Gemcitabine-based combination therapy compared with gemcitabine alone for advanced pancreatic cancer： a meta-analysis of nine randomized controlled trials

BACKGROUND： pancreatic cancer is one of the most aggressive malignancies and chemotherapy is an effective strategy for advanced pancreatic cancer. Gemcitabine （GEM） is one of first-line agents. However, GEM-based combination therapy has shown promising efficacy in patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. This meta-analysis aimed to compare the efficacy and safety of GEM-based combination therapy versus GEM alone in the treatment of advanced pancreatic *** SOURCES： A comprehensive search of literature was performed using PubMed, EMBASE, Web of Science and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials. A quantitative meta-analysis was performed based on the inclusion criteria from all eligible randomized controlled trials. The outcome indicators included overall survival （OS）, 6-month survival, 1-year survival, progression-free survival/time-to-progression （PFS/TTP）, and toxicities. RESULTS： A total of nine randomized controlled trials involving 1661 patients were included in this meta-analysis. There was significant improvement in the GEM-based combination therapy with regard to the OS （HR=0.85, 95% CI： 0.76-0.95, P=0.003）, PFS （HR=0.76, 95% CI： 0.65-0.90, P-0.002）, 6-month survival （RR=1.09, 95% CI： 1.01-1.17, P=0.03）, and the overall toxicity （RR=l.68, 95% CI： 1.52-1.86, P〈0.01）. However, there was no significant difference in the 1-year ***： GEM-based combination chemotherapy might improve the OS, 6-month survival, and PFS in advanced pancreatic cancer. However, combined therapy also added toxicity.

Developing nonlinear additive tree crown width models based on decomposed competition index and tree variables

Pine wilt disease detection in high-resolution UAV images using object-oriented classification

Pine wilt disease(PWD)is currently one of the main causes of large-scale forest *** control the spread of PWD,it is essential to detect affected pine trees *** study investigated the feasibility of using the object-oriented multi-scale segmentation algorithm to identify trees discolored by *** used an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)platform equipped with an RGB digital camera to obtain high spatial resolution images,and multiscale segmentation was applied to delineate the tree crown,coupling the use of object-oriented classification to classify trees discolored by ***,the optimal segmentation scale was implemented using the estimation of scale parameter(ESP2)*** feature space of the segmentation results was optimized,and appropriate features were selected for *** results showed that the optimal scale,shape,and compactness values of the tree crown segmentation algorithm were 56,0.5,and 0.8,*** producer’s accuracy(PA),user’s accuracy(UA),and F1 score were 0.722,0.605,and 0.658,*** were no significant classification errors in the final classification results,and the low accuracy was attributed to the low number of objects count caused by incorrect *** multi-scale segmentation and object-oriented classification method could accurately identify trees discolored by PWD with a straightforward and rapid *** study provides a technical method for monitoring the occurrence of PWD and identifying the discolored trees of disease using UAV-based high-resolution images.

Effect of surgery on delayed inhaled foreign body： a case report

The occurrence of foreign body is uncommon in youths and adults. We report here a case of 16-year-old boy who inhaled a foreign body which was overlooked for 6 months. The patient suffered productive cough and received antibiotic treatment for 10 days. But the symptoms did not improve. Chest radiography and CT scan revealed a 1-cm-long needle-like foreign object in the right inferior lobar bronchus. Wedge resection of lung was finally performed because of severe hemorrhage caused by prior bronchoscopy.

Transient receptor potential(TRP)channels are sensors for a variety of cellular and environmental *** express a total of 28 different TRP channel proteins,which can be divided into seven subfamilies based on amino acid sequence homology:TRPA(Ankyrin),TRPC(Canonical),TRPM(Melastatin),TRPML(Mucolipin),TRPN(NO-mechano-potential,NOMP),TRPP(Polycystin),TRPV(Vanilloid).They are a class of ion channels found in numerous tissues and cell types and are permeable to a wide range of cations such as Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+),Na^(+),K^(+),and *** channels are responsible for various sensory responses including heat,cold,pain,stress,vision and taste and can be activated by a number of *** predominantly location on the cell surface,their interaction with numerous physiological signaling pathways,and the unique crystal structure of TRP channels make TRPs attractive drug targets and implicate them in the treatment of a wide range of ***,we review the history of TRP channel discovery,summarize the structures and functions of the TRP ion channel family,and highlight the current understanding of the role of TRP channels in the pathogenesis of human *** importantly,we describe TRP channel-related drug discovery,therapeutic interventions for diseases and the limitations of targeting TRP channels in potential clinical applications.

为积极探索不同政策背景下的废弃矿山生态修复治理模式,解决废弃矿山生态修复治理前期策划模式选择的难题。通过系统阐述矿山生态修复的基本内涵,分析矿山生态修复的模式路径,并以横峰县废弃矿山修复为例,进行示范应用,对低成本投入、碳汇目标与市场化的治理模式进行碳汇估算与比较。结果表明:基于市场化修复的治理模式,固碳能力与生态修复效果更加适应目前废弃矿山生态修复的要求。研究结果可为相关部门进一步推进矿山生态修复治理工作,尤其是市场化推进矿山生态修复提供经验参考。

智能电网的建设思路决定了远郊变电站异常入侵监测的无人化趋势,促进了变电站异常入侵智能检测方法的快速发展。现阶段尚未拥有该场景下异常入侵目标数据集,且现有的目标检测方法也未针对变电站边缘计算端进行轻量化优化设计,不适用于需要全天候实时监测的变电站边缘设备。针对上述问题,从实际应用需求出发,构建变电站异常入侵目标数据集(Dataset for Anomaly Invasion Targets in Substations,SAITD),基于YOLOv5s模型提出适用于变电站边缘检测设备的轻量化异常入侵目标检测网络YOLOv5-Substation。添加微小尺度目标特征提取层与上采样轻量化算子CARAFE,在扩大感受野的同时,充分保留特征图中多尺度目标的语义信息,从架构端提高原有模型的检测精度。基于知识蒸馏模型,使用网络剪枝(Network-slimming)策略对原有模型进行轻量化改进,在保证原模型检测精度的同时,加速模型推理。仿真实验表明,轻量化后的边缘端计算模型精度相较于YOLOv5s提高了3.3%,推理速度提升了41.9%,可为智能电网的全速运行提供强有力的数据基础、技术支撑与安全保障。

脑出血是死亡率最高的脑卒中亚型,占脑血管疾病的35%,具有高致残、致死率。铁死亡是一种铁依赖性非凋亡细胞死亡模式,近年来发现在脑卒中存在铁死亡现象。p53作为一种转录因子,p53表达不足的情况下可以促进铁死亡的发生;此外,通过各种代谢途径p53能够在存在铁死亡诱导剂(如谷胱甘肽过氧化酶4抑制剂或高水平的活性氧)的情况下抑制铁死亡。p53作为典型和非典型铁死亡途径的关键调节因子参与铁死亡的调节。本文就p53与脑出血后铁死亡脑损伤关系的研究进展进行综述。

为探究干燥过程中烟草花粉活力变化的生理机制,本研究以品种‘K326’的新鲜花药为材料,分析花粉干燥过程中活力、含水量、内含物、抗氧化酶、MDA等生理指标的变化规律。结果表明,花粉活力和含水量随着干燥时间的延长先较快下降,后趋于稳定;可溶性糖和可溶性淀粉含量呈现下降-升高-再下降-稳定的趋势;可溶性蛋白含量先下降后趋于稳定,总氨基酸含量先上升后趋于稳定,两者变化规律相反;脯氨酸含量呈现上升-下降-缓慢上升的变化趋势;ATP酶活性先下降后趋于稳定;SOD、POD和CAT活性先升高后缓慢下降;MDA含量缓慢升高。结果表明:含水量和ATP酶活性是影响花粉活力最主要的两个因素,这两个指标可以为烟草花粉干燥和贮藏中提供重要参考。

This study reports a simple imprinting method for the fabrication of biomimetic moth-eye antireflective polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA)nanostructures on the surface of the *** antireflection structured silicon was obtained by Reactive Ion Etching(RIE)*** using the antireflection structured silicon substrate as the imprinting stamp,the biomimetic moth-eye polymer structures showed tapered holes,whose depth and periodicity were around 780 nm and 580 nm,*** reflectance of the resulting PMMA structures was reduced from 10% to less than 1% in the wavelength range from 300 nm to 1600 *** simple methodology can be scaled up via self-loading and nanoimprinting,which may have a promising application in optoelectronic devices and solar cells.
