A comparative study about riblets-controlled turbulent boundary layers has been performed to investigate the turbulence characteristics associated with drag reduction in a compressive flat-plate flow(where the free-stream Mach number is 0.7)by means of direct numerical simulations(DNSs).With a setting of the triangular riblets(s+≈30.82,h+≈15.41)settled on the Reτ≈500 turbulent boundary layer,an effective global drag reduction was *** comparing velocity and its fluctuation distribution,vorticity fluctuation and streaks structures between the smooth and riblets flat-plate cases,two roles of lifting and rectification in terms of riblets drag control are revealed that the micro-scale riblets can lift up logarithmic-law region of the boundary layer,which leads to a smaller wall friction velocity and thus a drag *** streamwise vortices and its fluctuation structures are shifted upward,thus the interactions between them and the wall surface are weakened,which causes the suppressed intensity of Reynolds normal stresses,streamwise vorticity and turbulent kinetic energy production inside the ***,the streaks associated with streamwise velocity or 3D vortices are ruled from the distorted to long and straight structures as they pass through the riblets,indicating an ability of riblets to turn turbulence into a more ordered state.

AIM: To investigate the effect of tamoxifen (TAM) on multidrug resistance (MDR) of colorectal carcinoma in vivo and its relationship with estrogen receptor (ER). METHODS: Multidrug resistance was determined by means of semi-quantitative retro-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) to test mdr1 gene mRNA and ER expression was studied by immunohistochemistry. Tumor tissues from three cases of human colon carcinoma, which had mdr1(+)/ER(+),mdr1(+)/ER(-), mdr1(-) expressions, were planted subcutaneously in the neck of nude mice to establish three xenograft models. These models were subdivided into four subgroups randomly: Doxorubicin (DOX)-treated group, TAM-treated group, DOX and TAM group and control group. The dimensions of these xenografts were measured after each course of treatment and the xenografts were removed at the end of the experiments for measurements of weight and the variation of mdr1 mRNA level with RT-PCR. In each course, TAM [15 mg/(kg/d)] was administrated orally per day in the first seven days and DOX (3.6 mg/kg) was injected peritoneally on the first day. Data was evaluated by q and t tests. RESULTS: In the animal models with mdr1(-) tumor, the weights and volumes of the planted tumor in DOX group [(39.1±2.29) mg, (31.44±1.61) mm3] and TAM and DOX group [(38.72±2.56) mg, (31.31v1.74) mm3], which were lesser than that of control group [(45.48±3.92) mg, (36.42±2.77) mm3, P= 0.037, P= 0.016 respectively] significantly. In the animal models with mdr1(+)/ER(+) tumor, the weights and volumes of planted tumor were not affected by DOX or TAM treatment; however, in TAM and DOX group [(425.5±28.58) mg, (340.35±22.28) mm3], they were significantly less than that of control group [(634.23±119.41) mg, (507.45±93.34) mm3, P= 0.022, P = 0.045 respectively], which are similar to that in the models with mdr1(+)/ER(-) tumor. Gel polymer electrolytes（GPEs） are conceived to be a good way to build safer lithium/sodium metal batteries by substituting traditional liquid electrolytes. However, it is still very difficult for GPEs to simultaneously achieve high room-temperature ionic conductivity, uniform Na+flow, superior interfacial compatibility, and increased mechanical strength. Herein, a composite gel electrolyte（KNT-PTGPE） with high ionic conductivity of 4.06 mS cm-1is prepared through chemical crosslinking strategy and the introduction of inorganic nanoparticles. The hybrid gel polymer network is formed by in situ cross-linking modified TiO2（KNT）, three-armed trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate and poly（ethylene glycol） diacrylate. The resulting 3D interpenetrating network facilitates the absorption of liquid electrolytes and improves the mechanical properties of electrolyte. Theoretical calculation and in situ measurements reveal that the homogeneous TiO2fillers with abundant Lewis acid site and polymer network are involved in the solvation process of Na+, thus constructing a fast Na+transport channel. Consequently, a stable plating/stripping process lasting over 900 h is achieved due to the uniform distribution of Na+flux and the good mechanical properties of the electrolyte, and the assembled cell exhibits an excellent long-term cycling stability. The approach offers more opportunities to design GPEs for high performance SMBs.

为解决在雷达信号处理机研制过程中缺乏作战场景和回波输入的问题，提出了高置信度的雷达目标回波信号和战场复杂电磁环境设计方法。通过分析弹道导弹目标发射、飞行工作流程，设计了相应的雷达模拟器系统构架，确立了雷达面临的作战场景和回波信号、噪声、杂波、干扰的模型。基于复杂场景规划，利用图形处理器（GPU）处理平台实时产生雷达信号，生成高置信度的复杂电磁环境回波输出。该雷达目标模拟器的研制可以解决雷达研制过程中接口、功能和性能验证问题，为雷达提供更加真实和完备的测试场景，加快雷达系统研制进度，提升雷达的综合性能测试能力，具有很强的工程应用价值。

We read with great interest the recent article by Shen et al.[1],which provides valuable insights into the outcomes and histopathologic characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)patients treated with atezolizumab plus bevacizumab(Atezo-Bev),particularly those demonstrating a durable partial response(PR)or stable disease(SD).The authors claimed no reliable radiologic features or blood-based biomarker to predict pathologic complete response(PCR)of the residual tumors.

Optical observations from a ground-based astrometric instrument provide a unique set of data sensi- tive to variations of local plumb line, which represent the change of local gravitational field on the ground. The local gravitational change could be caused by density variation or movement of underground mass in addition to tidal action. Earthquake was found to be related with gravitational change. A seismic zone could have abnor- mal underground material density, causing the variation of plume line on the ground. In this frame, the astro- metric telescope can measure the variation of local plumb line by observing the local astronomical longitudes and latitudes from stars in the Hipparcos catalog. In this study, we estimate the deflection angle of the plumb line on a ground site, and give a relation be- tween the angle, abnormal mass and site distance （depth and horizontal distance）. Then we derive the abnor- mality of underground material density using the plumb lines measured at different sites, and study the earth- quake gestation, development and occurrence. Using the deflection angles of plumb lines observed at two sites, we give a method to calculate the mass and the center of gravity of underground materials. We also esti- mate the abnormal masses of latent seismic zones with different energy, using thermodynamic relations, and in- troduce a new optical astrometric instrument we had developed.
