Gas-kinetic unified algorithm for computable modeling of Boltzmann equation and application to aerothermodynamics for falling disintegration of uncontrolled Tiangong-No.1 spacecraft

How to solve the hypersonic aerothermodynamics around large-scale uncontrolled spacecraft during falling disintegrated process from outer space to earth,is the key to resolve the problems of the uncontrolled Tiangong-No.1 spacecraft reentry *** study aerodynamics of spacecraft reentry covering various flow regimes,a Gas-Kinetic Unified Algorithm(GKUA)has been presented by computable modeling of the collision integral of the Boltzmann equation over tens of *** this basis,the rotational and vibrational energy modes are considered as the independent variables of the gas molecular velocity distribution function,a kind of Boltzmann model equation involving in internal energy excitation is presented by decomposing the collision term of the Boltzmann equation into elastic and inelastic collision ***,the gas-kinetic numerical scheme is constructed to capture the time evolution of the discretized velocity distribution functions by developing the discrete velocity ordinate method and numerical quadrature *** unified algorithm of the Boltzmann model equation involving thermodynamics non-equilibrium effect is presented for the whole range of flow *** gas-kinetic massive parallel computing strategy is developed to solve the hypersonic aerothermodynamics with the processor cores 500~45,000 at least 80%parallel *** validate the accuracy of the GKUA,the hypersonic flows are simulated including the reentry Tiangong-1 spacecraft shape with the wide range of Knudsen numbers of 220~0.00005 by the comparison of the related results from the DSMC and N-S coupled methods,and the low-density tunnel experiment *** uncontrolling spacecraft falling problem,the finite-element algorithm for dynamic thermalforce coupling response is presented,and the unified simulation of the thermal structural response and the hypersonic flow field is tested on the Tiangong-1 shape under reentry aerodynamic ***,the forecasting analysis platform of e

Testicular development is an important biological process in male and requires interaction between the male germ cells and somatic ***,the mechanisms of testicular development in livestock,particularly in cattle,are poorly ***,cellular heterogeneity hinders the profiling of different cell types at different developmental *** this study,we first performed a single-cell transcriptomic study of the bovine testis development during puberty by using 10×genomics single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq).By collecting the scRNA-seq data from 11,083 cells from prepubertal and pubertal bovine testes,a high-resolution scRNA-seq atlas was described,identifying 9 somatic and 13 spermatogenic *** also distinguished several stage-specific marker genes for bovine germ cells and somatic cells,such as GRAF2 and MORC1 for SSC(spermatogonial stem cells),HJURP and TCF19 for differentiating spermatogonia,ARSE for immature Sertoli,CLEC12B for mature Sertoli,LOC112441470 for *** conclusion,we have examined the transcription levels and constructed the single-cell developmental maps of germ cells and somatic cells during testicular development in Angus *** datasets provided new insights into spermatogenesis and testicular somatic cell development in cattle.

The resin of Ferula sinkiangensis has been traditionally utilized for treating gastrointestinal disorders,inflammation,tumors,various cancers,and alopecia *** primary bioactive constituents,sesquiterpene coumarins,have demonstrated notable therapeutic potential against *** this study,a structure-guided fractionation method was used to isolate nine novel sesquiterpene coumarins from the resin of *** compounds were characterized and structurally elucidated using comprehensive physicochemical and spectroscopic techniques,including calculated electronic circular dichroism(ECD).Anti-neuroinflammatory assays revealed that compounds 2,3,and 6 significantly inhibited nitric oxide(NO)production in lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-stimulated BV2 microglial cells,with IC_(50)values ranging from 1.63 to 12.25μmol·L^(−1).

Bias distribution and regulation in photoelectrochemical overall water-splitting cells

The water oxidation half-reaction at anodes is always considered the rate-limiting step of overall water splitting（OWS）,but the actual bias distribution between photoanodes and cathodes of photoelectro chemical（PEC） OWS cells has not been investigated *** this work,we find that,for PEC cells consisting of photoanodes（nickel-modified n-Si [Ni/n-Si] and α-Fe2O3） with low photovoltage(Vph 1V,the bias required for cathode activation can be significantly reduced,exhibiting a kinetics-controlled *** investigations show that the bias distribution can be regulated by tuning the electrolyte pH and using alternative half-reaction ***,a volcano plot is presented for the rational design of the overall reactions and unbiased PEC *** by this,an unbiased PEC cell consisting of a simple Ni/n-Si photoanode and Pt cathode is assembled,delivering a photo current density of 5.3±0.2 mA cm-2.

The Fengcheng Formation is a crucial source rock and the primary reservoir for oil accumulation in the Mahu *** oils are distributed throughout the Fengcheng Formation,ranging from the edge to the interior of the sag in the southern Mahu *** crude oils originate from in-situ source rocks in shallowly buried areas and the inner deep *** migration,the crude oil from the inner deep sag affects the source rocks close to carrier beds,leading to changes in the organic geochemical characteristics of the source *** changes might alter source rock evaluations and oil-source *** on data such as total organic carbon(TOC),Rock-Eval pyrolysis of source rocks,and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)of the saturated fraction,and considering the geological characteristics of the study area,we define the identification characteristics of source rock affected by migrated hydrocarbons and establish the various patterns of influence that migrated hydrocarbons have on the source rock of the Fengcheng Formation in the southern Mahu *** source rocks of the Fengcheng Formation are mostly fair to good,containing mainly Type II organic matter and being thermally mature enough to generate *** rocks affected by migrated hydrocarbons exhibit relatively high hydrocarbon contents(S1/TOC>110 mg HC/g TOC,Extract/TOC>30%,HC:hydrocarbon),relatively low Rock-Eval Tmax values,and relatively high tricyclic terpane contents with a descending and mountain-shaped ***,biomarker composition parameters indicate a higher thermal maturity than in-situ source *** a comparison of the extract biomarker fingerprints of adjacent reservoirs and mudstones in different boreholes,three types of influence patterns of migrated hydrocarbons are identified:the edge-influence of thin sandstone-thick mudstone,the mixed-influence of sandstone-mudstone interbedded,and the full-influence of thick sandstone-thin *** finding reminds

Optimal impulsive rendezvous for highly elliptical orbits using linear primer vector theory

In this paper,minimum-fuel rendezvous is investigated for the case in which the reference orbit is highly *** this end,the well-known Tschauner-Hempel equations are used to describe the relative motions between rendezvous spacecraft and the ***’s primer vector theory is then applied on this linear but time-varying *** analytical solution of the required primer vector for this problem is then derived by using a recently developed *** the existing non-optimal solutions which don’t satisfy the conditions,the methods are further designed to improve the performance by shifting impulses or adding a new ***,two algorithms are developed for free-impulse time-fixed rendezvous *** first algorithm can determine the globally optimal trajectory with the optimal number of *** second one enables for fast trajectory *** proposed algorithms have been successfully applied to coplanar and three-dimensional rendezvous problems in which the target is flying on highly elliptical orbits.

Vanadium nitride（VN） has received significant attention as a potential negative electrode material due to its remarkable theoretical and physical ***,the electrochemical performance needs to be improved due to its low specific surface area and the issue of being easily dissolved in *** have shown that the composite structure of carbon-coated nano sc ale VN particles could significantly increase the specific surface area of VN,and more importantly,and the carbon matrix can effectively restrain the dissolution of VN particles in the electrolyte,thereby improving its chemical and electrochemical performance,including specific capacity and cycling ***,VN quantum dots are synthesized and protected by uniformly coating the carbon skeleton on its surface via an in situ strategy of oxidation initiation,which initiates dopamine polymerization,forming a crystalline complex of polydopamine and *** heat treatment,the product is a composite material with VN quantum dots embedded in the amorphous carbon *** resulting smallsized and crosslinked carbon particles formed a graded pore structure,more reasonable channels provided for electrolyte ions transport *** the composite material was used as the negative electrode material for supercapacitors,it exhibits the specific capacity of 391.9 F·g-1at a current density of 0.5 A·g-1and excellent capacity retention rate of 83.6% after *** synthesis method of this quantum dot could be applied to other metal compounds and has potential applications in catalysis,environmental protection,and other fields.
