This work proposes a novel horizontal high-shear granulator for iron ore granulation before sintering *** granulation behavior such as growth process and structure of granules were firstly analyzed,followed by the effects of operation conditions such as water content,initial particle size distribution,and the concentrate *** results show that the granule size increased significantly with increasing the granulation time,and the structure of granule can be divided into three types:non-nuclei,single-nuclei,and *** promotes the coalescence and growth of particles,and a better granulation performance was obtained at the water content of 8.8wt%under the current raw material *** the nuclei particle ratio led to an increase in average size of granules and permeability of the granules bed,but a decrease in growth ***,with increasing of concentrate ratio,granulation performance such as granule size,bed permeability,and uniformity became worse.

Sulfide solid electrolytes are promising for high energy density and safety in all-solid-state batteries due to their high ionic conductivity and good mechanical ***,the application of sulfide solid electrolytes in all-solid-state batteries with lithium anode is restricted by the side reactions at lithium/electrolytes interfaces and the growth of lithium dendrite caused by nonuniform lithium ***,a homogeneous liF-li_(3)N composite protective layer is in situ formed via a manipulated reaction of pentafluorobenzamide with li *** liF-li_(3)N layer with both high interfacial energy and interfacial adhesion energy can synergistically suppress side reactions and inhibit the growth of lithium dendrite,achieving uniform deposition of *** critical current densities of li_(10)GeP_(2)S_(12)and li_(6)PS_(5)Cl are increased to 3.25 and 1.25 mA cm^(-2)with li@liF-li_(3)N layer,which are almost triple and twice as those of li-symmetric cells in the absence of protection layer,***,the li@liF-li_(3)N/li10GeP2S12/li@liF-li_(3)N cell can stably cycle for 9000 h at 0.1 mA cm^(-2)under 0.1 mA h cm^(-2),and li@liF-li_(3)N/li_(6)PS_(5)Cl/li@liF-li_(3)N cell achieves stable li plating/stripping for 8000 h at 0.1 mA cm^(-2)under10 m A h cm^(-2).The improved dynamic stability of lithium plating/stripping in li@liF-li_(3)N/li_(10)GeP_(2)S_(12)or li_(6)PS_(5)Cl interfaces is proved by three-electrode *** a result,liCoO_(2)/electrolytes/li@liF-li_(3)N batteries with li_(10)GeP_(2)S_(12)and li_(6)PS_(5)Cl exhibit remarkable cycling stability of 500 cycles with capacity retentions of 93.5%and 89.2%at 1 C,respectively.

Pyrochemical reprocessing utilizing a molten liCl-KCl eutectic medium is regarded as the most promising approach for recovering uranium and transuranic elements from spent metallic nuclear ***,the harsh corrosiveness of molten chloride poses a significant challenge to the durability of structural ***,we report the corrosion behavior of 304 SS,316H SS and Inconel 800H in liCl-KCl eutectic salt at 550°C for 100 h under an argon *** results indicate that all three materials can form a rather continuous Cr_(2)O_(3)-based scale through oxidation reaction at the beginning,but only the scale developed on 800H maintains excellent protection against corrosion throughout the entire exposure *** contrast,both 304 SS and 316H SS experience considerable active dissolution on the bare substrate under a detached *** suggest that the primary reasons for the outstanding resistance of 800H to molten salt corrosion are the high concentration of noble Ni in the system,which lowers the inclination for active dissolution,and the beneficial addition of Al,which accelerates the formation of a less defective Cr_(2)O_(3)-based *** work offers an in-depth understanding on the corrosion performance of high-Cr alloys in molten chloride,insights critical for the selection and subsequent development of structural materials for pyrochemical reprocessing applications.

A systematic investigation of the li2Ti1-x(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))xO_(3)(0.1≤x≤0.35)solid solutions synthesized by traditional solid-state reaction method is reported in this *** the composition range of 0.1≤x≤0.25,a monoclinic rock salt structured solid solution was *** x increased to 0.3,a phase transition from monoclinic to cubic phase,along with an order-disorder phase transition,was *** x increased from 0.1 to 0.35,the microwave permittivity(εr)and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency(TCF)of the li2Ti1-x(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))xO_(3)ceramics decreased linearly from 21.0 to 18.6,+27.1 to-19.4 ppm/℃,*** li_(2)Ti_(0.75)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))0.25O_(3)ceramic sintered at 1170℃shows high performance of microwave dielectric properties with aεr~19.6,a Qf(Q=quality factor=1/dielectric loss;f=resonant frequency)~109,770 GHz(at 7.7 GHz)and a near zero TCF~t 1.2 ppm/℃.Moreover,the burying sintering process can reduce the volatilization of lithium so that the porosity of li_(2)Ti_(0.75)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))0.25O_(3)ceramic was reduced effectively,which made li_(2)Ti_(0.75)(Mg_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))0.25O_(3)ceramic promising for future *** area electron diffraction patterns,high-resolution transmission electron microscopy,Raman and far-infrared spectra were employed to study the relation between crystal structure and microwave dielectric properties in detail.

Through measuring the coefficient of linear expansion, the structure and properties of the li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 low expansion glass ceramics containing B2O3 are studied by JR and XRD. It is shoutn that the IR method is efficient in the study of the glass-ceramics structure. There is a " Boron abnormality" in the system which has an important influence on the properties of the glass-ceramics.

Human functional MRI studies in acute and various chronic pain conditions have revolutionized how we view pain, and have led to a new theory that complex multi-dimensional pain experience （sensory-discriminative, affective/motivational, and cognitive） is represented by concurrent activity in widely-distributed brain regions （termed a network or pain matrix）. Despite these break- through discoveries, the specific functions proposed for these regions remain elusive, because detailed electrophys- iological characterizations of these regions in the primate brain are lacking. To fill in this knowledge gap, we have studied the cortical areas around the central and lateral sulci of the non-human primate brain with combined submillimeter resolution functional imaging （optical imaging and fMRI） and intracranial electrophysiological recording. In this mini-review, I summarize and present data showing that the cortical circuitry engaged in nociceptive processing is much more complex than previously recognized. Electrophysiological evidence supports the engage- ment of a distinct nociceptive-processing network within SI （i.e., areas 3a, 3b, 1 and 2）, SII, and other areas along the lateral sulcus. Deafferentation caused by spinal cord injury profoundly alters the relationships between fMRI and electrophysiological signals. This finding has significant implications for using fMRI to study chronic pain conditions involving deafferentation in humans.

The alloy-type material Sb is widely used in the anode materials of lithium-ion batteries(liBs)due to its high theoretical specific ***,its serious volume expansion problem during alloying/dealloying of li~+limits its practical *** this work,C-Sb composite was constructed as anode material of liBs by electrospinning route for the first time,Sb was introduced into the polyacrylonitrile-based hard carbon and coal tar pitch-based soft carbon composite amorphous carbon fiber with a diameter of 300-600 nm,which realized high cycling *** C-Sb-2(the mass ratio of polyacrylonitrile to Sb source is 1:2)electrode displayed charge capacities of 1098.5,930.3,841.7,753.5,643.9 and 545.8 mAh·g^(-1)at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.5,1 and 2 A·g^(-1),*** when the current density returned to 0.1 A·g^(-1),the charge capacity was 939.3 mAh·g^(-1),revealing good stability and *** introduction of Sb into the amorphous carbon improved its conductivity and addressed the volume expansion issue of high specific capacity Sb during charge/***-situ XRD analysis confirmed the high reversibility of the C-Sb-2 during charging and *** functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the gradual enhancement of the interface interaction between Sb_(x)li_(y) and amorphous carbon(AMC)with increasing lithium content,contributing to the anchoring of alloy nanoparticles on the AMC surface and buffering the volume change of the ***,the gradual lithiation of Sb facilitated the electron transfer from Sb_(x)li_(y) to *** findings hold promise for designing lithium storage materials with exceptional performance,highlighting the potential of C-Sb composites as anode materials for efficient next-generation lithium storage.

The influence of pre-stretching prior to artificial aging on microstructure,tensile properties,and fatigue behavior of AA2099-T8 sheets was *** results showed that increased pre-strain level from 1%to 6%resulted in a more uniform distribution and increasing density of the T_(1)*** localized plastic deformation during pre-stretching led to the formation of dense precipitation bands(DPBs)and precipitation free bands(T_(1)-PFBs)in the sheets with the 1%*** non-uniform distribution of the T_(1)phase with T_(1)-PFBs and DPBs resulted in a decrement in elongation and a strong in-plane anisotropy of tensile *** appropriate level of pre-strain should be executed aiming to improve elongation and reduce the tensile anisotropy by promoting a uniform distribution of the T_(1)***-plane anisotropy of yield strength due to the presence of DPBs and T_(1)-PFBs was quantitatively analyzed by the modified Hall-Petch *** results of the calculation for the modified model showed good agreement with the *** addition,resistances of fatigue crack propagation(FCP)in the same orientation were gradually decreased with the increment of pre-strain due to the increment in yield strength and more uniform distribution of the T_(1)*** the in-plane anisotropy of FCP resistance,the main reasons were the development of rough fracture surfaces and the transgranular fracture modes in L-T orientation.

In this paper,graphene oxide quantum dots with amino groups(NH_(2)-GOQDs)were tailored to the surface of a thin-film composite(TFC)membrane surface for optimizing forward osmosis(FO)membrane performance using the amide coupling *** results jointly demonstrated hydrophilicity and surface roughness of the membrane enhanced after grafting NH_(2)-GOQDs,leading to the optimized affinity and the contact area between the membrane and water ***,grafting of the membrane with a concentration of 100 ppm(TFC-100)exhibited excellent permeability performance(58.32 L·m^(–2)·h^(–1))compared with TFC membrane(16.94 L·m^(–2)·h^(–1)).In the evaluation of static antibacterial properties of membranes,TFC-100 membrane destroyed the cell morphology of Escherichia coli(***)and reduced the degree of bacterial *** the dynamic biofouling experiment,TFC-100 membrane showed a lower flux decline than TFC *** the physical cleaning,the flux of TFC-100 membrane could recover to 96%of the initial flux,which was notably better than that of TFC membrane(63%).Additionally,the extended Derjaguin–Landau–Verwey–Overbeek analysis of the affinity between pollutants and membrane surface verified that NH_(2)-GOQDs alleviates *** contamination of *** work highlights the potential applications of NH_(2)-GOQDs for optimizing permeability and biofouling mitigation of FO membranes.
