加深对城乡居民热舒适状况的理解对于改善户外热环境具有重要意义。本文以生理等效温度(PET)为评价指标,基于ERA5-Land再分析数据,量化了2000—2020年夏季中国101个城市沿城乡梯度(核心区—拓展区—农村)的热舒适状况,并运用Sen斜率估计、Mann-Kendall显著性检验及地理探测器等方法,探讨了城乡热舒适的梯度特征及其驱动因素变化。结果表明:(1)核心区的平均PET水平(29.89℃)略高于拓展区(29.86℃),远高于农村(28.94℃),各梯度中PET较高的城市均主要位于京津冀和长江中游地区。(2)2000—2020年PET呈现上升趋势,其中核心区和拓展区上升速度均达到0.24℃/10a,农村为0.22℃/10a。(3)以植被覆盖度为主的自然因素和以人口密度为主的社会经济因素分别是决定核心区及农村PET的关键,而拓展区PET的驱动因素则不稳定,植被和不透水面覆盖度的作用日益增强。在PET上升的背景下,更多居民暴露于不适环境中,为应对热环境问题提出了新的挑战。未来需要开展更多的城乡热环境研究,为热适应策略的制定提供更为精准的建议。

基于有限控制集的模型预测控制应用于模块化多电平变换器(MMC)时通常会暴露出计算复杂与交流侧输出电流严重失真等问题。提出一种双矢量优化谐波电流模型预测控制策略,即改进两段式模型预测控制,可减少开关状态组合计算量,进一步优化交流侧输出电流。推导了MMC离散数学模型,并构建无权重因子的代价函数,通过计算实际电流与参考电流包围的最小面积重新定义同一周期内两阶段开关信号的占空比,并引入一种附加冗余子模块的方法抑制桥臂环流,接着提出一种败者树多路归并排序算法均衡电容电压。在MATLAB/Simulink平台搭建三相23电平MMC仿真模型验证该策略的有效性。相比于两段式模型预测控制,所提策略的交流侧输出电流跟踪更加精准,谐波畸变率更小。

Assessment of heavy metal pollution in Laizhou Bay(China)using the ecological risk index and the integrated biomarker response of the goby Acanthogobius ommaturus

We used the Integrated Biological Responses version 2(IBRv2)method to evaluate the biological eff ects of heavy metals in the sediments in Laizhou Bay,China on the benthic goby Acanthogobius ommaturus.In December 2018,gobies and sediments were collected from 15 stations.We measured the activities of defense enzymes and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)and metallothionein(MT)in the goby liver as well as the levels of heavy metals in the sediments and goby muscle tissue.Most of the heavy metal concentrations in sediment at each station were below the Class I criteria set by Chinese Standards for Marine Sediment Quality,and the Håkanson ecological risk index suggested low risk for the heavy metals.We found that A.ommaturus could eff ectively accumulate mercury,cadmium,arsenic,and zinc and that the contents of MT and MDA and the activities of glutathione peroxidase and glutathione reductase were suitable biomarkers of heavy metal pollution in this species.The IBRv2 method integrated these four biomarkers and discriminated stations according to heavy metal pollution.Higher IBRv2 values suggested more adverse eff ects in gobies,corroborating more serious heavy metal contamination.The stations with high IBRv2 values and high contents of heavy metals were mainly distributed in the west and northeast parts of the bay.These results show that the IBRv2 approach is a feasible strategy for assessing heavy metal pollution through biological response and biological status and that it can be implemented for environmental monitoring in Laizhou Bay.

Synchrotron radiation based combined technique can provide multiple structural information simultaneously,which is an important development direction of structural detection.In this study,a novel small-angle X-ray scattering/X-ray diffraction/X-ray absorption fine structure(SAXS/XRD/XAFS)combined setup was constructed,where an area detector,a curved detector,and a point detector are,respectively,used for the measurements of SAXS,XRD,and XAFS signals.A detailed description about the combined setup was given.A minitype diamond detector coupled to a SAXS beamstop was used to record the transmitted X-ray intensity,making the scattering(SAXS and XRD)signal measurement compatible with the absorption(XAFS)signal measurement,avoiding mechanical switching.The two-way sampling strategy was used to acquire XAFS signals,shortening the non-counting time.The two-way and one-way sampling strategies were discussed.High-frequency sampling scheme was used to collect experimental signals,improving the measurement efficiency and signal-to-noise ratio.A detailed description and discussion about the high-frequency scheme were also given in this paper.Except the rotation of monochromator,there is no mechanical movement in measurements,time resolution may reach the level of seconds.Using this SAXS/XRD/XAFS combined setup,SAXS,XRD,and XAFS signals can be acquired simultaneously.With some in-situ sample environment system,the newlydeveloped combined technique can be used to track the structure evolution in complex fluids.During the formation processes of(BiO)2CO3 and ZnAPO-34 particles,the changes of in-situ experimental data with reaction time demonstrate that SAXS/XRD/XAFS combined technique is feasible to track the dynamic process.

The adaptive simpler block GMRES method was investigated by Zhong et al.(J Comput Appl Math 282:139-156, 2015) where the condition number of the adaptively chosen basis for the Krylov subspace was evaluated. In this paper, the new upper bound for the condition number is investigated. Numerical tests show that the new upper bound is tighter.

In certain exceptional cases,capillary samples must be used to measure X-ray absorption spectra(XAS).However,the inho-mogeneous thickness of capillary samples causes XAS distortion.This study discusses the distortion and correction of the XAS curve caused by the inhomogeneous thickness of capillary samples.The relationship between the distorted XAS curveμ′d_(eq)(measured values)and the real absorption coefficientμ_(s)d_(eq)(true values)of the sample was established.The distortion was slight and negligible when the vertical size(2h)of the X-ray beam spot was smaller than 60%of the capillary tube’s inner diameter(2R_(in)).When h/R_(in)>1,X-ray leakage is inevitable and should be avoided during measurement.Partial X-ray leakage caused by an X-ray beam spot size larger than the inner diameter of the capillary tube leads to serious compressed distortion of the XAS curve.When h/R_(in)<1,the distorted XAS data were well corrected.Possible errors and their influence on the corrected XAS are also discussed.Simulations and corrections for distortions verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the corrected method.

针对多通道神经元动作电位(AP)信号采集硬件系统中,前端采集IC因电极阻抗、应用环境、系统功耗以及系统面积等因素而导致原始信号信噪比较低的问题,设计一种基于归一化模板匹配算法的AP信号检测IC。该检测IC基于模板匹配算法,并引入信号归一化以去除冗余信息。为确保芯片的实时性并降低功耗,芯片整体采用三级流水线结构,各个模块间插入门控时钟,同时可通过SPI总线配置更新其工作状态。在SMIC 180 nm数字工艺下,裸片面积为0.98 mm^(2),配置模板信息时功耗为701μW,完全工作时功耗为8.07 mW,且采用QFN48封装形式。测试结果表明,所设计的AP信号检测IC具有较好的抗噪性能,可用于信噪比较低的环境来降低信号传输带宽,即使在-10 dB信噪比环境下,评价模型综合性能的F1-Score仍可达到94.65%。

AIM To establish a modified B-ultrasound method of measuring the antral section only to assess gastric motility in healthy people,and evaluate its application in guiding enteral nutrition(EN) in critically ill patients. METHODS First,30 healthy volunteers were selected. The modified B-ultrasound method and the traditional B-ultrasound method were applied to assess gastric function. The correlation of indices of gastric function between the two groups was analyzed statistically. In addition,64 critically ill patients were selected,and the modified B-ultrasound method and the gastric juice withdrawal method were applied to guide the implementation of EN. Daily caloric value,the time required to achieve complete EN,ICU stay,hospitalization time,and serum prealbumin and albumin levels were recorded and compared between the two groups. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to compare the complications of EN between the two groups. RESULTS In healthy subjects,there was a good correlation among gastric emptying time,antral contraction frequency andantral motility index between the two groups(r = 0.57,0.61 and 0.54,respectively). The study on critically ill patients also revealed that a better effect of EN was achieved in the modified B-ultrasound method group,in which patients had shorter ICU stay and hospitalization time and higher levels of serum prealbumin and albumin. The Kaplan-Meier survival analysis revealed that the improved B-ultrasound method was associated with significantly fewer EN complications(P = 0.031).CONCLUSION The modified B-ultrasound method can provide a good real-time assessment of gastric function and has a better effect than the traditional method in guiding EN in critically ill patients.
