Nonlinear diffraction of regular waves by an array of bottom-seated circular cylindersis investigated in frequency domain,based on a Stokes expansion approach.A complete semi-analyticalsolution is developed which allows an efficient evaluation of the second-order potentials in the entirefluid domain,and the wave forces on the *** are derived for the second-orderpotential in the vicinity of individual *** expressions have a simple form,thus providingan effective means for investigating the wave enhancement due to nonlinear interactions with *** on the present method,the wave run-up and free-surface elevations around an arrayof two,three and four cylinders are investigated numerically.

In this editorial,we comment on the article by Meng et *** hepatitis b(CHb)is a significant global health problem,particularly in developing *** b virus(HbV)infection is one of the most important risk factors for cirrhosis and hepatocellular *** and treatment of HbV are key measures to reduce *** present,drug therapy can effectively control virus replication and slow disease progression,but completely eliminating the virus remains a ***-HbV treatment is a long-term process,and there are many kinds of antiviral drugs with different mechanisms of action,it is essential to evaluate the safety and efficacy of these drugs to reduce side effects and improve patients’*** will summarize the current status of CHb drug treatment,hoping to provide a reference for the selection of clinical antiviral drugs.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition, yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT) left undetermined. At specific baryon chemical potential, the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon asymmetry. It, therefore, provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs) within the standard model of particle physics. If these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA) observations, the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained, and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.

The dynamic elasticity of linoleic acid monolayer on a subphase of 10** minus **4mol/L TbCl//3 at various surface pressure has been measured by means of dynamic oscillation method in measuring the change of surface pressure caused by periodic compression-expansion cycles of the barrier. The elasticity of monolayer increases with increasing of surface pressure linearly. The linoleic acid polymer monolayer has been obtained under UV-irradiation in situ when keeping a constant surface pressure. but the elasticity of the resulting polymerized monolayer is even smaller than that of its corresponding monomer monolayer. The elasticity of the polymerized linoleic acid monolayer decreases with increasing polymerization time. The explanation based on entropy has been presented. (Author abstract) 10 Refs.

bACKGROUND Patients with hepatitis b virus(HbV)infection require chronic and personalized care to improve *** language models(LLMs)can potentially provide medical information for *** To examine the performance of three LLMs,ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,and Google Gemini,in answering HbV-related *** LLMs’responses to HbV-related questions were independently graded by two medical professionals using a four-point accuracy scale,and disagreements were resolved by a third *** question was run three times using three *** was assessed via the Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade *** Overall,all three LLM chatbots achieved high average accuracy scores for subjective questions(ChatGPT-3.5:3.50;ChatGPT-4.0:3.69;Google Gemini:3.53,out of a maximum score of 4).With respect to objective questions,ChatGPT-4.0 achieved an 80.8%accuracy rate,compared with 62.9%for ChatGPT-3.5 and 73.1%for Google *** the six domains,ChatGPT-4.0 performed better in terms of diagnosis,whereas Google Gemini demonstrated excellent clinical ***,in the readability analysis,the mean Gunning Fog index and Flesch-Kincaid grade level scores of the three LLM chatbots were significantly higher than the standard level eight,far exceeding the reading level of the normal *** Our results highlight the potential of LLMs,especially ChatGPT-4.0,for delivering responses to HbV-related *** may be an adjunctive informational tool for patients and physicians to improve ***,current LLMs should not replace personalized treatment recommendations from physicians in the management of HbV infection.

Stroke is classified as ischemic or hemorrhagic,and there are few effective treatments for either *** mechanisms play a critical role in secondary brain injury following a stroke,which manifests as cytokine release,blood–brain barrier disruption,neuronal cell death,and ultimately behavioral *** the inflammatory response has been shown to mitigate this cascade of events in experimental stroke ***,in clinical trials of anti-inflammatory agents,longterm immunosuppression has not demonstrated significant clinical benefits for *** may be attributable to the dichotomous roles of inflammation in both tissue injury and repair,as well as the complex pathophysiologic inflammatory processes in *** acute harmful inflammatory responses or inducing a phenotypic shift from a pro-inflammatory to an anti-inflammatory state at specific time points after a stroke are alternative and promising therapeutic *** agents that can modulate inflammation requires a detailed understanding of the inflammatory processes of ***,epigenetic reprogramming plays a crucial role in modulating post-stroke inflammation and can potentially be exploited for stroke *** this review,we summarize current findings on the epigenetic regulation of the inflammatory response in stroke,focusing on key signaling pathways including nuclear factor-kappa b,janus kinase/signal transducer and activator of transcription,and mitogen-activated protein kinase as well as inflammasome *** also discuss promising molecular targets for stroke *** evidence to date indicates that therapeutic targeting of the epigenetic regulation of inflammation can shift the balance from inflammation-induced tissue injury to repair following stroke,leading to improved post-stroke outcomes.
