Ultr. High Molecular.Weight p.lyethylene(UHMWp.)has been widely used as a bear.ng material for.ar.ificial joint r.p.acement over.for.y *** is usually cr.sslinked by gamma r.ys ir.adiation befor. its imp.antation into human *** this study,UHMWp. and UHMWp./nano-hydr.xyap.tite(n-HA)comp.site wer. p.ep.r.d by vacuum hot-p.essing *** p.ep.r.d mater.als wer. ir.adiated by gamma r.ys in vacuum and molten heat tr.ated in vacuum just after.*** effect of filling n-HA with gamma ir.adiation on tr.bological p.op.r.ies of UHMWp. was investigated by using fr.ction and wear.exp.r.mental machine(model MM-200)under.deionized water.***-mor.0}ology of wor. sur.ace was obser.ed by metallogr.p.ic *** angle and har.ness of the mater.als wer. also *** r.sults show that contact angle and har.ness ar. changed by filling n-HA and gamma *** coefficient and wear.r.te under.deionized water.lubr.cation ar. r.duced by filling *** fr.ction coefficient is incr.ased and wear.r.te is r.duced significantly by gamma *** wor. sur.ace of unfilled material is mainly char.cter.zed as adhesive wear.and abr.sive wear.and that of n-HA filled material is mainly char.cter.zed as abr.sive *** gamma ir.adiation,the degr.es of adhesive and abr.sive wear.for.unfilled material and abr.sive wear.of n-HA filled material ar. significantly *** and filled mater.als after.ir.adiation ar. mainly shown as slight fatigue *** r.sults indicate that UHMWp. and UHMWp./n-HA ir.adiated at the dose of 150 kGy can be used as bear.ng mater.als in ar.ificial joints for.its excellent wear.r.sistance comp.r.d to or.ginal UHMWp..

It's a challenge for.detecting the ther.p.utic tar.ets of a p.lyp.ar.acological dr.g fr.m var.ations in the r.sp.nsed networ.s in thedffer.ntiated p.p.lations with comp.ex diseases,as stable cor.nar. hear. ***,in an adap.ive,31-center.r.ndomized,double-blind tr.al invoving 920 p.tients with moder.te symp.omatic stable angina tr.ated by 14-day Danhong injection(DHI),a kind of p.lyp.amacological dr.g with high quality contr.l,or.p.acebo(0.9%saline),with 76-day following-up.we fir.tly confr.ed that DHl couldincr.ase the p.op.r.ion of p.tients with clinically significant changes on angina-fr.quency assessed by Seattle Angina Questionnair.(ASAQ-AF220)(12.78%at Day 30,95%confidence inter.al[C]5.86-19.71%,p.0.0003,13.82%at Day 6C0,95%CI 6.82-20.82%,p.0.0001and 8.95%at Day 90,95%CI 2.06-15.85%,p.0.01).We also found that ther. wer. no significant differ.nces in new-onset major.vascular.vents(p.0.8502)and ser.ous adver.e events(p.0.9105)between DHl and *** p.r.or.ing the r.A sequencing in 62 selectedp.tients,we develop.d a systemic modular.ap.r.ach tp.identfy differ.ntilly exp.essed modules(DEMs)of DHI with the Z_(summay)valueless than 0 comp.r.d with the contr.l gr.up.calculated by weighted gene co-exp.ession networ. analysis(WGCNA),and sketched out thebasic fr.mewor. on a modular.map.with 25 functional modules tar.eted by ***,the effective ther.p.utic module(ETM),defined as the highest cor.lation value with the p.enotyp. alter.tion(SAQ-AF,the change in SAQ-AF at Day 30 fr.m baseline)calculatedby WGCNA,was identifed in the p.p.lation with the best effect(ASAQ-AF240),which is r.lated to anticoagulation and r.gulation ofcholester.l *** assessed the modular.flexbility of this ETM using the global top.logical D value based on Euclidean distance,which is cor.lated with p.enotyp. alter.tion(r.(2):0.8204,p.0.019)by linear.*** study identified the ant-angina ther.p.uticmodule in the effective p.p.lation tr.ated by the multi-tar.et
