissue staining observed distal femur histomorphology,and three-point bending tests evaluated tibia mechanical ***-linked immunosorbent assay(EliSA)measured serum estradiol(E2),receptor activator for nuclear factor B ligand(RANKL),and osteoprotegerin(OPG)***-related markers were analyzed via Western blotting(WB)and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction(qRT-PCR).Additionally,CEE effects on RANKL-induced osteoclast formation and bone resorption were investigated in vitro using tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase(TRAP)staining,qRT-PCR,and WB *** with the ovariectomy(OVX)group,CEE treatment enhanced trabecular bone density,maximal load-bearing capacity,and various histomorphometric *** E2 and OPG levels significantly increased,while Receptor activator of nuclear factor-κB(RANK)decreased in the CEE *** downregulated matrix metallopeptidase 9(MMP-9),Cathepsin K(CTSK),and TRAP gene and protein *** bone marrow macrophages(BMMs),CEE reduced mature osteoclasts,bone resorption pit areas,and MMP-9,CTSK,and TRAP expression during osteoclast *** with DMSO treatment,CEE markedly inhibited RANK,TNF receptor associated factor 6(TRAF6),Proto-oncogene c-Fos(c-Fos),Nuclear factor of activated T-cells cytoplasmic 1(NFATc1)expressions,and Extracellular regula

Dear Editor,Since it first appeared in humans in China in 2013,a novel H7N9influenza virus has caused 1,568 cases of infection,with a mortality rate of 39.2%(Yin et al.,2021).The early H7N9 virus strains had low pathogenicity and did not cause avian disease(Zhang et al.,2013).However,they caused concern about poultry consumption and caused huge economic losses to the poultry *** mid-2016,some H7N9 viruses mutated.

Nanostructured mesoporous Ni Co2O4,Co3O4 and Ni O spinel oxides were prepared through the hydroxide coprecipitation method using EG（ethylene glycol） as solvent without any *** Ni Co2O4 powders were analyzed by TGA,XRD,N2adsorption-desorption,SEM and *** the electrocatalytic properties of Ni Co2O4/Ti,Co3O4/Ti and Ni O/Ti electrodes for oxygen evolution in 0.1 mol/L KOH（p H = 13）were tested by cyclic voltammetry,Tafel curves and *** result shows that Ni Co2O4/Ti electrode has higher electrocatalytic activity in oxygen evolution reaction than Co3O4/Ti and NiO/Ti *** Co2O4/Ti electrode prepared at 350°C has the highest apparent current density and the highest true current *** Tafel slope of Ni Co2O4/Ti electrode prepared at 350°C is 68.49 m V/dec.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of irbesartan combined with potassium magnesium aspartate(PMA)in the treatment of rheumatic heart ***:A total of 316 patients with rheumatic heart disease who were treated in our hospital during the period of March 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research *** to the different treatment methods,they were divided into group A(treatment with irbesartan only)and group B(Using Irbesartan combined with PMA treatment),analyze and compare the cardiac function,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,heart rate and clinical treatment effect of the two groups of patients after ***:After treatment,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD),left atrial diameter(LAD),and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)was significantly higher than after treatment,(Plic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure and heart rate of group B were significantly lower than those of group A,(Plinical effect than irbesartan *** can promote the reconstruction of ventricular function,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,prevent heart failure,and can effectively promote the recovery of cardiac function in patients.

This paper describes the design and fabrication of superconducting hot electron bolometer (HEB) mixer based on ultra-thin superconducting NbN films. The high quality films were epitaxially grown on high resistance Si substrates. The device was fabricated by magnetron sputtering, electron beam lithography (EBL), reactive ion etching (RIE), lithography, and so on. The device's resistance-tempera-ture (R-T) curves and current-voltage (I-V) curves were studied. The results of THz response of the device are presented. Y-factor technique was used to measure the device's noise temperature. When the device was irradiated with a laser radiation of 2.5 THz, the obtained lowest noise temperature of the device was 2213 K.

Genic male sterility(GMS)is critical for heterosis utilization and hybrid seed *** GMS mutants and genes have been studied extensively in plants,it has remained unclear whether chloroplast-associated photosynthetic and metabolic activities are involved in the regulation of anther *** this study,we characterized the function of ZmMs33/ZmGPAT6,which encodes a member of the glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase(GPAT)family that catalyzes the first step of the glycerolipid synthetic *** found that normal structure and function of endothecium(En)chloroplasts maintained by ZmMs33-mediated lipid biosynthesis in tapetal cells are crucial for maize anther ***33 is expressed mainly in the tapetum at early anther developmental stages and critical for cell proliferation and expansion at late *** in En cells of wild-type anthers function as starch storage sites before stage 10 but as photosynthetic factories since stage 10 to enable starch metabolism and carbohydrate *** of ZmMs33 function inhibits the biosynthesis of glycolipids and phospholipids,which are major components of En chloroplast membranes,and disrupts the development and function of En chloroplasts,resulting in the formation of abnormal En chloroplasts containing numerous starch *** analyses reveal that starch synthesis during the day and starch degradation at night are greatly suppressed in the mutant anthers,leading to carbon starvation and low energy status,as evidenced by low trehalose-6-phosphate content and a reduced ATP/AMP *** energy sensor and inducer of autophagy,SnRK1,was activated to induce early and excessive autophagy,premature PCD,and metabolic reprogramming in tapetal cells,finally arresting the elongation and development of mutant *** together,our results not only show that ZmMs33 is required for normal structure and function of En chloroplasts but also reveal that starch metabolism and photosynthetic

Group revision has proved to be a very importantstep in process writing and yet it has not receivedmuch attention to in English teaching in *** explores the problems related to peer group revi-sion in China,and provides suggestions for solving theproblems and a practical guide for group *** teaching writing to English majors in ShanxiTeachers’University in China,the author found aproblem which is common to all students in *** teachers have emphasised the importance ofrevision in writing and given students time to revise,students seem to benefit little from ***,withfurther study and experiments,the author found thatpeer group revision is an effective activity in helpingstudents benefit from revisions and improve *** on the process of composing emphasis-es both the role of revision in the evolution of thetext and the roe of feedback in the teaching andlearning of *** research has been done onthe different aspects of peer group revision(Nelsonand Carson,1998;Villamil & Guerrero,1996).Based on these findings and the author’s own experi-ence,this paper is meant to provide a practical guideto how to ensure effective peer feedback and conse-quent revision.
