Western Desert represents a major oil and gas province in Egypt producing more than 50%of the country’s oil *** and gas blend occurs in most producing fields,however,the genetic link between gas and liquid hydrocarbon phases are not *** sub-basin in the Western Desert where oil and gas phases coexist in the Middle Jurassic sandstones of the Khatatba Formation provides an ideal place to investigate the link between oil and gas *** analyses on rock samples(Rock–Eval pyrolysis,vitrinite reflectance,R_(o))and gases(molecular and isotopic composition)were conducted in order to identify the genetic characteristics of the hydrocarbon phases ***-relevant parameters(Rock–Eval T_(max),vitrinite reflectance R_(o))elucidate that only Middle Jurassic Khatatba organofacies capable of generating wet and dry hydrocarbon ***,the enrichment of C_(7)normal alkanes,mono-branched alkanes relative to polybranched components in the Obayied gases reflect their generation via cracking of *** modelling results confirm gas generation through both primary and secondary ***,secondary cracking of liquid hydrocarbon phases is volumetrically more *** cracking of the Khatatba organofacies likely predate and catalyze the secondary cracking of the liquid phases and therefore the volume of generated gas increases incrementally eastward where both processes *** present study highlights the significant role of secondary cracking in the generation and accumulation of huge gas accumulations in the basins containing oil-prone source intervals.

The Messinian sequence in the Nile Delta hosts the most prolific hydrocarbon reservoirs,and is therefore of great importance from the aspect of nonrenewable fuel sources exploration and development *** study presents an investigation for the differential impacts of the depositional and petrophysical attributes on the hydrocarbon volumes trapped in the Messinian *** of the pressure data and pressure gradients revealed hydraulically-connected and homogeneous Messinian reservoir *** amounts of Stock Tank Oil and Gas Initially In Places(STOIPP&GIIP)are typically controlled by the depositional primary attributes(matrix content and grain size)which induce several reservoir *** Lower Messinian Qawasim reservoir is subdivided into two main zones:the distal deltaic(zone 1)prograded into proximal deltaic facies(zone 2).The petrophysical reservoir quality in terms of porosity,permeability and water saturation increases upward from zone 1 to zone *** are largely controlled by the depositional attributes,and therefore zone 2 with a minimum matrix content,coarse-grained sandstones and mega pore spaces(>150 mm)hosts almost 90%of the STOIIP and 100%of the ***,approximately 78%and 65%of the total STOIIP and GIIP,respectively are confined within the coarse-grained delta-plain distributary channels of zone ***,the fluvial sediments(zone 1)of the Upper Messinian Abu Madi Formation host 78%of the GIIP in West Al-Khilala Field and the other 22%is trapped in the overlying zone 2 and is mostly distributed within the sandprone tidal channel and tidal sand bars *** channel width/thickness(W/T)ratio largely controls the STOIIP and GIIP *** and GIIP display a progressive linear increase with increasing the channel *** is likely due to increasing the percentage of the good reservoir quality facies within the geologic model as well as increasing the reservoir connectivity with increasing the channel wi

Sugar spray coating is a frequently used process in the pharmaceutical industry. However, this process presents the disadvantage to form an amorphous coating around the active ingredient. A crystalline coating formed on the surface of a tablet is highly desirable. Recently, a new process of coating by cooling crystallization has been developed and applied on bisacodyl pastilles obtained by melt crystallization. In this work, we investigated the feasibility of coating by cooling crystallization on ibuprofen ＂naked tablets＂ manufactured by compression. In the first part of this work, the solubility and the metastable zone width have been determined experimentally for the coating solution because they are essential factors for any crystallization process. In the second part, the coating process is investigated on the operating conditions that affect the surface morphology and the crystal growth rate. These experimental conditions include concentration of the coating solution, degree of sub-cooling, agitation speed, retention time, and surface properties of the naked ibuprofen tablets. The results show that naked tablet coating by cooling crystallization is feasible and can be applied in the pharmaceutical industry.

This study focuses on the geochemistry of trace elements and parameters of coal quality of bituminous coal belonging to the upper Triassic-lower Jurassic era, collected from the Galandrud region in Central Alborz, northern Iran. Galandrud coal on an air-dried basis are characterized by broad variation in the amount of ash （ranging from 6.49g to 12.73%）, a high content of volatile matter （33,32-37.45%） and high gross calorific values （7430-8880 kcal/kg）. The mineral matter of the coal samples studied is made up of dolomite （〉909g）, quartz, sphalerite, galena, pyrite and clay minerals. Major elements are positively cor- related with ash content suggesting an association with inorganic constituents. Based on statistical anal- yses, concentrations of trace elements such as Co （51.3 ×10^-6-152.9× 10^-6）, Ba （368× 10^-6-3297.4×10^-6）, Cr （65.5 ×10^-6-194.2 × 10^-6）, Mo （5.6 × 10^-6-18.2× 10^-6）, Hi （72.9 × 10^-6-152.9 × 10^-6） and V （245.5 × 10^-6-520 ×10^-6） are higher than world coal averages. However, low concentration of some vol- atile elements such as As, Hg and U are present in low concentrations of the various types of coal studied.

外国直接投资持续在增长,对世界许多国家的经济增长和发展起着非常重要作用。肯尼亚吸引外国直接投资的各种因素使其外资的流入和流出在经济发展中发挥了越来越重要的作用,但同比之下,布隆迪是大湖区非洲区域之间的内陆国家,位于东非和中非在大湖区交汇点,作为东非共同体的一部分,计划中的东非联盟的潜在成员,其经济发展仍然落后于邻国。政治不稳定、基础设施落后、腐败、低技能劳动力、有限的私有化计划及外汇短缺,这些都限制了外国直接投资的流入。因此,在2019年营商环境报告中,布隆迪在190个国家中排名第168位,比上年又下降了4位。外国直接投资的决定因素不仅对政府、政界人士、而且对研究人员来说都是一个非常重要的话题。本研究以肯尼亚为例,考察了肯尼亚外国直接投资流入的决定因素,学习借鉴肯尼亚引资良好表现的经验,针对布隆迪在吸引大量外国直接投资流入方面所面临的障碍提出改善引进外国直接投资的解决方案。本文共分为五章,主要内容包括:布隆迪和肯尼亚概况、两国FDI的特点和现状、肯尼亚和布隆迪FDI的比较并对双方引资现况做了SWOT分析,指出布隆迪引资进一步发展的障碍并提出解决方案。在本项研究中,广泛利用各种来源选取的有代表性的定性指标及其定量数据,通过对据实可靠的最新信息的深入研究,采用了SWOT分析方法,最终得出了研究结论。
