采用半解析法研究了移动荷载作用下多层非饱和铁路地基的共振问题,分析了土体饱和度对非饱和地基振动的影响。采用分层非饱和多孔介质描述铁路地基;基于非饱和多孔介质的控制方程,采用多重傅里叶变换和土层界面位移、应力条件,推导了频率-波速域分层非饱和地基总体刚度矩阵。结合包括钢轨、轨垫、轨枕和道砟的轨道模型,建立耦合轨道-地基半解析模型。研究了移动简谐荷载作用在轨道上的多层非饱和地基的动力响应;考虑饱和度对土体剪切模量的影响,讨论了地基首层土和夹层土饱和度变化对地面振动的影响。采用频散曲线研究了地基共振模态。研究发现土体饱和度变化对振动位移的影响规律,与地基分层、荷载速度和频率有关。随饱和度减小,地基共振模态出现频率增大,地基关键速度增大。

From the perspective of resource-theoretic approach,this study explores the quantification of imaginary in quantum *** propose a well defined measure of imaginarity,the geometric-like measure of *** with the usual geometric imaginarity measure,this geometric-like measure of imaginarity exhibits smaller decay difference under quantum noisy channels and higher *** applications,we show that both the optimal probability of state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations,and the maximal probability of stochastic-approximate state transformations from a pure state to an arbitrary mixed state via real operations with a given fidelity f,are given by the geometric-like measure of imaginarity.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition,yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT)left *** specific baryon chemical poten-tial,the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon ***,therefore,provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs)within the standard model of particle *** these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA)observations,the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained,and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

Poststro ke cognitive impairment is a major secondary effect of ischemic stroke in many patients;however,few options are available for the early diagnosis and treatment of this *** aims of this study were to(1)determine the specific relationship between hypoxic andα-synuclein during the occur of poststroke cognitive impairment and(2)assess whether the serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein level can be used as a biomarker for poststro ke cognitive *** found that the phosphorylatedα-synuclein level was significantly increased and showed pathological aggregation around the cerebral infa rct area in a mouse model of ischemic *** addition,neuronalα-synuclein phosphorylation and aggregation were observed in the brain tissue of mice subjected to chronic hypoxia,suggesting that hypoxia is the underlying cause ofα-synuclein-mediated pathology in the brains of mice with ischemic *** phosphorylatedα-synuclein levels in patients with ischemic stroke were significantly lower than those in healt hy subjects,and were positively correlated with cognition levels in patients with ischemic ***,a decrease in serum high-density lipoprotein levels in stroke patie nts was significantly correlated with a decrease in phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** ischemic stroke mice did not show significant cognitive impairment or disrupted lipid metabolism 14 days after injury,some of them exhibited decreased cognitive function and reduced phosphorylatedα-synuclein *** together,our results suggest that serum phosphorylatedα-synuclein is a potential biomarker for poststroke cognitive impairment.

结合上部列车-轨道模型与下部有限元路基模型,建立了列车-轨道-路基整体动力分析模型,分析了CFG复合路基对地面振动的影响。列车采用多质点弹簧-阻尼器模拟,钢轨采用欧拉梁模拟并考虑了钢轨随机不平顺影响,列车-轨道体系采用振型分解法求解;铁路路基经有限元离散后采用2.5维有限元方法求解,采用粘滞阻尼吸波边界减小边界反射,CFG桩采用等代模量桩墙模拟。分析了CFG桩复合路基对地面振动衰减和振动频谱的影响。结果表明:CFG桩复合路基对地面振动的影响分为CFG桩体的影响和垫层影响;CFG桩体对路基中的高频振动有波导作用,可减小远离路堤的高频振动;复合路基垫层可降低中低频振动。CFG复合路基减小了路堤边缘的高频振动,提高了路堤边坡的动力稳定性。

BACKGROUND Fracture nonunion represents a challenging complication during fracture repair,often necessitating surgical ***,a recombinant human parathyroid hormone,has demonstrated promise in enhancing fracture healing,although its efficacy in treating established nonunion remains under *** SUMMARY We report a case of a 27-year-old male who presented with a right humerus fracture following a traffic *** undergoing open reduction and internal fixation,the fracture resulted in a delayed union and subsequent *** 4 years of conservative management,teriparatide treatment was initiated due to persistent *** injections were administered daily for 6 months,resulting in complete fracture healing and resolution of *** Our case demonstrates the successful use of teriparatide in treating a prolonged nonunion of a humerus *** may provide a valuable therapeutic option for established bone nonunion,even in cases that have not responded to conservative treatments.

A morphology-based growth stage system should describe the growth and development of a crop and thereby help farmers and agronomists in formulating reasonable managementmeasures conducive to the development of marketable ***,existing growth stage systems for soybean are either based on plant growth or covered particular phases of flower or pod development,making it difficult to use for tracking the entire growth period of individual flowers and ***,the first flower and pod,located at the base of the primary raceme in the eighth trifoliate node of the main stem,were chosen to illustrate growth dynamics during the full reproductive *** size and fresh weight of the primary raceme in the eighth trifoliate leaf axil,the first flower and pod,the pistils in the first flower,and seeds in the first pod were examined,and the growth of these organs was *** the morphological characteristics and growth features of flowers and pods,as well as existing growth stage systems,the growth and development were delineated in 13 *** detail,we classified the flower phase based on the relative positions of floral components,inspired by the ratio of bract to flower used for staging,refined the lag phase proposed previously,retained the use of pod length to define the early pod phase,and innovatively described the late pod phase by the seed *** developmental events in each stage of flower and pod were distinctive and closely connected to the corresponding *** together,a more detailed growth stage system for describing individual flowers and pods in soybean was *** system will serve as a valuable research tool for describing the development,gene expression,and cellular metabolism associated with the formation of flowers,pods,and seeds.

The chemical structures of bagasse EMAL （enzymatic hydrolysis/mild acidolysis lignin） were revealed quantitatively with ^31p-NMR, DFRC （derivatization followed by reductive cleavage）. The thermochemical characteristics of bagasse and bagasse EMAL were evaluated with thermogravimetry. The results show that bagasse EMAL is mainly formed by the phenolic hydroxyl group of guaiacyl and syringyl units. The DBDO content in bagasse EMAL was found to be 0.180 mmol.g^-1. The decomposition characteristics of bagasse EMAL under elevated temperature were much different from that of bagasse.

As a highly promising conductive polymer material,the synthesis method,structure regulation,and performance improvement of polyaniline(PANI)are hot research *** this work,the radiation-induced polymerization of aniline in HNO_(3)solution was successfully achieved at room temperature without the use of chemical *** the analysis of the radiation chemical reactions of inorganic acids and nitrate salt solutions,the characterization of the intermediate free radicals in the irradiated systems,and the influence of the pH of the solutions on the polymerization activity and product morphologies,the radiation-induced polymerization mechanism of aniline is discussed in detail and *** at a condition of[HNO_(3)]>[aniline],i.e.,pHline cations to aniline cation radicals by·NO_(3)generated by radiolysis reactions,and undergoes repeated three steps of monomer free radical recombination,deprotonation,and oxidation reaction of·NO_(3),thus forming a PANI *** addition to the polymerization reaction,the aniline units are protonated and oxidized because of the strongly acidity and oxidation of the reaction system under γ-ray irradiation,which means that the molecular chain structure of the radiation-synthesized PANI can be regulated by pH,nitrate concentration,and irradiation ***-synthesized PANI has a moderate protonation and oxidation state,which can be used for the preparation of PANI supercapacitors with better electrochemical properties than those prepared by chemical oxidation under the same *** work presents a new radiation-synthesis method and polymerization mechanism of PANI,which not only expands the application of radiation technique in the field of polymer synthesis,but also provides a new idea for the structural regulation and electrochemical property optimization of PANI.
