Repressing iron overload ameliorates central poststroke pain via the Hdac2-Kv1.2 axis in a rat model of hemorrhagic stroke

Thalamic hemorrhage can lead to the development of central post-stroke *** in histone acetylation levels,which are regulated by histone deacetylases,affect the excitability of neurons surrounding the hemorrhagic ***,the regulato ry mechanism of histone deacetylases in central post-stroke pain remains unclea ***,we show that iron overload leads to an increase in histone deacetylase 2expression in damaged ventral posterolateral nucleus *** this increase restored histone H3 acetylation in the Kcna2 promoter region of the voltage-dependent potassium(Kv)channel subunit gene in a rat model of central post-stroke pain,thereby increasing Kcna2expression and relieving central ***,in the absence of nerve injury,increasing histone deacetylase 2 expression decreased Kcna2expression,decreased Kv current,increased the excitability of neurons in the ventral posterolateral nucleus area,and led to neuropathic pain ***,treatment with the iron chelator deferiprone effectively reduced iron overload in the ventral posterolateral nucleus after intracerebral hemorrhage,reversed histone deacetylase 2 upregulation and Kv1.2 downregulation,and alleviated mechanical hypersensitivity in central post-stroke pain *** results suggest that histone deacetylase 2 upregulation and Kv1.2 downregulation,mediated by iron overload,are important factors in central post-stroke pain pathogenesis and co uld se rve as new to rgets for central poststroke pain treatment.

安徽省老年高血压患者认知功能障碍影响因素分析

目的了解安徽省老年高血压患者认知功能障碍的现状并分析其影响因素。方法采取随机整体抽样方法抽取安徽省老年专项活动中共计3391例60岁以上的老年人群进行问卷调查,采用简易精神状态检查量表评估老年人认知功能障碍的患病情况,以面对面填写问卷的方式获取老年人高血压患病情况,通过多因素回归分析对不同影响因素与老年高血压患者认知功能障碍的相关性进行分析。结果调查共检出高血压患者1879例,高血压合并认知功能障碍患者276例,老年高血压患者在不同年龄分层中认知功能障碍的患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=137.241,P<0.001)。其中年龄(OR=2.848,95%CI:2.282~3.555,P<0.05)、罹患抑郁(OR=2.750,95%CI:1.786~4.236,P<0.05)、失眠(OR=2.141,95%CI:1.507~3.043,P<0.05)、日常生活能力(OR=5.252,95%CI:4.207~6.558,P<0.05)、三酰甘油(OR=1.153,95%CI:1.027~1.294,P=0.016)是老年高血压患者合并认知功能障碍的危险因素,而参加团体活动(OR=0.498,95%CI:0.392~0.631,P<0.05)、喜欢运动(OR=0.399,95%CI:0.273~0.583,P<0.05)是老年高血压患者合并认知功能障碍的保护因素。结论年龄、抑郁状态、喜欢运动、参加团体活动、失眠、日常生活能力、三酰甘油升高等是老年高血压患者认知功能障碍的影响因素,早期筛查和干预认知功能障碍的影响因素,有助于老年高血压人群认知功能障碍的预防。

Identifying multidisciplinary problems from scientific publications based on a text generation method

Purpose:A text generation based multidisciplinary problem identification method is proposed,which does not rely on a large amount of data ***/methodology/approach:The proposed method first identifies the research objective types and disciplinary labels of papers using a text classification technique;second,it generates abstractive titles for each paper based on abstract and research objective types using a generative pre-trained language model;third,it extracts problem phrases from generated titles according to regular expression rules;fourth,it creates problem relation networks and identifies the same problems by exploiting a weighted community detection algorithm;finally,it identifies multidisciplinary problems based on the disciplinary labels of ***:Experiments in the“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”field show that the proposed method can effectively identify multidisciplinary research *** disciplinary distribution of the identified problems is consistent with our understanding of multidisciplinary collaboration in the *** limitations:It is necessary to use the proposed method in other multidisciplinary fields to validate its *** implications:Multidisciplinary problem identification helps to gather multidisciplinary forces to solve complex real-world problems for the governments,fund valuable multidisciplinary problems for research management authorities,and borrow ideas from other disciplines for ***/value:This approach proposes a novel multidisciplinary problem identification method based on text generation,which identifies multidisciplinary problems based on generative abstractive titles of papers without data annotation required by standard sequence labeling techniques.

Identification of the Quaternary low gas-saturation reservoirs in the Sanhu area of the Qaidam Basin,China

Low gas-saturation reservoirs are gas bearing intervals whose gas saturation is less than 47%. They are common in the Quaternary of the Sanhu area in the Qaidam *** to the complex genesis mechanisms and special geological characteristics,the logging curves of low gas-saturation reservoirs are characterized by ambiguity and diversity,namely without significant log response characteristics. Therefore,it is particularly difficult to identify the low gas-saturation reservoirs in the study *** addition,the traditional methods such as using the relations among lithology,electrical property,physical property and gas bearing property,as well as their threshold values,can not effectively identify low gas-saturation *** solve this problem,we adopt the decision tree,support vector machine and rough set methods to establish a predictive model of low gas-saturation reservoirs,which is capable of classifying a mass of multi-dimensional and fuzzy *** to the transparency of learning processes and the understandability of learning results,the predictive model was also revised by absorbing the actual reservoir *** applications indicate that the predictive model is effective in identifying low gas-saturation reservoirs in the study area.

Micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors of low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield

Low-resistivity oil layers are often missed in logging interpretation because of their resistivity close to or below the resistivity of nearby water layers. Typical low-resistivity oil layers have been found in the past few years in the Putaohua reservoir of the Puao Oilfield in the south of the Daqing placanticline by detailed exploration. Based on a study of micro-geological causes of low-resistivity oil layers, the macro-geological controlling factors were analyzed through comprehensive research of regional depositional background, geological structure, and oil-water relations combined with core, water testing, well logging, and scanning electron microscopy data. The results showed that the formation and distribution of Putaohua low-resistivity oil layers in the Puao Oilfield were controlled by depositional environment, sedimentary facies, diagenesis, motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation, and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid. The low-resistivity oil layers caused by high bound-water saturation were controlled by deposition and diagenesis, those caused by high free-water saturation were controlled by structural amplitude and motive power of hydrocarbon accumulation. Those caused by formation water with high salinity were controlled by the ancient saline water depositional environment and faulted structure and those caused by additional conductivity of shale were controlled by paleoclimate and acidity and alkalinity of reservoir liquid. Consideration of both micro-geological causes and macro-geological controlling factors is important in identifying low-resistivity oil layers.

Nowadays,it is extremely urgent for the software engineering education to cultivate the knowledge and ability of database talents in the era of big *** this end,this paper proposes a talent training teaching modality that integrates knowledge,ability,practice,and innovation(KAPI)for Database System *** teaching modality contains three parts:top-level design,course learning process,and course assurance and *** top-level design sorts out the core knowledge of the course and determines a mixed online and offline teaching *** course learning process emphasizes the correspondence transformation relationship between core knowledge points and ability enhancement,and the course is practiced in the form of experimental projects to finally enhance students’innovation consciousness and *** assurance and evaluation of the course are based on the outcome-based education(OBE)orientation,which realizes the objective evaluation of students’learning process and final *** teaching results of the course in the past 2 years show that the KAPI-based teaching modality has achieved better ***,students are satisfied with the evaluation of the *** teaching modality in this paper helps to stimulate students’initiatives,and improve their knowledge vision and practical ability,and thus helps to cultivate innovative and high-quality engineering talents required by the emerging engineering education.

Two doubly tethered aminoalkyl chiral crown ether stationary phases were prepared by covalently bonding（+）-（18-crown-6）-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid to doubly tethered aminoalkyl silica gel in order to improve the stability and the enantioselectivity of chiral stationary phases（CSPs） based on（+）-（18-crown-6）-2,3,11,12-tetracarboxylic acid developed previously in our lab. The chiral recognition behavior of the new CSPs was investigated by using racemic primary amino compounds with the variation of the type and content of organic and acidic modifiers in mobile phase and the column temperature. The stability of the CSPs was examined. The results revealed that the new CSPs were more effective in resolving various racemic ?-Amino Acids, Amines and Amino Alcohols than the original ones. Meanwhile, the CSPs showed excellent stability after a month of use.
