In swine production,stress is a common encounter that leads to serious bacterial infection and adverse effects on growth performance.Though antibiotics have been frequently used to control pathogen spread,sustained negative impacts from antibiotics have been found to affect intestinal integrity and the immune system.Multiple nutritional strategies have shown potential to counteract stress and replace antibiotics,including functional amino acids,low protein diet,plant extracts,organic acids,prebiotics,probiotics,minerals and vitamins.These additives relieve the stress response in swine via different mechanisms and signal transduction pathways.Based on the overview of signaling pathways and stress models,this review highlights the potential of nutritional strategies in swine for preventing or treating stress-related health problems.For wider application in the pig industry,the dose ranges measured require for further validation in different physiological contexts and formulations.In the future,micro-fluid devices and novel stress models are expected to enhance the efficiency of screening for new anti-stress candidates.

Dietary nutrients and the gut microbiota are increasingly recognized to cross-regulate and entrain each other,and thus affect host health and immune-mediated diseases.Here,we systematically review the current understanding linking dietary nutrients to gut microbiota-host immune interactions,emphasizing how this axis might influence host immunity in health and diseases.Of relevance,we highlight that the implications of gut microbiota-targeted dietary intervention could be harnessed in orchestrating a spectrum of immune-associated diseases.

将铁锰铈(Fe-Mn-Ce)负载于PA6静电纺丝上制备抗团聚性强、吸附效果好且易分离回收的新型吸附剂Fe-Mn-Ce-PA6。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)分析均显示Fe-Mn-Ce颗粒已成功负载到PA6静电纺丝上。吸附实验研究结果表明,Fe-Mn-Ce含量为25%时制备的吸附剂对水中Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)具有良好的吸附效果,且其在Pb(Ⅱ)初始浓度为10mg/L,吸附剂投加量为0.2g/L,pH为6的条件下对Pb(Ⅱ)的去除率为98%;在Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度为20mg/L,吸附剂投加量为0.2g/L,pH为6的条件下对Cr(Ⅵ)的去除率为98.5%。该吸附剂对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附等温模型均符合Freundlich模型,而吸附动力学行为分别符合准一级动力学模型和准二级动力学模型。循环再生实验表明,该吸附剂经五次循环后对Pb(Ⅱ)和Cr(Ⅵ)依然可以保持良好的去除率。

目的介绍1例他克莫司治疗中发生可逆性后部脑病综合征(PRES)的肾病综合征患儿的药学监护,为相关疾病的治疗和药学服务积累经验。方法临床药师对患儿服用他克莫司引起药物性PRES的关联性进行分析评价,同时参考循证证据提出优化药物治疗建议,提供个体化药物服务。结果经过止痉、控制血压、降颅压、他克莫司减量等治疗,患儿临床症状好转,复查头颅磁共振成像(MRI)提示脑内异常信号部分吸收,病灶较前明显缩小。结论对于他克莫司相关PRES,临床药师可在降压药物选择、基于血药浓度监测的治疗方案调整、施行针对性的药学监护与教育等方面,提高患者长期用药的安全性和有效性。

New Insights into the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation of Northern Qiangtang, Tibet, China： Constraints from U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes of Detrital and Magmatic Zircons

We report here U-Pb age and in situ Hf isotopic results for detrital and magmatic zircons from one conglomerate and four tuffite samples from the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation across the North Qiangtang depression, Tibet. Coupled with previously published data in the region, this paper proposes new insights into the geochronological framework for the Nadigangri Formation. The deposition ages of tuffite from top to bottom in the Woruo Mountain, Quem Co and Dongqu River, are 203 Ma, 226 Ma, 221.5 Ma and 221.1 Ma, respectively. The detrital zircons yield a younger cluster of ages of 201.5-225 Ma from the conglomerate of the Quem Co Formation. The Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation defines a temporal range approximately between 201 and 225 Ma （Norian-Rhaetian）, including three predominant groups of 220-225 Ma, 210-217 Ma and 201-205 Ma, which correspond with the three main rifting episodes of initial rifting, further rifting and final rifting. Positive ~Hf（t） value and low model ages in younger detrital zircons suggests a juvenile character. However, the Hf isotopes of magmatic zircons display the presence of reworked ancient crust with 1.1-1.8 Ga. These results provide strong constraints not only on the temporal range of the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation, but also on the onset of the Qiangtang Mesozoic rift basin.

A reliable and sensitive strategy which can assess nucleic acid levels in living cells would be essential for fundamental research of biomedical applications. Some nanomaterial-based fluorescence biosensors recently developed for detecting nucleic acids, however, are often with expensive, complicated and timeconsuming preparation process. Here, by using a facile bottom-up synthesis method, a two-dimensional(2 D) coordination polymer(CP) nanosheet, [Cu(tz)](Htz = 1,2,4-triazole), was successfully prepared after optimizing reaction conditions. These ultrathin CP nanosheets with thickness of 4.7 ± 1.1 nm could readily form nanosensors by assembly with DNA probes, which exhibited a low limit of detection(LOD)for p53 DNA fragment as 144 pmol/L. Furthermore, by integrating [Cu(tz)] nanosheets with hybridization chain reaction(HCR) probes, mi R-21, one kind of micro RNA upregulated in many cancer cells, can be sensitively detected with a LOD of 100 pmol/L and monitored in living cells, giving consistent results with those obtained by quantitative reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(q RT-PCR) analysis.Thus [Cu(tz)] nanosheets, which not only possess much better nucleic acids sensing performance than bulk cystals, but also exhibit nucleic acid delivery functions, could be used as a novel nanoplatform in biomedical imaging and sensing applications.

为了研究电机轴向通风冷却系统的电动机内部情况,本文以某大型矿用电动车轮牵引电机为例,对其轴向通风冷却与传热进行了研究。基于流体力学以及传热学理论,结合电机轴向通风性能以及结构特点,建立了电机三维流动与传热耦合求解的有限元模型,并给出基本假设与相应的边界条件。通过计算电机内部的电磁场和温度场,采用有限体积法对三维流体场和温度场控制方程进行耦合,避免了利用经验公式计算模型间的换热系数带来的误差,能够获得更加精确的温升及冷却结果。在此基础上,通过对电机进行流固耦合计算,研究流量分配对通风冷却效果的影响,进而在原有模型上分析不同流量、不同定子流道、不同流道宽度对电机温度场及流阻的影响,并提供优化流道从而有效降低电机最热温度区域。通过对实际运行车辆电机温度场及冷却阻力监控验证了仿真计算的准确性。通过流固耦合分析方法将有助于电机的散热优化设计,为更大功率的电机综合物理场的准确计算提供了理论依据。

The rapid growth of the livestock and poultry production in China has led to a rise in manure generation,which contributes to the emissions of GHGs(greenhouse gases including CH_(4),N_(2)O and CO_(2))and other harmful gases(NH_(3),H_(2)S).Reducing and managing carbon emissions has become a critical global environmental imperative due to the adverse impacts of GHGs.Unlike previous reviews that focused on resource recovery,this work provides an unique insight of transformation from resource-oriented manure treatment to integration of resource recovery with pollution reduction,carbon accounting and trading,focusing on the sustainable development of manure management system.Considering the importance of accounting methodologies for carbon emission and trading system toward carbon neutrality society,suggestions and strategies including attaching high importance to the development of more accuracy accounting methodologies and more practical GHG emission reduction methodologies are given in this paper.This work directs the establishment of carbon reduction methodologies and the formulation of governmental policies for livestock and poultry manure management system in China.
