Automatic Generation Control Based on Multiple-step Greedy Attribute and Multiple-level Allocation Strategy

The strong stochastic disturbance caused by largescale distributed energy access to power grids affects the security,stability and economic operations of the power grid.A novel multiple-step greedy policy based on the consensus Qlearning(MSGP-CQ)strategy is proposed in this paper,which is an automatic generation control(AGC)for distributed energy incorporating multiple-step greedy attribute and multiple-level allocation strategy.The convergence speed and learning efficiency in the MSGP algorithm are accelerated through the predictive multiple-step iteration updating in the proposed strategy,and the CQ algorithm is adopted with collaborative consensus and selflearning characteristics to enhance the adaptability of the power allocation strategy under the strong stochastic disturbances and obtain the total power commands in the power grid and the dynamic optimal allocations of the unit power.The simulations of the improved IEEE two-area load-frequency control(LFC)power system and the interconnected system model of intelligent distribution network(IDN)groups incorporating a large amount of distributed energy show that the proposed strategy can achieve the optimal coordinated control and power allocation in the power grid.The algorithm MSGP-CQ has stronger robustness and faster dynamic optimization speed and can reduce generation costs.Meanwhile it can also solve the strong stochastic disturbance caused by large-scale distributed energy access to the grid compared with some existing intelligent algorithms.

All-solid-state lithium batteries(ASSLBs)based on sulfide solid electrolytes(SEs)are one of the most promising strategies for next-generation energy storage systems and electronic devices.However,the poor chemical/electrochemical stability of sulfide SEs with oxide cathode materials and high interfacial impedance,particularly due to physical contact failure,are the major limiting factors to the development of sulfide SEs in ASSLBs.Herein,the composite cathode of MOF-derived Fe_(7)S_(8)@C and Li_(6)PS_(5)Br fabricated by an infiltration method(IN-Fe_(7)S_(8))with dissoluble sulfide electrolyte(dissoluble SE)is reported.Dissoluble SE can easily infiltrate the porous sheet-type Fe_(7)S_(8)@C cathode to homogeneously contact with Fe_(7)S_(8)nanoparticles that are embedded in the surrounding carbon matrixes and form a fast ionic transport network.Benefiting from applying dissoluble SE and Fe_(7)S_(8)@C,the IN-Fe_(7)S_(8)-based cells displayed a reversible capacity of 510 mAh g^(-1)after 180 cycles at 0.045 mA cm^(-2)at 30℃.This work demonstrates a novel and practical method for the development of high-performance all-sulfide-based solid state batteries.

The enhanced genomic 6mA metabolism contributes to the proliferation and migration of TSCC cells

In contrast to the well-established genomic 5-methylcytosine(5mC),the existence of N^(6)-methyladenine(6 mA)in eukaryotic genomes was discovered only recently.Initial studies found that it was actively regulated in cancer cells,suggesting its involvement in the process of carcinogenesis.However,the contribution of 6 mA in tongue squamous cell carcinoma(TSCC)still remains uncharacterized.In this study,a pan-cancer type analysis was first performed,which revealed enhanced 6mA metabolism in diverse cancer types.The study was then focused on the regulation of 6 mA metabolism,as well as its effects on TSCC cells.To these aspects,genome 6mA level was found greatly increased in TSCC tissues and cultured cells.By knocking down 6mA methylases N6AMT1 and METTL4,the level of genomic 6mA was decreased in TSCC cells.This led to suppressed colony formation and cell migration.By contrast,knockdown of 6mA demethylase ALKBH1 resulted in an increased 6 mA level,enhanced colony formation,and cell migration.Further study suggested that regulation of the NF-κB pathway might contribute to the enhanced migration of TSCC cells.Therefore,in the case of TSCC,we have shown that genomic 6mA modification is involved in the proliferation and migration of cancer cells.

Microwave induced thermoacoustic imaging(MTAI)has emerged as a potential biomedical imaging modality with over 20-year growth.MTAI typically employs pulsed microwave as the pumping source,and detects the microwave-induced ultrasound wave via acoustic transducers.Therefore,it features high acoustic resolution,rich elect romagnetic contrast,and large imaging depth.Benefiting from these unique advantages,MTAI has been extensively applied to various fields including pathology,biology,material and medicine.Till now,MTAI has been deployed for a wide range of biomedical applications,including cancer diagnosis,joint evaluation,brain in-vestigation and endoscopy.This paper provides a comprehensive review on(1)essential physics(endogenous/exogenous contrast mechanisms,penetration depth and resolution),(2)hardware configurations and software implementations(excit ation source,antenna,ultrasound detector and image recovery algorithm),(3)animal studies and clinical applications,and(4)future directions.

Photoacoustic(PA)microscopy is being increasingly used to visualize the microcirculation of the brain cortex at the micron level in living rodents.By combining it with long-term cranial window techniques,vasculature can be monitored over a period of days extending to months through a field of view.To fulfill the requirements of long-term in vivo PA imaging,the cranial window must involve a simple and rapid surgical procedure,biological compatibility,and sufficient optical-acoustic transparency,which are major challenges.Recently,several cranial window techniques have been reported for longitudinal PA imaging.Here,the development of chronic cranial windows for PA imaging is reviewed and its technical details are discussed,including window installation,imaging quality,and longitudinal stability.

In this study,we propose a deep-learning-based method to correct motion artifacts in optical resolution photoacoustic microscopy(OR-PAM).The method is a convolutional neural network that establishes an end-to-end map from input raw data with motion artifacts to output corrected images.First,we performed simulation studies to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.Second,we employed this method to process images of rat brain vessels with multiple motion artifacts to evaluate its performance for in vivo applications.The results demonstrate that this method works well for both large blood vessels and capillary networks.In comparison with traditional methods,the proposed method in this study can be easily modified to satisfy different scenarios of motion corrections in OR-PAM by revising the training sets.

Evidence-based consensus suggests that physical activity and regular exercise training can reduce modifiable risk factors as well as rate of mortality and morbidity in patients with chronic diseases,such as cardiovascular disease(CVD),diabetes,obesity and cancer.Conversely,long-term exercise training and drastic increase in vigorous physical activity may also cause acute cardiovascular events(e.***.acute myocardial infarction)and deleterious cardiac remodeling,particularly when exercise is performed by unfit or susceptible individuals.There is a reversed J-shaped hormesis-like curve between the duration and intensity of exercise and level of CVD risks.Therefore,it is important for an early detection of cardiac injuries in professional and amateur athletes.Under this context,this article focuses on the use of biomarker testing,an indispensable component in the current clinical practices especially in Cardiology and Oncology.We attempt to justify the importance of using circulating biomarkers in routine practices of Sports Medicine for an objective assessment of CVD events following exercise.Special attentions are dedicated to three established or emerging cardiac biomarkers(i.***.cardiac troponins,natriuretic peptides,hypoxanthine)for myocardial tissue hypoxia/ischemia events,muscle stress,and the consequent cellular necrotic injury.Based on these focused analyses,we propose use of circulating biomarker testing in both laboratory and point-of-care settings with an increasingly broader involvement or participation of team physicians,trainers,coaches,primary care doctors,as well as educated athlete community.This diagnostic approach may improve the quality of medical surveillance and preventive measures on exercise-related CVD risks/outcomes.

具有强随机特性的新能源规模化接入将给电网带来强随机扰动,传统控制方法无法有效解决分布式电网模式下由强随机扰动引起的频率失衡、控制性能标准变差的问题。该文从二次调频角度提出一种多区域互联电网的智能发电控制算法,即超松弛双Q学习算法,来获取多区域协同控制。所提算法在快速Q学习基础上引入超松弛因子ω来加速最优值函数的计算,同时引入双Q学习策略来解决强化学习Q算法体系中的动作探索值过高估计问题,以提升算法的收敛性与更新效率。在改进的IEEE标准两区负荷频率控制模型以及云南互联电网模型中进行仿真分析,结果可知,所提算法表现出更佳的控制性能与收敛速度。

双元创新是企业在激烈竞争的市场环境中保持领先的关键,是企业持续发展和壮大的重要驱动力。本文以高管团队行为整合、双元创新、组织能力和批判性反思为自变量、因变量、中介变量和调节变量,以209家高新技术企业为实证研究样本,通过理论分析与实证研究,揭示了高管团队行为整合对双元创新的影响,以及组织能力的中介作用和批判性反思的调节作用。研究结果表明:高管团队行为整合对双元创新有显著的正向作用,适应能力仅在高管团队行为整合与突破性创新之间起完全中介作用,协调能力在高管团队与双元创新之间起部分中介作用。批判性反思在高管团队行为整合与双元创新之间起正向调节作用。本研究丰富了双元创新理论研究,从高管团队行为整合视角入手,探究了双元创新的可实现性。实证结果为双元创新的可实现性提供了证据支持,也为企业高管实施双元创新提供了理论指导。
