A greater number of compact and reliable electrostatic capacitors are in demand due to the Internet of Things boom and rapidly growing complex and integrated electronic systems,continuously promoting the development of high-energy-density ceramic-based *** significant successes have been achieved in obtaining high energy densities in lead-based ferroelectric ceramics,the utilization of lead-containing ceramies has been restricted due to environmental and health hazards of ***-free ferroelectric ceramics have garnered tremendous attention and are expected to replace lead-based ceramics in the near ***,the energy density of lead-free ceramics is still lagging behind that of lead-containing ***,severely limiting their *** efforts have been made to enhance the energy storage performance of lead-free ceramics using multi-scale design strategies,and exciting progress has been achieved in the past *** review briefly discusses the energy storage mechanism and fundamental characteristics of a dielectric capacitor,summarizes and compares the state-of-the-art design strategies for high-energy-density lead-free ceramics,and highlights several critical issues and requirements for industrial *** prospects and challenges of lead-free ceramics for energy storage applications are also discussed.

Ultra-low emission(ULE)technology retrofits significantly impact the particulate-bound mercury(Hg)emissions from coal-fired power plants(CFPPs);however,the distribution and bioavailability of Hg in size-fractioned particulate matter(PM)around the ULE-retrofitted CF-PPs are less ***,total Hg and its chemical speciation in TSP(total suspended particles),PM_(10)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤10μm)and PM_(2.5)(aerodynamic particle diameter≤2.5μm)around a ULE-retrofitted CFPP in Guizhou Province were *** PM_(2.5)concentration was higher around this ULE-retrofitted CFPP than that in the intra-regional urban cities,and it had higher mass Hg concentration than other sizefractioned *** Hg concentrations in PM had multifarious sources including CFPP,vehicle exhaust and biomass combustion,while they were significantly higher in autumn and winter than those in other seasons(P40%).Mass concentrations of exchangeable,HCl-soluble,elemental,and residual Hg in PM_(2.5)were higher than those in other size-fractioned PM,and were markedly elevated in autumn and winter(P<0.05).In PM_(2.5),HCl-soluble Hg presented a significantly positive relationship with elemental Hg(P<0.05),while residual Hg showed the significantly positive relationships with HCl-soluble Hg and elemental Hg(P<0.01).Overall,these results suggested that atmospheric PM-bound Hg around the ULE-retrofitted CFPP tends to accumulate in finer PM,and has higher bioavailable fractions,while has potential transformation between chemical speciation.

LZ91 Mg-li alloy plates with three types of initial texture were rolled by 70% reduction at both room temperature and 200 degrees C to explore the rolling texture formation of alpha-Mg phase. The results showed that the rolling texture is largely affected by the initial texture. All the samples exhibited two main texture components as RD-split double peaks texture and TD-split double peaks texture after large strain rolling. The intensity of the two texture components was strongly influenced by the initial orientation and rolling temperature. Extension twinning altered the large-split non-basal orientation to a near basal one at low rolling strain. The basal orientation induced by twinning is unstable, which finally transmitted to the RD-split texture. The strong TD-split texture formed due to slip-induced orientation transition from its initial orientation. The competition between prismatic ( a ) and basal slip determined the intensity and tilt angle of the TD-split texture. By increasing the rolling temperature, the TD-split texture component was enhanced in all three samples. limitation of extension twinning behavior and the promotion of prismatic slip at elevated temperature are the main reasons for the difference in hot and cold rolling texture. Effectiveness of Acupoint Application in Patients with Pharyngeal Pain: Evidence from CHUNBO, A Prospective Real-World Study

Objective: To assess the outcomes after acupoint application in patients with pharyngeal pain in a real-world settings, and analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Methods: Based on CHUNBO platform, patients with pharyngeal pain who were candidates for acupoint application on the basis of physician-evaluation, were enrolled in a nationwide, prospective, 69-week multicenter observational study from August 2020 to February 2022. Propensity score matching(PSM) was used to match the confounding factors and the association rules were used to analyze the characteristics of effective population and prescription characteristics of acupoint application. Outcome assessments included the disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain(within 3, 7, and 14 days), disappearance time of pharyngeal pain, as well as adverse events. Results: Of 7,699 enrolled participants, 6,693(86.9%) received acupoint application and 1,450(21.7%) with non-acupoint application. After PSM, there were 1,004 patients each in the application group(AG) and non-application group(NAG). The disappearance rate of pharyngeal pain in the AG at 3, 7, and 14 days were all higher than those in the NAG(Plication group with tonsil diseases was 2.19 times higher than that in the NAG(Plied to RN 8 most frequently(support 84.39%). Emphysema,myofibroblast accumulation and airway remodeling can occur in the lungs due to exposure to atmospheric pollution,especially fine particulate matter(PM_(2.5)),leading to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Specifically,bronchial epithelium-fibroblast communication participates in airway remodeling,which results in *** increasing number of studies are now being conducted on the role of exosome-mediated cell-cell communication in disease ***,we investigated whether exosomes generated from bronchial epithelial cells could deliver information to normal stromal fibroblasts and provoke cellular responses,resulting in airway obstruction in *** studied the mechanism of exosome-mediated intercellular communication between human bronchial epithelial(HBE) cells and primary lung fibroblasts(pLFs).We found that PM_(2.5)-induced HBE-derived exosomes promoted myofibroblast differentiation in ***,the exosomal lncRNA expression profiles derived from PM_(2.5)-treated HBE cells and nontreated HBE cells were investigated using an Agilent Human LncRNA *** coculture assays and direct exosome treatment,we found that HBE cell-derived exosomal HOTAIRM1 facilitated the myofibroblast differentiation of ***,we discovered that exosomal HOTAIRM1 enhanced p LF proliferation to secrete excessive collagen secretion,leading to airway obstruction by stimulating the TGF-β/SMAD3 signaling ***,PM_(2.5)reduced FEV1/FVC and FEV1 and increased the level of serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 in healthy people;moreover,serum exosomal HOTAIRM1 was associated with PM_(2.5)-related reductions in FEV1/FVC and *** findings show that PM_(2.5)triggers alterations in exosome components and clarify that one of the paracrine mediators of myofibroblast differentiation is bronchial epithelial cell-derived HOTAIRM1,which has the potential to be an effective prevention and therapeutic target for PM_(2.5)-induced COPD.

Background:Cytotoxic T lymphocytes(CD8+T)cells function critically in mediating anti-tumor immune response in cancer *** the speciﬁc functions of CD8+T cells in lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)could help better understand local anti-tumor immune responses and estimate the effect of ***:Gens related to CD8+T cells were identiﬁed by cluster analysis based on the single-cell sequencing data of three LUAD tissues and their paired normal *** gene co-expression network analysis(WGCNA),consensus clustering,differential expression analysis,least absolute shrinkage and selection operator(LASSO)and Cox regression analysis were conducted to classify molecular subtypes for LUAD and to develop a risk model using prognostic genes related to CD8+T *** of the genes in the prognostic model,their effects on tumor cell invasion,and interactions with CD8+T cells were veriﬁed by cell ***:This study deﬁned two LUAD clusters(CD8+0 and CD8+1)based on CD8+T cells,with cluster CD8+0 being signiﬁcantly associated with the prognosis of *** heterogeneous subtypes(clusters 1,2,and 3)differing in prognosis,genome mutation events,and immune status were categorized using 42 prognostic genes.A prognostic model created based on 11 signiﬁcant genes(including CD200R1,CLEC17A,ZC3H12D,GNG7,SNX30,CDCP1,NEIL3,IGF2BP1,RHOV,ABCC2,and KRT81)was able to independently estimate the death risk for patients in different LUAD ***,the model also showed general applicability in external validation ***-risk patients could beneﬁt more from taking immunotherapy and were signiﬁcantly related to the resistance to anticancer *** results from cell experiments demonstrated that the expression of CD200R1,CLEC17A,ZC3H12D,GNG7,and SNX30 was signiﬁcantly downregulated,while that of CDCP1,NEIL3,IGF2BP1,RHOV,ABCC2 and KRT81 was upregulated in LUAD *** of CD200R1 greatly increased the invasiveness of the LUAD cell
