This study seeks to answer one question： The quality level of organizational environment. Is it an indicator of the workplace satisfaction level, according to the perception of Hitachi Chemical employees in montemorelos, Nuevo León, méxico？ This study＇s design is both explanatory and cross-sectional. The sample size was composed of 143 Hitachi Chemical employees of montemorelos, Nuevo León, méxico. For the data collection, two instruments were used： the first instrument was used to measure the quality of organizational climate and the second was focused on measuring the workplace satisfaction level. As a result, the level of organizational climate quality is in fact a predictor of workplace satisfaction of Hitachi Chemical employees. After the regression analysis, it was found that the variable, level of organizational climate, explained a 71.4% variance in the dependent variable, work satisfaction. It was determined that organizational climate is a strong predictor of work satisfaction perceived by employees of Hitachi Chemicals, montemorelos, Nuevo León, méxico. It can be established that the greater the levels of organizational climate experienced by the employees, the greater the level of work satisfaction will be.

This study investigates the technique of variational calculus applied to estimate the slope stability considering the mechanism of planar *** critical plane failure surface should be determined because it theoretically indicates the most unfavorable plane to be considered when stabilizing a slope to rectify the instability generated by several statistically possible *** generates integrals that can be solved by numerical methods,such as the Newton Cotes and the finite differences ***,a system of nonlinear equations is obtained and *** surface of the critical planar failure is determined by applying the condition of transversality in mobile boundaries,for which various examples are *** number of slices is varied in one of the examples,while the surface of the critical planar failure is determined in the *** are compared using analytical methods through axis *** the results obtained by considering normal stress,safety factors,and critical planar failure are nearly the same;however,in this research,a study is carried out for“n”number of slices using programming ***-routines are important because they can be applied in slopes with different geometry,surcharge,interstitial pressure,and pseudo-static load.

The incidence of diabetes mellitus(Dm) continues to rise and has quickly become one of the most prevalent and costly chronic diseases worldwide. A close link exists between Dm and cardiovascular disease(CVD), which is the most prevalent cause of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. Cardiovascular(CV) risk factors such as obesity, hypertension and dyslipidemia are common in patients with Dm, placing them at increased risk for cardiac events. In addition, many studies have found biological mechanisms associated with Dm that independently increase the risk of CVD in diabetic patients. Therefore, targeting CV risk factors in patients with Dm is critical to minimize the long-term CV complications of the disease. This paper summarizes the relationship between diabetes and CVD, examines possible mechanisms of disease progression, discusses current treatment recommendations, and outlines future research directions.

Aim:Previous studies suggest that circulating tumor cells(CTC)are present at very low frequencies in blood of pancreatic cancer(PC)***,no technique has proven efficient for their detection,in part due to the lack of accurate tumor ***,we evaluated the potential utility of two marker candidates-mucin 16(mUC16)and Tetraspanin 1(TSPAN1)-identified through a detailed review of the ***:To evaluate the pattern of expression of both markers in pancreatic tumor cells *** blood,we used cell lines derived from pancreatic cancer patients and blood from healthy ***:Antibodies against both mUC16 and TSPAN1 showed expression in three pancreatic cancer(PC)cell lines while they were absent in blood *** evaluate the efficiency of isolating tumor cells from blood,PC cell lines were spiked at different frequencies in blood,sequentially stained with biotin-conjugated TSPAN1 and mUC16 antibodies and a streptavidin ferrofluids,followed by immunomagnetic *** recovery of spiked TSPAN1+tumor cells was high with limited contamination by *** contrast,no PC cells were isolated when the biotin mUC16 reagent was used because the biotin-conjugated clone did not recognize PC ***:The combination of mUC16,TSPAN1,and epithelial cell adhesion molecule(EpCAm)antibodies will likely increase the efficiency of capturing circulating tumor cell in blood of pancreatic ductal *** further develop a protocol for isolation of circulating tumor cell in blood of PC patients,high amounts of antibodies(5-10 mg)against EpCAm,mUC16,and TSPAN1 will be needed.

Computational Fluid Dynamics （CFD） methods have opened a new field to perform aerodynamic studies saving money and time. The difficulties presented by this method to calculate complex flow field problems imply that CFD validation is needed to provide correct results. Experimental data have recently been used to validate the accuracy of CFD predictions. Particle Image Velocimetry （PIV） has shown to be a powerful tool in the investigation of complex flows. The aim of this paper is to present results from PIV experiments that would be interesting for CFD validation. Regarding aircraft operations, the short runway available implies the necessity of equipment which helps to take-off performances. Ski-jump ramp system improves aircraft performances by an increment of lift resulting in successful take-off operations. The ski-jump ramp presence generates a complex flow bounded by a turbulent shear layer and a low velocity recirculation bubble over the end of the flight deck. The adverse effects on the aircraft aerodynamics affect to pilot safe operations, so this region is an interesting problem to be studied by means of wind tunnel experimental tests.

Spinal cord injury(SCI)is a devastating and disabling medical condition generally caused by a traumatic event(primary injury).This initial trauma is accompanied by a set of biological mechanisms directed to ameliorate neural damage but also exacerbate initial damage(secondary injury).The alterations that occur in the spinal cord have not only local but also systemic consequences and virtually all organs and tissues of the body incur important changes after SCI,explaining the progression and detrimental consequences related to this ***(PNIE)is a growing area of research aiming to integrate and explore the interactions among the different systems that compose the human organism,considering the mind and the body as a *** initial traumatic event and the consequent neurological disruption trigger immune,endocrine,and multisystem dysfunction,which in turn affect the patient's psyche and *** the present review,we will explore the most important local and systemic consequences of SCI from a PNIE perspective,defining the changes occurring in each system and how all these mechanisms are ***,potential clinical approaches derived from this knowledge will also be collectively presented with the aim to develop integrative therapies to maximize the clinical management of these patients.
