In this paper,we explore a cooperative decode-and-forward(DF)relay network comprised of a source,a relay,and a destination in the presence of an eavesdropper.To improve physical-layer security of the relay system,we propose a jamming aided decodeand-forward relay(JDFR)scheme combining the use of artificial noise and DF relaying which requires two stages to transmit a packet.Specifically,in stage one,the source sends confidential message to the relay while the destination acts as a friendly jammer and transmits artificial noise to confound the eavesdropper.In stage two,the relay forwards its re-encoded message to the destination while the source emits artificial noise to confuse the eavesdropper.In addition,we analyze the security-reliability tradeoff(SRT)performance of the proposed JDFR scheme,where security and reliability are evaluated by deriving intercept probability(IP)and outage probability(OP),respectively.For the purpose of comparison,SRT of the traditional decode-and-forward relay(TDFR)scheme is also analyzed.Numerical results show that the SRT performance of the proposed JDFR scheme is better than that of the TDFR scheme.Also,it is shown that for the JDFR scheme,a better SRT performance can be obtained by the optimal power allocation(OPA)between the friendly jammer and user.

OBJECTIVE:To explore the effect of electroacupuncture on skeletal muscle pain in Parkinson's disease(PD).METHODS:A single-center randomized controlled trial was conducted with sixty patients with Parkinson's disease with skeletal muscle pain were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and sham acupuncture control group with 30 patients each.The electric acupuncture group was treated with electric acupuncture,while the control group was treated with Park needle pseudoacupuncture.Both groups were treated 5 times a week for a total of 4 weeks,and both groups completed 20 treatments.King's Parkinson's Pain Scale(KPPS)and visual analog scale(VAS)were used before and after treatment to evaluate the pain degree of patients.Realtime shear wave elastography(SWE)and modified Ashworth score(MAS)were used to evaluate the changes of muscle tone.Parkinson's comprehensive Score Scale(MDS-UPDRS,including UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ)was used to evaluate exercise ability.Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)score was used to evaluate the emotional changes of patients.Spearman correlation analysis was used to explore the correlation between pain degree and muscle tone,exercise ability and emotion.RESULTS:During the study,one case fell off in the control group,and 30 cases were eventually included in the analysis and treatment group and 29 cases in the control group.After treatment,Young's modulus of biceps and quadriceps and shear wave velocity of biceps were decreased in electroacupuncture group compared with before treatment,while KPPS score,VAS score,UPDRS Ⅱ,UPDRS Ⅲ and modified Ashworth score were decreased,with statistical significance(P0.05).After treatment,KPPS score,VAS score,UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ,MAS,HAMD score,Young's modulus of biceps and shear wave velocity in electroacupuncture group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that KPPS score was positively correlated with UPDRS Ⅲ(r=0.414,P<0.05).KPPS score was

Objective:To determine the role of Tripterygium wilfordii multiglycoside(TGW) in the treatment of psoriatic dermatitis from a cellular immunological perspective.Methods:Mouse models of psoriatic dermatitis were established by imiquimod(IMQ).Twelve male BALB/c mice were assigned to MQ or IMQ+TGW groups according to a random number table.Histopathological changes in vivo were assessed by hematoxylin and eosin staining.Ratios of immune cells and cytokines in mice,as well as PAM212 cell proliferation in vitro were assessed by flow cytometry.Pro-inflammatory cytokine expression was determined using reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction.Results:TGW significantly ameliorated the severity of IMQ-induced psoriasis-like mouse skin lesions and restrained the activation of CD45^(+)cells,neutrophils and T lymphocytes(all Pliferation and downregulated the mRNA levels of inflammatory cytokines including interleukin(IL)-17A,IL-23,tumor necrosis factor α,and chemokine(C-X-C motif) ligand 1(Plike inflammation by inhibiting KCs proliferation,as well as the associated immune cells and cytokine expression.It inhibited IL-17 secretion from γδ T cells,which improved the immune-inflammatory microenvironment of psoriasis.

A Sustainable Strategy for Spent Cathode Carbon Blocks Hazardous Waste Recycling Using binary Molten Salt Thermal Treatment

Waste-to-Energy treatment is a promising path to environment and energy management in the future.This work detailed a binary molten salt thermal treatment methodology for the detoxification of spent cathode carbon block(SCCB)waste and the recycling of carbonaceous materials.The thermal behavior of SCCB and SCCB blended with molten salts was investigated.It was found that the NaCl-Na_(2)CO_(3)binary molten salts significantly contributed to reducing pyrolysis onset temperature by 334.3 K compared to that of SCCB itself(i.e.,activation energy of pyrolysis reaction was reduced from 4.24×10^(5)to 2.30×10^(5)J/mol),thus helping to lower thermal treatment energy consumption.With the addition of binary molten salts,the residue after thermal treatment in a horizontal tube furnace experiment was separated into two layers.The bottom-layer residue was mainly composed of molten salts.The fluorine content in the form of NaF and CaF_(2)of top-layer residue was reduced significantly while the carbon content remained unchanged.Specifically,the leaching concentration of fluoride ion was decreased from 4620 mg/L to 856 mg/L.It is noted that the NaF and CaF_(2)can be removed through water-leaching and hydrothermal acid-leaching methods and thus the carbonaceous materials with a calorific value of 17.5 MJ/kg were obtained.

With the loss of substantial natural wetlands in coastal zones,artificial wetlands provide alternative habitats for many shorebirds.Scientific management of artificial wetlands used by shorebirds plays an important role in maintaining the stability of shorebird population.Satellite tracking technique can obtain high-precision location information of individuals day and night,providing a good technical support for the study of quantitative relationship between waterfowls and their habitats.In this study,satellite tracking method,Remote Sensing(RS)and Geographic Information System(GIS)technology were used to analyze the activity pattern and habitat utilization characteristics of Pied Avocet during breeding period in an artificial wetland complex in the Yellow River Delta(YRD),China.The results showed that the breeding Pied Avocets had a small range of activity,with a total core and main home range of 33.10 km^(2) and 216.30 km^(2),respectively.This species tended to forage in the pond and salt pan during the day and night,respectively,with an unfixed staying time in the breeding ground.The distance between breeding ground and feeding ground was less than 6 km.It is emphasized that in addition to improving the conditions of the remaining natural habitats,effective managing artificial habitats is a priority for shorebird conservation.This research could provide reference for the management of artificial wetlands in coastal zones and supply technique support for the protection of shorebirds and their habitats,and alleviate human-bird conflicts and sustainable development of coastal zones.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the four Qi of Pfaffia glomerata(PG) and endow this foreign folk herb with the properties of Chinese medicine, make it Chinese medicinal and localized, and could be used as a Chinese medicine. METHODS: The normal group, six cold herb groups, six hot herb groups, six cool herb groups, PG prescription group(PGPG), and Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis) prescription group(CPPG) were prepared with corresponding concentrations of water extracts, these herb extracts were administered by gavage to SpragueDawley rats, and the 12 h urine at night on the 29th day of the SD rats in each group were collected, liquid Chromatograph Mass Spectrometer system was used to analyze them, the best discriminant models for the medicinal properties of cold-hot and cold-cool were set up, so as to the medicinal properties of PGPG, CPPG and PG were predicted. Based on the Progenesis QI, Human Metabolome Database, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes, MetaboAnalyst 5.0 database, we enriched metabolic pathway and classification mechanism of medicinal properties of cold-cool Chinese herbs and the molecular mechanism of PG prescription. RESULTS: We established a best model of cold-hot herbal discrimination in the positive ion mode, then the probability that PGPG was predicted cold property was 88.9%. Furthermore, a model of cold-cool herbal discrimination was established, then the probability of PGPG containing the cool property was 77.8%. In addition, typical cold and cool herbs mainly affected nine biomarkers such as tyrosine-proline,(R)-3',7-Dihydroxy-2',4'-dimethoxyisoflavane in rats. The regulation trend of PGPG on markers was basically as same as the cool herbs and mainly involved in regulating the two pathways of cytochrome P450 and purine metabolism. CONCLUSION: The results showed PGPG had a cool medicinal property as same as CPPG, and the regulation trend of PGPG on markers was consistent with cool herbs. Based on the attributes of nonflammability,environmental benignity,and cost-effectiveness of aqueous electrolytes,as well as the favorable compatibility of zinc metal with them,aqueous zinc ions batteries(AZIBs)become the leading energy storage candidate to meet the requirements of safety and low cost.Yet,aqueous electrolytes,acting as a double-edged sword,also play a negative role by directly or indirectly causing various parasitic reactions at the zinc anode side.These reactions include hydrogen evolution reaction,passivation,and dendrites,resulting in poor Coulombic efficiency and short lifespan of AZIBs.A comprehensive review of aqueous electrolytes chemistry,zinc chemistry,mechanism and chemistry of parasitic reactions,and their relationship is lacking.Moreover,the understanding of strategies for suppressing parasitic reactions from an electrochemical perspective is not profound enough.In this review,firstly,the chemistry of electrolytes,zinc anodes,and parasitic reactions and their relationship in AZIBs are deeply disclosed.Subsequently,the strategies for suppressing parasitic reactions from the perspective of enhancing the inherent thermodynamic stability of electrolytes and anodes,and lowering the dynamics of parasitic reactions at Zn/electrolyte interfaces are reviewed.Lastly,the perspectives on the future development direction of aqueous electrolytes,zinc anodes,and Zn/electrolyte interfaces are presented.

Active anomaly detection queries labels of sampled instances and uses them to incrementally update the detection model,and has been widely adopted in detecting network attacks.However,existing methods cannot achieve desirable performance on dynamic network traffic streams because(1)their query strategies cannot sample informative instances to make the detection model adapt to the evolving stream and(2)their model updating relies on limited query instances only and fails to leverage the enormous unlabeled instances on streams.To address these issues,we propose an active tree based model,adaptive and augmented active prior-knowledge forest(A3PF),for anomaly detection on network trafic streams.A prior-knowledge forest is constructed using prior knowledge of network attacks to find feature subspaces that better distinguish network anomalies from normal traffic.On one hand,to make the model adapt to the evolving stream,a novel adaptive query strategy is designed to sample informative instances from two aspects:the changes in dynamic data distribution and the uncertainty of anomalies.On the other hand,based on the similarity of instances in the neighborhood,we devise an augmented update method to generate pseudo labels for the unlabeled neighbors of query instances,which enables usage of the enormous unlabeled instances during model updating.Extensive experiments on two benchmarks,CIC-IDS2017 and UNSW-NB15,demonstrate that A3PF achieves significant improvements over previous active methods in terms of the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve(AUC-ROC)(20.9%and 21.5%)and the area under the precision-recall curve(AUC-PR)(44.6%and 64.1%).
