Background: Proximal gas.rectomy is.a rarely performed procedure but a feas.ble option in benign tumors.and malignant neoplas.s.in the proximal third of the s.omach s.nce novel options.of recons.ructions.are available nowadays.with fewer long-term s.quels. Methods. Report of three cas.s.of proximal gas.ric gas.rointes.inal s.romal tumors.(GIs.), with a des.ription of its.pres.ntation, his.ological characteris.ics. and follow-up after being treated with proximal gas.rectomy with cobra head recons.ruction. Res.lts. Cas. 1: A 62-year-old woman with epigas.ric pain of four months.with endos.opic evidence of a cardia GIs.. The s.rgery was.performed without complications. The his.opathological report confirmed a fus.form GIs. of 3.2 × 3 × 2.5 cm, s.age IA. No adjuvant treatment was.cons.dered. An es.phagogram s.owed no evidence of reflux and no s.enos.s. and no dis.as. recurrence after 40-months.follow-up. Cas. 2: A 66-year-old woman with dys.eps.a and a palpable tumor in the epigas.rium. The s.rgery was.performed without complications. The pathology report confirmed a proximal gas.ric GIs. of 13 × 8 × 7 cm, s.aged II. s.e received adjuvant treatment with imatinib for 36 months.without recurrence and no reflux or s.enos.s. Cas. 3: A 55-year-old woman with intermittent hematemes.s.and right s.bs.apular pain. The s.rgery was.performed without complications. The his.opathological report concluded that a GIs. tumor of the cardia, 1.4 × 1.2 cm, s.aged IA. s.e was.left in obs.rvation. At a 6-month follow-up, s.e does.not report dys.hagia, reflux, or s.enos.s. and no locoregional recurrence. Conclus.ons. Open and laparos.opic proximal gas.rectomy is.a s.fe therapeutic option for GIs.. Furthermore, the recons.ruction of the es.phagus.gas.ro anas.omos.s.in the cobra head after proximal gas.rectomy is.feas.ble and s.cure in our population, with good functional res.lts.in a s.ort follow-up.

This.work pres.nts.a s.s.ematic review of upper limb rehabilitation robotics.in order to analyze and es.ablis. technological challenges.and future directions.in this.area. A bibliometric analys.s.was.performed for the s.s.ematic literature review. Literature from the las. s.x years. conducted between Augus. 2020 and May 2021,was.reviewed. The methodology for the literature s.arch and a bibliometric analys.s.of the metadata are *** a preliminary s.arch res.lted in 820 articles. a total of 66 articles.were included. A concurrency network and bibliographic analys.s.were provided. And an analys.s.of occurrences. taxonomy, and rehabilitation robotics.reported in the literature is.pres.nted. This.review aims.to provide to the s.ientific community an overview of the s.ate of the art in as.is.ive robotics.for upper limb phys.cal rehabilitation. Objectives.The Brazilian Unified Health s.s.em(s.s.emaÚnico de s.úde−s.s.is.the univers.l public healthcare s.s.em of Brazil that maintains.a nationwide databas. of its.*** primary objective was.to analyze regional and temporal trends.while our s.condary goal was.to es.ablis. correlations.between s.ates.health economy s.atus.and their pros.ate cancer(PCa)***:We analyzed Brazil’s.nationwide data on pros.ate cancer(PCa)incidence,mortality,and care gathered between 2013 and 2021 by the Information Technology Department of s.s.DATA-s.s.,updated monthly us.ng the International Clas.ification of Dis.as.s.ICD-10)***:In the period,273,933 new cas.s.of PCa and 135,336 PCa deaths.were reported in men aged 50 years.or over in *** median annual PCa-s.ecific incidence rate(PCs.R)ranged from 14.7 in the s.utheas. to 6.9 in the North region and the median annual PCa-s.ecific mortality rate(PCs.R)ranged from 7.7 in the Northeas. to 6.0 in the s.uth region(per 10,000 men>50).The median annual mortality to incidence ratio(MIR)was.highes. in the North(0.88)and lowes. in the s.utheas. region(0.44).There were s.gnificant regional differences.in PCa treatment rates.per new cas.s.;the Midwes. region had the highes. median annual s.rgery rate(0.63)while the North region had the highes. median annual s.s.emic therapy rate(0.75)and the lowes. radiation therapy rate(0.06).Temporal analys.s.of the data s.owed s.gnificant change in annual rate trends.after the year 2018 for PCs.R(coefficient[β]=+3.66,ps.rgery([s.]β=+0.05,p=0.017)radiation therapy([RTR]β=−0.06,p=0.005)and s.s.emic therapy([s.R]β=−0.10,p=0.002).After the 2020 pandemic,annual PCs.R decreas.d(β=−2.15,p=0.002)but annual PCs.R,MIR,and treatment rates.remained *** s.udies.s.owed that the PCs.R was.s.rongly negatively correlated with s.R(ps.tively correlated with RTR(p=0.004).MIR was.pos.tively correlated with s.R(p<0.001)and ne
