We previously showed that hydrogen sulfide(H2S)has a neuroprotective effect in the context of hypoxic ischemic brain injury in neonatal ***,the precise mechanism underlying the role of H2S in this situation remains *** this study,we used a neonatal mouse model of hypoxic ischemic brain injury and a lipopolysaccharide-stimulated BV2 cell model and found that treatment with L-cysteine,a H2S precursor,attenuated the cerebral infarction and cerebral atrophy induced by hypoxia and ischemia and increased the expression of miR-9-5p and cystathionineβsynthase(a major H2S synthetase in the brain)in the prefrontal *** also found that an miR-9-5p inhibitor blocked the expression of cystathionineβsynthase in the prefrontal cortex in mice with brain injury caused by hypoxia and ***,miR-9-5p overexpression increased cystathionine-β-synthase and H2S expression in the injured prefrontal cortex of mice with hypoxic ischemic brain injury.L-cysteine decreased the expression of CXCL11,an miR-9-5p target gene,in the prefrontal cortex of the mouse model and in lipopolysaccharide-stimulated BV-2 cells and increased the levels of proinflammatory cytokines BNIP3,FSTL1,SOCS2 and SOCS5,while treatment with an miR-9-5p inhibitor reversed these *** findings suggest that H2S can reduce neuroinflammation in a neonatal mouse model of hypoxic ischemic brain injury through regulating the miR-9-5p/CXCL11 axis and restoringβ-synthase expression,thereby playing a role in reducing neuroinflammation in hypoxic ischemic brain injury.

This research is concentrated on the longitudinal vibration of a tapered pipe pile considering the vertical support of the surrounding soil and construction ***,the pile-soil system is partitioned into finite segments in the vertical direction and the Voigt model is applied to simulate the vertical support of the surrounding soil acting on the pile *** surrounding soil is divided into finite ring-shaped zones in the radial direction to consider the construction ***,the shear complex stiffness at the pile-soil interface is derived by solving the dynamic equilibrium equation for the soil from the outermost to innermost *** displacement impedance at the top of an arbitrary pile segment is obtained by solving the dynamic equilibrium equation for the pile and is combined with the vertical support of the surrounding soil to derive the displacement impedance at the bottom of the upper adjacent ***,the displacement impedance at the pile head is obtained based on the impedance function transfer ***,the reliability of the proposed solution is verified,followed by a sensitivity analysis concerning the coupling effect of the pile parameters,construction disturbance and the vertical support of the surrounding soil on the displacement impedance of the pile.

Due to the uneven seabed and heaving of soil during pumping,incomplete soil plugs may occur during the installation of bucket foundations,and the impacts on the bearing capacities of bucket foundations need to be *** this paper,the contact ratio(the ratio of the top diameter of the soil plug to the diameter of the bucket)and the soil plug ratio(the ratio of the soil heave height to the skirt height)are defined to describe the shape and size of the incomplete soil ***,finite element models are established to investigate the bearing capacities of bucket foundations with incomplete soil plugs and the influences of the contact ratios,and the soil plug ratios on the bearing capacities are *** results show that the vertical bearing capacity of bucket foundations in homogeneous soil continuously improves with the increase of the contact ***,in normally consolidated soil,the vertical bearing capacity barely changes when the contact ratio is smaller than 0.75,while the bearing capacity suddenly increases when the contact ratio increases to 1 due to the change of failure *** contact ratio hardly affects the horizontal bearing capacity of bucket ***,the moment bearing capacity improves with the increase of the contact ratio for small aspect ratios,but hardly varies with increasing contact ratio for aspect ratios larger than ***,the reduction coefficient method is proposed based on this analysis to calculate the bearing capacities of bucket foundations considering the influence of incomplete soil *** comparison results show that the proposed reduction coefficient method can be used to evaluate the influences of incomplete soil plug on the bearing capacities of bucket foundations.

Insects damaging and penetrating plastic packaged materials has been reported since the *** innovation breakthroughs of plastic biodegradation have been initiated since the discovery of biodegradation of plastics by Tenebrio molitor larvae in 2015 followed by Galleria mellonella in *** we review updated studies on the insect-mediated biodegradation of *** biodegradation by insect larvae,mainly by some species of darkling beetles(Tenebrionidae)and pyralid moths(Pyralidae)is currently a highly active and potentially transformative area of *** the past eight years,publications have increased explosively,including discoveries of the ability of different insect species to biodegrade plastics,biodegradation performance,and the contribution of host and microbiomes,impacts of polymer types and their physic-chemical properties,and responsible enzymes secreted by the host and gut *** date,almost all major plastics including polyethylene(PE),polypropylene(PP),polyvinyl chloride(PVC),polyethylene terephthalate(PET),polyurethane(PUR),and polystyrene(PS)can be biodegraded by *** and ten other insect species representing the Tenebrionidae and Pyralidae *** biodegradation processes are symbiotic reactions or performed by synergistic efforts of both host and gut-microbes to rapidly depolymerize and biodegrade plastics with hourly *** digestive ezymens and bioreagents screted by the insects play an essential role in plasatic biodegradation in certain species of Tenebrionidae and Pyralidae *** research on the insect itself,gut microbiomes,transcriptomes,proteomes and metabolomes has evaluated the mechanisms of plastic biodegradation in *** conclude this review by discussing future research perspectives on insect-mediated biodegradation of plastics.

“逆向混改”与民营企业绿色转型

企业是污染物排放量最大的主体,推动企业绿色转型是实现经济高质量发展和中国式现代化的关键。而民营企业囿于自身资源劣势以及单一盈利动机,进行绿色转型的主观能动性较低。如何驱动民营企业实现绿色转型,充分发挥民营经济对实现经济高质量发展的重要作用,亟待进行研究和解决。“逆向混改”作为混合所有制改革新的发展方向,为民营企业突破转型能力与意愿不足的双重困境提供了新的发展机遇。因此,本文基于2008—2022年间初始上市时产权性质为民营的沪深A股上市公司数据,探究“逆向混改”对民营企业绿色转型的影响关系、作用机制以及外部媒体关注的调节作用。研究发现,进行“逆向混改”显著促进了民营企业绿色转型,但“逆向混改”力度对民营企业绿色转型存在倒U型影响,适度的“逆向混改”能够促进民营企业绿色转型;机制分析发现,融资约束、代理成本以及绿色转型意愿起到了中介作用;异质性分析发现,“逆向混改”的绿色转型效应在非重污染行业、高科技行业以及引入中央企业股东的民营企业中更加显著;调节效应分析发现,外部媒体关注具有显著的调节作用,既能强化“逆向混改”对民营企业绿色转型的促进作用,又能弱化二者之间的抑制作用。本文厘清了“逆向混改”对民营企业绿色转型的作用机理,为进一步深化混合所有制改革和推进民营企业绿色转型提供了理论支持和经验证据。

东北地区天然林资源保护工程的实施,改善了生态环境,提高了生态系统服务能力,对东北地区生态系统服务也起到了积极促进作用。为了更直观的反映东北地区天保工程的实施成效,研究基于长时间序列的遥感监测数据集-土地利用数据,采用InVEST模型和RUSLE模型对1990—2020年天保工程实施前后东北地区和天保工程区生态系统服务变化进行定量评估分析并采用Getis-Ord Gi∗指数识别热点区域。结果表明:(1)东北地区1990—2020年城乡/工矿居民用地和耕地面积分别增加25.37%,12.15%,水域减少21.42%,草地减少14.02%,未利用土地和林地分别减少8.41%,5.34%。(2)1990—2020年东北地区和天保工程区土壤保持量分别增加了95.81×106 t、24.05×10^(6) t,碳储量分别减少了7.49×10^(8) tC、3.92×10^(8) tC,水源涵养量分别增加了177.51×10^(9) m^(3)、58.65×10^(9) m^(3)。(3)东北地区的极显著热点区域主要分布内蒙古地区东北部、黑龙江省北部、吉林省东部和辽宁省东部。随着天保工程的实施,极显著热点区域显著增加,且范围与天保工程高度重合。研究拟为后续东北地区林业政策和生态工程的实施提供科学的参考依据。

Laser 3D printing,also known as laser additive manufacturing(LAM),is favored for its ability to form bulk metallic glass(BMG)and its composite materials(BMGcs)with freeform *** this work,two different kinds of Fe_(41)Co_(7)Cr_(15)Mo_(14)C_(15)B_(6)Y_(2)amorphous coatings(A and B)were prepared by using LAM technology under air-and water-cooled conditions,respectively;meanwhile,to reduce the cracks generated due to the residual thermal stresses,coating C obtained by air-sweep annealing of B with a low energy-density *** morphology and amorphous content and microstructure of the coatings were investigated,the results show many cracks in coating B deposited under water-cooled conditions,and its microstructure shows an amorphous-crystal-nanocrystalline mixed *** was suppressed in coating C,obtained by air-sweep annealing based on coating B,but the amorphous content was reduced from 32.6 to 13.4%.And the hardness and corrosion resistance of the coating will increase with the increase in the amorphous ***,the internal friction behavior of a BMGcs was prepared on the basis of the process of sample C is compared with that of as-cast amorphous *** results show that the low temperature internal friction behavior of BMGcs is affected by the defects produced during printing,and the high temperature internal friction behavior is affected by the precipitated hard phase.

Pseudomyxoma peritonei(PMP) is an indolent malignant syndrome. The standard treatment for PMP is cytoreductive surgery combined with intraperitoneal hyperthermic chemotherapy(CRS + HIPEC). However, the high recurrence rate and latent clinical symptoms and signs are major obstacles to further improving clinical outcomes. Moreover, patients in advanced stages receive little benefit from CRS + HIPEC due to widespread intraperitoneal metastases. Another challenge in PMP treatment involves the progressive sclerosis of PMP cell-secreted mucus, which is often increased due to activating mutations in the gene coding for guanine nucleotide-binding protein alpha subunit(GNAS). Consequently, the development of other PMP therapies is urgently needed. Several immune-related therapies have shown promise, including the use of bacterium-derived non-specific immunogenic agents, radioimmunotherapeutic agents, and tumor cell-derived neoantigens, but a well-recognized immunotherapy has not been established. In this review the roles of GNAS mutations in the promotion of mucin secretion and disease development are discussed. In addition, the immunologic features of the PMP microenvironment and immune-associated treatments are discussed to summarize the current understanding of key features of the disease and to facilitate the development of immunotherapies.
