DEAR EDITOR,Since the epoch-making observations of circadian rhythm in Mimosaceae plants,sleep has been investigated for centuries(de Mairan,1729;Du Monceau,1758).As a natural and reversible state,sleep is marked by reduced responsiveness to external stimuli,relative inactivity,and loss of *** reduced responsiveness could potentially introduce significant danger to survival,nearly all animals in nature sleep.

AIM：To investigate the effects of lentivirus（LV）mediated integrin-linked kinase（ILK）RNA interference（RNAi）on biological behaviors of human lens epithelial cells（LECs）.·METHODS：Human cataract LECs and immortalized human LEC line,human lens epithelial（HLE）B-3 cells were transfected by lentiviral vector expressing ILKspecific short hairpin RNA（sh RNA）and then stimulated by transforming growth factor-β（TGF-β）,the silencing of ILK gene and protein was identified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction（RT-PCR）and Western blot methods;biological behaviors including cell cycle and apoptosis,cell morphology,α-smooth muscle actin（SMA）stress fiber formation and cell migration were examined.·RESULTS：Remarkable decreases of ILK protein expression were detected in LECs carrying lentiviral ILK-sh RNA vector;flow cytometry revealed arresting of cell cycle progression through the G1/S transition and higher apoptosis rate in ILK-RNAi-LV transfected ***α-SMA stress fiber formation and migration was observed in ILK-RNAi-LV transfected LECs.·CONCLUSION：The present study demonstrated that ILK was an important regulator for LECs proliferation and *** mediated ILK RNAi is an effective way todecrease ILK-regulated cell growth by arresting cell cycle progression and increasing cell apoptosis,as well as,to prevent cell migration by inhibiting TGF-βinducedα-SMA stress fiber ***,LV mediated ILK RNAi might be useful to prevent posterior capsular opacification.

促进新型农业经营主体与小农户协同发展成为实施乡村振兴战略的客观要求。文章在分析新型农业经营主体与小农户协同发展的理论逻辑和现实必然的前提下,系统梳理浙江海盐等5地实现新型农业经营主体与小农户协同发展的4种模式:农业产业链延伸发展模式、农业产业化联合体发展模式、农村一二三产业融合发展模式、农业社会化服务带动发展模式。浙江海盐等地的实践具有多重良好经济社会效应,进而得出促进新型农业经营主体与小农户协同发展需要坚持因地制宜和分类施策、充分发挥各类主体的优势、大力培育新型职业农民等经验启示。最后,提出相应政策建议,以期为促进新型农业经营主体与小农户协同发展提供经验支持。

为了进一步研究双壳微纳相变胶囊掺入建筑石膏中对多孔材料热湿传递的影响,提出了含有相变胶囊的多孔墙体热湿耦合模型.考虑相变微纳胶囊发生相变过程由表及里的特征,利用界面分子动力学中的对势和多体势,给出了胶囊界面模型的热性能参数的计算方法,同时考虑到双壳微纳胶囊外壳亲水性质及石膏孔隙对水分的吸附/解吸的热湿耦合作用,提出了胶囊界面湿参数的模型,对掺与不掺相变微胶囊模型进行了实测模拟,并应用计算机软件对方程进行了求解.结果表明:该模型可用于模拟含有相变胶囊墙体材料的热湿传递过程.

中国石油资源的资产负债表编制初探

我国境内石油行业总体呈现原油开采量上升的态势,为之付出的经济和生态成本也越来越大。开展我国境内石油资源资产负债表的编制工作对于摸清我国石油资源的家底、评估我国石油资源开采的经济—资源—环境综合成本、探讨我国石油开采战略的合理性具有重要的意义。本文首先探讨了石油资源资产负债表的编制方法和框架,构建了集"生态系统服务"、"环境污染"和"资源消耗"三位于一体的"生态负债"账户。其次,收集并整理了重要的污染物处理成本和生态系统服务的价值评估成果,构建了价值化因子数据表。最后,基于2012年数据尝试编制了目前我国的第一份石油资源资产负债表。结果显示,(1)2012年末,我国石油资源的资产总额为1.47×109万元,负债总额为9.03×107万元,所有者权益为1.38×109万元;(2)石油资源资产总额占到当年政府资产总额的14.43%,占政府资源性资产比重达31.12%;(3)石油行业的资产负债率为6.15%,负债权益比达到了6.56%;(4)"生态系统服务"构成了负债的最大比重,达到了98.16%。总的来说,我国石油开采行业整体处于"高资产、高负债、强生态压力和弱可持续性"的状态。从这份资产负债表我们可以看出,我国境内石油开采的生态成本不容忽视。随着资源的不断开发,石油开采的边际生态成本只会越来越大,因此,能指向经济和生态两方面的综合成本应该取代账面成本成为政府进行石油资源开发的决策依据之一。此外,要落实石油资源资产负债表对于生态保护的实际指导意义,我们建议应该将石油资源开采的资产负债率、负债权益比等指标纳入官员的绩效考核体系。

The efficient and reliable human centered design of products and processes is a major goal in manufacturing industries for numerous human factors must be taken into account during the entire life cycle of products. A multi-agents intelligent design system is presented for manufacturing process simulation and products＇ ergonomic analysis. In virtual design environment, the virtual human with high-level intelligence performs tasks＇ operation autonomously and shows optimum posture configuration with ergonomic assessment results in real time. The functions are realized by intelligent agents architecture based on a modem approach derived from fuzzy multi-objects decision-making theory. A case study is presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the suggested methodology.

The Chinese Altai is an important constituent of the Central Asian Orogenic Belt， a prominent Phanerozoic accretionary orogenic belt. Oceanic-continental subduction processes during the Cambrian–Carboniferous and intracontinental extension from the Triassic onwards have been well constrained in the Chinese Altai， the southwestern portion of the CAOB. Characterizing the petrogenetic evolution of the Chinese Altai during the Permian has， therefore， been considered critical to enhancing our understanding of the tectonic transformations that occurred in this region. Despite this， the tectonic environment of the Chinese Altai during this period remains equivocal. To address this deficiency， this contribution characterizes the age of formation and geochemical composition of the Jiangjunshan pluton located in the southern portion of the Chinese Altai. Zircon U-Pb geochronology demonstrates that the gabbro and two-mica alkali feldspar granite， which comprise the main body of the Jiangjunshan pluton， formed at ca. 272 ± 3.5 and 272 ± 1.6 Ma， respectively. Geochemically， the gabbro is depleted in light rare earth elements （LREE）， has low Nb/Yb （0.39–0.46） and Ti/V （23.7–25.3） ratios， exhibits trace-element characteristics resembling normal mid-ocean ridge basalts （N-MORB）， but is depleted in Nb and Ta similar to island arc basalts. The depleted Hf and Nd isotope compositions (εHf（t） = +0.60 to +4.63， εNd（t） = +6.32 to +7.80) of the gabbro， coupled with the weak correlation between εNd（t） values and SiO2contents， suggest that the magma from which it crystallized was slightly contaminated by crustal material during its evolution. Based on the Sm， Yb， and La contents， it is inferred that the melt from which the gabbro crystallized originated from approximately 8–20% partial melting of spinel lherzolite mantle. The depleted Hf and Nd isotope compositions (εHf（t） = +6.81 to +9.10， εNd（t） = +0.79 to +1.45) of the granite， combined with petrographic observations （e.g.， absent of the

To investigate the molecular basis of porcine heterosis, suppression subtractive hybridization （SSH） was performed to detect the differences in gene expression between porcine longissimus dorsi of Meishan X Large White （MS × LW） F1 hybrids and their parents Meishan pigs. An expression sequence tag （EST） differentially expressed was found, designated as ML556, which was homologous to a hypothetical protein HSPC117, from human hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells （HSPCs）, and the full-length cDNA of porcine HSPC117 was cloned using rapid amplification of cDNA ends （RACE） method. Translation of the mRNA transcript revealed an open reading frame （ORF） of 505 amino acid residues encoding a peroxisomal targeting signal （PTS） with theoretical molecular weight of 55 kDa. Alignment analysis revealed that the deduced protein sequence exhibit 98, 98, 98, 97, and 97% identity with that of cattle, human, dog, rat, and mouse, respectively. The tissue expression analysis indicated that the porcine HSPC117 gene is highly expressed in muscle, spleen, lung, kidney, uterus, ovary and testis, moderately expressed in fat, heart, and liver, and not expressed in stomach and small intestine. The possible role of porcine HSPC117 and its relationship with porcine heterosis were discussed.

考虑飞行载荷计算中使用的气动导数存在不确定性,利用基于方差的全局灵敏度分析(GSA)方法,结合偏航机动的动力学模型,分析了侧向气动导数不确定性对侧向飞行载荷的影响。以某型飞机为例,运用该方法得到侧向气动导数的全局灵敏度排序。结果表明:侧滑角、阻尼贡献的垂尾侧向载荷及垂尾侧向总载荷受全机侧力系数对侧滑角导数的影响最大,受航向静稳定导数及方向舵操纵效能的影响次之;方向舵偏度贡献的垂尾侧向载荷只受全机侧力系数对方向舵偏度导数的影响;无尾飞机侧向载荷主要受航向静稳定导数、方向舵操纵效能及无尾飞机侧力系数对侧滑角导数的影响;偏航阻尼导数基本不影响各侧向飞行载荷。同时也验证了方法的有效性,对提高飞行载荷的计算精度有一定的指导意义。
