In swine production,stress is a common encounter that leads to serious bacterial infection and adverse effects on growth performance.Though antibiotics have been frequently used to control pathogen spread,sustained negative impacts from antibiotics have been found to affect intestinal integrity and the immune system.Multiple nutritional strategies have shown potential to counteract stress and replace antibiotics,including functional amino acids,low protein diet,plant extracts,organic acids,prebiotics,probiotics,minerals and vitamins.These additives relieve the stress response in swine via different mechanisms and signal transduction pathways.Based on the overview of signaling pathways and stress models,this review highlights the potential of nutritional strategies in swine for preventing or treating stress-related health problems.For wider application in the pig industry,the dose ranges measured require for further validation in different physiological contexts and formulations.In the future,micro-fluid devices and novel stress models are expected to enhance the efficiency of screening for new anti-stress candidates.

New Insights into the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation of Northern Qiangtang, Tibet, China： Constraints from U-Pb Ages and Hf Isotopes of Detrital and Magmatic Zircons

We report here U-Pb age and in situ Hf isotopic results for detrital and magmatic zircons from one conglomerate and four tuffite samples from the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation across the North Qiangtang depression, Tibet. Coupled with previously published data in the region, this paper proposes new insights into the geochronological framework for the Nadigangri Formation. The deposition ages of tuffite from top to bottom in the Woruo Mountain, Quem Co and Dongqu River, are 203 Ma, 226 Ma, 221.5 Ma and 221.1 Ma, respectively. The detrital zircons yield a younger cluster of ages of 201.5-225 Ma from the conglomerate of the Quem Co Formation. The Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation defines a temporal range approximately between 201 and 225 Ma （Norian-Rhaetian）, including three predominant groups of 220-225 Ma, 210-217 Ma and 201-205 Ma, which correspond with the three main rifting episodes of initial rifting, further rifting and final rifting. Positive ~Hf（t） value and low model ages in younger detrital zircons suggests a juvenile character. However, the Hf isotopes of magmatic zircons display the presence of reworked ancient crust with 1.1-1.8 Ga. These results provide strong constraints not only on the temporal range of the Late Triassic Nadigangri Formation, but also on the onset of the Qiangtang Mesozoic rift basin.

Dietary nutrients and the gut microbiota are increasingly recognized to cross-regulate and entrain each other,and thus affect host health and immune-mediated diseases.Here,we systematically review the current understanding linking dietary nutrients to gut microbiota-host immune interactions,emphasizing how this axis might influence host immunity in health and diseases.Of relevance,we highlight that the implications of gut microbiota-targeted dietary intervention could be harnessed in orchestrating a spectrum of immune-associated diseases.

为获得顶部为圆锥形结构的太阳能蓄热水箱最优锥顶结构及运行参数,对水箱在有内置隔板情况下的10种锥顶结构进行了数值设计,结果表明:在给定流动参数条件下,锥顶角在173.1°~118.1°间变化对水箱内热分层影响效果相当,高温热水区域范围略有增大;对于锥顶高度为0.09 m、锥顶角为159.6°的最佳结构水箱,水箱出口附近高温热水区域范围随冷水入口流速增大逐渐缩小、随热水入口温度提高而增大,但提高热水入口温度对于高温热水区域范围的增大程度在较高冷水入口流速时要小于较低冷水入口流速时的情况;在其他流体参数不变的情况下,冷热水出口温差随冷水入口流速增大呈上升趋势,但当冷水入口流速增大到一定值时其对增大冷热水出口温差的贡献趋于平缓;在冷水入口流速较小时提高热水入口温度对于增大冷热水出口温差的贡献要略大于冷水入口流速较大时的情况。热水入口温度为333 K、冷水入口温度为303 K、热水入口流速为0.05 m/s、冷水入口流速为0.9 m/s组合而成的工况以及热水入口温度为343 K、冷水入口温度为303 K、热水入口流速为0.05 m/s、冷水入口流速为0.9 m/s组合而成的工况适合于"小流量大温差"的热用户运行模式;热水入口温度为333 K、冷水入口温度为303 K、热水入口流速为0.05 m/s、冷水入口流速为0.1 m/s组合而成的工况以及热水入口温度为343 K、冷水入口温度为303 K、热水入口流速为0.05 m/s、冷水入口流速为0.1 m/s组合而成的工况适合于热用户对热水供应量需求较大的情况。

随钻声波时差测井数据为随钻地层孔隙压力监测计算的常用数据,但在钻井现场地层孔隙压力监测过程中,经常会因为工程原因导致随钻声波时差数据不可测得或地层原因中途缺失,常利用Faust公式对声波时差进行拟合,实践表明拟合声波时差与实测声波时差相对误差在5%以上。因此,文章将传统Faust公式进行改进,移除传统Faust公式中的垂深参数,并更改公式形式。经海上钻井实践得出:使用改进公式拟合计算的声波时差数据与实测声波数据相对误差能控制在5%以内,进而利用拟合声波时差计算的地层压力符合率在96%以上,可满足现场作业需求,且该式可同时用于随钻工具测井数据和电缆工具测井数据中。

MoS2@MIL-53(Fe)的制备及其可见光催化降解抗生素的研究

该文采用溶剂热法制备了复合材料MoS2@MIL-53(Fe),用SEM、XRD、XPS、FTIR和DRS对其性能进行了表征。结果表明,与MoS2复合在一定程度上影响了MIL-53(Fe)的表面形貌和晶体结构,MoS2@MIL-53(Fe)中MoS2与MIL-53(Fe)中的Fe、C有一定的相互作用,且MoS2的引入扩大了复合材料的可见光区吸收范围并降低了其禁带宽度。用MoS2@MIL-53(Fe)作催化剂在可见光下催化降解溶液中抗生素酮洛芬(KTP)和盐酸四环素(TC),h^+是酮洛芬降解体系中起主要作用的活性物种,·O^2-次之,·OH和e^-对KTP的降解也具有不同程度的作用;盐酸四环素降解体系中起主要作用的是h^+,而·O^2-、·OH和e^-对TC降解的作用较为微弱。MoS2含量对MoS2@MIL-53(Fe)的光催化性能有一定影响,在弱酸性条件下有利于抗生素的降解。在pH=5的条件下,MoS2含量为5%的复合材料MoS2@MIL-53(Fe)(5TM)具有最佳的催化活性,反应时间为60 min时对溶液中酮洛芬和盐酸四环素的降解率分别达到99%和42%。

为改善顶部为半球形结构太阳能蓄热水箱的温度分层效果,对水箱在有无内置隔板两种情况下的8组运行工况进行了数值分析,结果表明:内置隔板对水箱内冷热水掺混程度的抑制作用、对水箱内温度分层的改善效果与流体的流动参数及温度密切相关;热水入口温度不变、增大冷水入口流速,水箱顶部与底部间温差逐渐增大,而水箱顶部热水区域逐渐缩小;提高热水入口温度、减小冷水入口流速,能改善水箱顶部区域温度分层效果.当热水入口温度提高到343K、冷水入口速度降低到0.2m/s时可得到最佳的温度分层效果并且能提供316.09K的最高温度热水;当热水入口温度提高到343K、冷水入口流速增大到0.8m/s时可获得水箱顶部与底部间最大温差值.从保证水箱供应热水温度和顶部热层稳定性角度考虑,本文所研究工况中冷水入口流速应控制在0.8m/s以下.

建立了QuEChERS法结合气相色谱检测地表水样中氯丹和硫丹的分析方法。选择环己烷作为提取液,QuEChERS净化,从线性、检出限、定量限和精密度等方面考察了方法的性能。4种有机氯化合物的质量浓度在5~200μg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均不低于0.999,方法检出限为0.04~0.09μg/L,样品加标回收率为90.0%~93.2%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为3.61%~5.88%(n=6)。实际样品加标回收结果优于固相萃取法。该方法操作简便,缩短了分析时间,结果准确、可靠,有机溶剂用量少,适用于水中氯丹和硫丹的测定。

利用Gleeble热力模拟试验机对一种形成Al_(2)O_(3)表层的奥氏体(alumina-forming austenitic,AFA)不锈钢在循环载荷条件下进行加速蠕变实验,评估材料的高温蠕变性能,同时获得该合金在高温加速蠕变过程中的组织演化规律。结果表明,采用加速蠕变实验在较短时间内加速完成了常规蠕变实验过程中析出相、位错、孪晶等微观结构的组织演变;但加速蠕变实验过程中AFA合金内大量位错的反复产生与湮灭为难析出第二相提供形核点,降低Laves等难析出第二相的形核驱动力;同时加速蠕变实验所施加的循环应变逐步削弱新型AFA合金中纳米级形变孪晶强化效果,导致评价效果的差异。加速蠕变实验有助于高效评估材料的蠕变性能,但有关实验参数的最佳区间还需要更加深入的研究。
