共通感研究的公共逻辑只有回归到历史生生“一般”的批判中才能消解“普遍”统合的凝固与固化。从语源而论,一般(general)“生生”自证的语文学追溯指向普遍(universal)符合他证的消解。从共通感研究的学术史而言,由普遍统合的本体论到存在论的哲学转向,期待“史”或“事”生生“一般”的哲学提炼。该研究旨趣倒逼向从思想史到观念史研究方法的革新与运用。观念史作为方法体现出历史一般的散点透视且边界分立的包容。共通感“一般”的研究旨趣及其思想史的研究方法是对普遍目的的符合或因果决定论等等知识学的突破。

[背景]砷、钴、钡等单个金属暴露被证实与肾结石发病存在关联，然而目前关于金属混合暴露与肾结石发病的研究较少，尤其是在职业人群中金属混合暴露与肾结石发病的关系尚不明确。[目的]探讨冶炼厂职业人群中金属混合暴露与肾结石发病风险的关联性。[方法]通过问卷调查的形式收集2021年7月—2022年1月广东某冶炼厂1 158名金属混合暴露工人的社会人口学特征、既往史、生活方式等信息。收集工人中段晨尿，以电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定工人尿锂、钒、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、钼、镉、铯、钡、钨、铊、铅18种金属水平，以冷原子吸收光谱测定法测量尿汞水平。根据纳入标准最终纳入919名金属混合暴露的工人为研究对象，其中肾结石组117人，非肾结石组802人。以尿金属检出率大于80%为标准，最终纳入16种金属进行后续分析。使用参数或非参数方法比较非肾结石组和肾结石组的连续型变量或离散型变量之间的差异。通过构建logistic回归模型探讨单一金属暴露与肾结石发病的关联。采用加权分位数和（WQS）回归模型以评价金属混合暴露与肾结石发病的关联及各金属对肾结石发病影响的权重。随后采用贝叶斯核机器回归（BKMR）模型探讨金属混合暴露对肾结石发病的整体影响及各金属之间的交互作用。[结果]本研究发现非肾结石组工人和肾结石组在性别、年龄、工龄、体质量指数（BMI）差异有统计学意义（均P <0.05），肾结石组工人尿钼、尿钡水平高于非肾结石组，且差异有统计学意义（均P <0.05）。logistic回归分析结果显示，尿钴、尿砷、尿钼、尿钡与肾结石发病呈正相关(均P趋势<0.05)。WQS回归分析结果显示，钒、钴、砷、钼、钡混合暴露与肾结石发病存在正向关联（P <0.05），其中钼、砷和钡权重分别为0.391、0.337、0.154。BKMR结果显示金属混合暴露与肾结石发病风险存在正向关联（P <0.05）；当其他金属固定在第25或50或75百分数时，砷、钼、钴和钡对肾结石发病风险表现出正效应（均P <0.05），而钒对肾结石发病风险表现出负效应（P <0.05）；交互分析显示钡、钒分别与钴存在交互作用（均P <0.05）。[结论]在该冶炼厂职业人群中，职业金属混合暴露可引起肾结石发病风险升高，其中起主要作用的金属为钼、砷、钡、钴。

Based on the analyses of existing preference group decision-making(PGDM)methods with intuitionistic fuzzy preference relations(IFPRs),we present a new PGDM framework with incomplete IFPRs.A generalized multiplicative consistent for IFPRs is defined,and a mathematical programming model is constructed to supplement the missing values in incomplete ***,in this study,another mathematical programming model is constructed to improve the consistency level of unacceptably multiplicative consistent *** group decisionmaking(GDM)with incomplete IFPRs,three reliable sources influencing the weights of experts are ***,a method for determining the weights of experts is developed by simultaneously considering three reliable ***,a targeted consensus process(CPR)is developed in this study with reference to the actual situation of the consensus level of each ***,in response to the proposed multiplicative consistency definition,a novel method for determining the optimal priority weights of alternatives is ***,based on the above theory,a novel GDM method with incomplete IFPRs is developed,and the comparative and sensitivity analysis results demonstrate the utility and superiority of this work.

结节的精确定位已成为胸腔镜手术治疗肺部结节的重要技术环节,是安全切缘及避免切除过多正常肺组织的保障。随着医疗技术及设备的不断发展,定位肺小结节的方式也在向更少创伤、更加便捷的方向发展。经过国内外胸外科医生的不断探索与创新,目前已有多种方法应用于肺小结节的术前或术中定位,包括术前经皮穿刺定位、术前经支气管定位、术中触诊定位、术中超声定位及依据解剖学定位。应根据结节位置、现有设备及手术经验选择最合适的定位方法。通过查阅文献,我们梳理了不同肺小结节定位方法的理论与技术,总结其优劣以供大家参考。

Exponential distribution-based genetic algorithm for solving mixed-integer bilevel programming problems

Two classes of mixed-integer nonlinear bilevel programming problems are discussed. One is that the follower＇s functions are separable with respect to the follower＇s variables, and the other is that the follower＇s functions are convex if the follower＇s variables are not restricted to integers. A genetic algorithm based on an exponential distribution is proposed for the aforementioned problems. First, for each fixed leader＇s variable x, it is proved that the optimal solution y of the follower＇s mixed-integer programming can be obtained by solving associated relaxed problems, and according to the convexity of the functions involved, a simplified branch and bound approach is given to solve the follower＇s programming for the second class of problems. Furthermore, based on an exponential distribution with a parameter λ, a new crossover operator is designed in which the best individuals are used to generate better offspring of crossover. The simulation results illustrate that the proposed algorithm is efficient and robust.

Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer-related death across the *** lung adenocarcinoma,patients with lung squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC)have not benefitted from targeted *** immunotherapy has significantly improved cancer patients’outcomes,the relatively low response rate and severe adverse events hinder the clinical application of this promising treatment in ***,it is of vital importance to have a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of LSCC as well as the inner connection among different signaling pathways,which will surely provide opportunities for more effective therapeutic interventions for *** this review,new insights were given about classical signaling pathways which have been proved in other cancer types but not in LSCC,including PI3K signaling pathway,VEGF/VEGFR signaling,and CDK4/6 *** signaling pathways which may have therapeutic potentials in LSCC were also discussed,including the FGFR1 pathway,EGFR pathway,and KEAP1/NRF2 ***,chromosome 3q,which harbors two key squamous differentiation markers SOX2 and TP63 is discussed as well as its related potential therapeutic *** also provided some progress of LSCC in epigenetic therapies and immune checkpoints blockade(ICB)***,we outlined some combination strategies of ICB therapies and other targeted ***,prospects and challenges were given related to the exploration and application of novel therapeutic strategies for LSCC.

目的:探讨线粒体氧化应激在铅(Pb)导致的小胶质细胞炎症反应中的作用及机制。方法:将BV2小胶质细胞分为4组,分别用0μmol/L(对照组)、1μmol/L、5μmol/L、10μmol/L乙酸铅处理BV2细胞,实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)检测小胶质细胞白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α mRNA的表达水平,免疫荧光观察小胶质细胞激活状态以及线粒体活性氧(mtROS)表达,JC-1染色检测线粒体膜电位;将C57BL/6小鼠分为对照组、Pb染毒组(Pb组)(100 ppm)、MitoTEMPO处理组(MitoTEMPO组)(5 mg/kg)、MitoTEMPO联合Pb处理组(MitoTEMPO+Pb组),酶联免疫吸附实验(EliSA)法测定小鼠血清及大脑皮层炎症因子IL-1β和TNF-α水平,蛋白质免疫印迹(western blotting)法测定小鼠海马NLRP3、Caspase-1、IL-1β蛋白水平。结果:Pb可使BV2小胶质细胞激活,与对照组相比,Pb组的IL-6、IL-8和TNF-α mRNA水平出现剂量依赖性升高,mtROS增高,线粒体膜电位下降;MitoTEMPO可抑制Pb导致的小鼠海马区小胶质细胞活化,血清及大脑皮层炎症因子IL-1β和TNF-α水平下降,海马NLRP3、Caspase-1、IL-1β蛋白水平增高(均P<0.05)。结论:Pb导致线粒体氧化应激,可使小胶质细胞激活,其机制可能与NLRP3炎症小体活化有关。

Objective:The aim of this study was to investigate how the tumor immune microenvironment differs regarding tumor genomics,as well as its impact on prognoses and responses to immunotherapy in East Asian patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods:We performed an integrated analysis using publicly available data to identify associations between anti-programmed death 1(PD-1)/programmed death-ligand 1(PD-L1)immunotherapy efficacy and classic driver oncogene mutations in East Asian NSCLC *** pooled and clinical cohort analyses were used to correlate driver oncogene mutation status and tumor microenvironment based on PD-L1 and CD8+tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes(TILs).Immune infiltrating patterns were also established for genomic NSCLC subgroups using the CIBERSORT ***:Based on East Asian NSCLC patients,TIDE analyses revealed that for anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy,epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)-mutant and anaplastic lymphoma kinase(ALK)-rearranged tumors yielded inferior responses;however,although Kirsten rat sarcoma viral oncogene homolog(KRAS)-mutant tumors responded better,the difference was not statistically significant(EGFR:P=0.037;ALK:Plinical cohort analyses demonstrated tumor immune microenvironment heterogeneities correlated with oncogenic *** results showed remarkably higher PD-L1-and TIL-positive KRAS-mutant tumors,suggesting KRAS mutations may drive an inflammatory phenotype with adaptive immune ***,the EGFR-mutant or ALK-rearranged groups showed a remarkably higher proportion of PD-L1-/TIL-tumors,suggesting an uninflamed phenotype with immunological ***,similar to triple wild-type NSCLC tumors,EGFR L858R-mutant tumors positively correlated with an inflammatory phenotype,suggesting responsiveness to anti-PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy(P<0.05).Furthermore,the CIBERSORT algorithm results revealed that EGFR-mutant and ALK-rearranged tumors were characterize
