This study investigates an energy-aware flow shop scheduling problem with a time-dependent learning effect. The relationship between the traditional and the proposed scheduling problem is shown and objective is to determine a job sequence in which the total energy consumption is minimized. To provide an efficient solution framework, composite lower bounds are proposed to be used in a solution approach with the name of Boundsbased Nested Partition(BBNP). A worst-case analysis on shortest process time heuristic is conducted for theoretical measurement. Computational experiments are performed on randomly generated test instances to evaluate the proposed algorithms. Results show that BBNP has better performance than conventional heuristics and provides considerable computational advantage.

This study addresses the problem of two-stage scheduling on batch and single machines with limited waiting time constraint; thus, the makespan is minimized.A mixed-integer linear programming model is proposed for this problem. Three tight lower bounds and a heuristic algorithm are developed. The worst-case performance of the proposed algorithm is discussed. A hybrid differential evolution algorithm is also developed to improve the solution quantity. In this paper, we introduce a new job shop model that minimizes a well-motivated inventory measure while assuring on-time job deliveries. For this new problem, we introduce precise notation and formalization. A decomposition scheme is discussed in detail, which is subsequently utilized in a new shifting bottleneck procedure (SBP) for the problem. In addition to SBP, we propose another heuristic method based on successive insertion of operations. Algorithms are fine tuned through experimentation. Moreover, the two heuristic procedures are compared in terms of computation time and solution quality, using disguised actual factory data.

The high-end equipment intelligent manufacturing(HEIM) industry is of strategic importance to national and economic security. Engineering management(EM) for HEIM is a complex, innovative process that integrates natural science, technology, management science, social science, and the human spirit. Newgeneration information technology(IT), including the internet, cloud computing, big data, and artificial intelligence, have made a remarkable influence on HEIM and its engineering management activities, such as product system construction, product life cycle management, manufacturing resources organization, manufacturing model innovation, and reconstruction of the enterprise *** management for HEIM is a key topic at the frontier of international academic research. This study systematically reviews the current research on issues pertaining to engineering management for HEIM under the new-generation IT environment. These issues include cross-lifecycle management, network collaboration management, task integration management of innovative development, operation optimization of smart factories,quality and reliability management, information management, and intelligent decision making. The challenges presented by these issues and potential research opportunities are also summarized and discussed.

本文立足于中国高端装备制造业的管理实践和发展需求,面对互联网与大数据环境下高端装备制造运营管理面临的新需求与新挑战,借助互联网与大数据技术,深入挖掘高端装备制造网络协同管理的内部结构与创新模式,为我国高端装备制造业运营管理达到并赶超世界先进水平提供理论基础与技术支持。本文首先梳理了高端装备制造协同机制和关键要素,回顾了当前高端装备制造不同维度下的协同理论和方法。在此基础上提出了高端装备数字化协同层次框架及层次中关键要素的协同优化方法,重点涉及设备及设备群数字化协同、车间和工厂数字化协同以及供应链联盟数字化协同这3个层面的论述。所提出的理论和方法最终在油井勘探装备深水防喷器组(BOP Stack)数字化制造协同管理中进行了验证。

目的探讨肢端黑色素瘤中CCND1基因拷贝数增加与第11号染色体拷贝数之间的关系,及其与临床病理特征的联系。方法收集2018年1月至2021年8月于北京大学第三医院病理科经手术切除后诊断明确的肢端黑色素瘤标本33例。采用荧光原位杂交(fluorescence in situ hybridization,FISH)技术检测肿瘤中CCND1基因和第11号染色体着丝粒拷贝数,分析两者拷贝数变化的关系,并分析CCND1拷贝数异常与患者临床病理特征的相关性。结果33例肢端黑色素瘤患者中男性15例,女性18例,年龄范围22~86岁。63.6%(21/33)的肢端黑色素瘤患者有CCND1基因拷贝数增加,其中同时伴第11号染色体多体者占21.2%(7/33)。27.3%(9/33)的病例CCND1基因拷贝数呈低拷贝增加,其中4例(4/33,12.1%)同时伴有第11号染色体多体;36.4%(12/33)的病例CCND1基因拷贝数呈高拷贝增加,其中3例(3/33,9.1%)同时伴有第11号染色体多体。CCND1低拷贝增加组中未见CCND1/CEP11比值≥2.00者;高拷贝增加组中CCND1/CEP11比值≥2.00者共11例(11/12)。CCND1基因拷贝数增加与患者年龄、性别、组织学类型、Breslow厚度、溃疡和Clark分级无相关性(P>0.05)。结论CCND1基因拷贝数增加是肢端黑色素瘤的重要分子改变,部分CCND1拷贝数增加的肢端黑色素瘤患者可同时存在第11号染色体多体,这部分患者CCND1拷贝数增加可能是第11号染色体多体的伴随表现。

Effect of Aluminum Tri-polyphosphate on Corrosion Behavior of Reinforcing Steel in Seawater Prepared Coral Concrete

Atri-polyphosphate was used as a corrosion inhibitor in the seawater prepared coral concrete, and its influence on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel, 304 austenitic stainless steel, and 2205 duplex stainless steel was studied by the open-circuit potential, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and potentiodynamic polarization, respectively. The results reveal that the corrosion potential and impedance of the reinforcing steel increase, while the corrosion current density decreases with the content of aluminum tripolyphosphate in the coral concrete. A low content of the corrosion inhibitor significantly retards the corrosion of the two stainless steels, but it cannot effectively inhibit the corrosion of the carbon steel in the coral *** general, the carbon steel is unsuitable for the coral concrete for its poor corrosion resistance. In contrast,the stainless steels, especially the 2205 duplex stainless steel, shows an excellent anti-corrosion property in the seawater prepared coral concrete containing a certain amount of inhibitor, which is one of the satisfactory candidate methods to build the long-life coral concrete constructions.
