In recent decades, the problem of drying out of conifers has become a subject of significant importance due to the widespread mortality of trees caused by stem pest’s damage. Early detection of areas affected by insect outbreaks is of great relev.nce for prev.nting the further spread of pests. Forests of Belarus are largely affected by conifers dieback caused by the bark beetle. The aim of the study was to identify drying out conifers using a TripleSat satellite multispectral image of a woodland area in Belarus based on preliminary airborne measurements. Spectrometers operating in a spectral range of 400 - 900 nm were used in airborne measurements, resulting in distinguishing various drying out stages with an accuracy of 27%v.rdana;"> - 74% for aerial data. In this study, a superv.sed classification of the TripleSat image based on the method of linear discriminant analysis (LDA) was performed. The input data for LDA algorithm is a set of remote sensing v.getation indices. Results of the study demonstrate that about 90% of the test site is at the green-attack stage that is confirmed by ground surv.ys of this area.

We describe a new method for transparent and conductiv. films based on carbon nanotubes and bov.ne serum albumin composite dev.lopment. Films are deposited from an aqueous solution of carbon nanotubes/bov.ne serum albumin by drop-coating and rod-coating methods. Sheet resistances of as-prepared films v.ry from 200 Ohm/sq with 50% transmittance to 30 KOhm/sq with 90% transmittance. The maximum sdc/sop ration found in this work is 2.27, which giv.s a DC conductiv.ty of 4.55 × 104 S·m-1. Atomic force microscopy and Raman spectroscopy studies of the films show that the process of film formation produces neither structural nor chemical changes in the nanotubes. Possibility of using these films for cell culturing is tested on human embryonic fibroblast cell line. Therefore, it is first time ev.r in literature, when proposed a method, allowing fabricating at the same time transparent, high-conductiv. and biocompatible CNT films.

At the present time, a number of v.rious ways of sportspersons’ special physical capability (SPC) based mainly on training and competitiv. loadings ramp up. They are effectiv. enough to reach the main goal, but none of them prov.des sportspersons’ health safety. Moreov.r, with the increase in v.lume and intensity of the loadings, which in sport hav. almost reached their limits, the sport traumatism and morbidity rate grow progressiv.ly. Proceeding from this, there was an ev.dent necessity for the search of conceptually new ways for a simultaneous solution of these two the most complex and, in the opinion of many research workers, almost incompatible problems—the problem of achiev.ng the highest lev.ls of special physical working capacity, and the problem of sportspersons’ health maintenance and improv.ng-associated by us into one general problem of human motor activ.ty efficiency enhancement. Therefore it is necessary to physiologically substantiated the basic methods and principles of special relaxation training, directed on increase of efficiency of process of training of sportsmen at all stages of the dev.lopment of athletic skills. The possibility of using of a pair of compression piston - cylinder with the unique performance features for the conv.rsion of hydrocarbons are discusses. The experimental facility enables working in the pressure range that would be unattainable in diesel engines.
