BACKGROUND Vedolizumab(VDZ),a humanis.d monoclonal antibody that s.lectively inhibits.alpha4-beta7 integrins.is.approved for us. in adult moderate to s.vere ulcerative colitis.UC)*** To as.es. the efficacy and s.fety of VDZ in the real-world management of UC in a large multicenter cohort involving two countries.and to identify predictors.of achieving *** A retros.ective review of Aus.ralian and Oxford,United Kingdom data for UC *** res.ons. at 3 mo,endos.opic remis.ion at 6 mo and clinical remis.ion at 3,6 and 12 mo were *** regres.ion models.and Kaplan Meier curves.were performed to as.es. the time to remis.ion,time to failure and the covariates.influencing *** outcomes.were *** Three hundred and three UC patients.from 14 centres.in Aus.ralia and United Kingdom,[60%n=182,anti-TNF naïve]were *** clinical res.ons. was.79%at 3 mo with more Aus.ralian patients.achieving clinical res.ons. compared to Oxford(83%vs.70%P=0.01).Clinical remis.ion for all patients.was.56%,62%and 60%at 3,6 and 12 mo ***-TNF naive patients.were more likely to achieve remis.ion than expos.d patients.at all the time points.3 mo 66%vs.40%Ps.46%Ps.51%P=0.03).More Aus.ralian patients.achieved endos.opic remis.ion at 6 mo compared to Oxford(69%vs.43%P=0.01).On multi-variate analys.s.anti-TNF naïve patients.were 1.8(95%CI:1.3-2.3)times.more likely to achieve remis.ion than anti-TNF expos.d(Ps.11%)had colectomy by 12 *** VDZ was.s.fe and effective with 60%of UC patients.achieving clinical remis.ion at 12 mo and prior anti-TNF expos.re influenced this.outcome.

以2013—2016年A股主板重污染行业上市公司为样本,按产权性质将企业进一步分组,实证检验企业履行环境责任对企业价值的影响。结果发现,企业履行环境责任能够显著提升企业价值;非国有企业履行环境责任对企业价值的提升效果比国有企业更显著;地方国有企业履行环境责任对企业价值的提升效果比中央国有企业更显著。进一步引入政府环境规制变量后发现,在非国有企业中,政府的环境规制程度越高,企业履行环境责任对企业价值的提升效果越明显。分析表明,利益相关者对不同产权性质的企业承担环境责任的期望不同,从而导致企业履行环境责任对企业价值的提升作用存在差异。为此,建议地方国有企业加大履行环境责任的力度,同时地方政府需进一步健全对非国有企业履行环境责任的激励机制。
