Evolution and natural selection have endowed animal venoms,including scorpion venoms,with a wide range of pharmacological ***,scorpions,their venoms,and/or their body parts have been used since time immemorial in traditional medicines,especially in Africa and *** respect to their pharmacological potential,bioactive peptides from scorpion venoms have become an important source of scientific *** the rapid increase in the characterization of various components from scorpion venoms,a large number of peptides are identified with an aim of combating a myriad of emerging global health ***,some scorpion venom-derived peptides have been established as potential scaffolds helpful for drug *** this review,we summarize the promising scorpion venoms-derived peptides as drug ***,we highlight the data and knowledge needed for continuous characterization and development of additional natural peptides from scorpion venoms,as potential drugs that can treat related diseases.

Optimizing the microstructures and mechanical properties of Al-Cu-based alloys with large solidification intervals by coupling travelling magnetic fields with sequential solidification

Alloys with large solidification intervals are prone to issues from the disordered growth and defect formation;accordingly, finding ways to effectively optimize the microstructure, further to improve the mechanical properties is of great importance. To this end, we couple travelling magnetic fields with sequential solidification to continuously regulate the mushy zones of Al-Cu-based alloys with large solidification intervals. Moreover, we combine experiments with simulations to comprehensively analyze the mechanisms on the optimization of microstructure and properties. Our results indicate that only downward travelling magnetic fields coupled with sequential solidification can obtain the refined and uniform microstructure, and promote the growth of matrix phase -Al along the direction of temperature ***, the secondary dendrites and precipitates are reduced, while the solute partition coefficient and solute solid-solubility are raised. Ultimately, downward travelling magnetic fields can increase the ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation and hardness from 196.2 MPa, 101.2 MPa, 14.5 % and85.1 kg mm-2 without travelling magnetic fields to 224.1 MPa, 114.5 MPa, 17.1 % and 102.1 kg mm-2,and improve the ductility of alloys. However, upward travelling magnetic fields have the adverse effects on microstructural evolution, and lead to a reduction in the performance and ductility. Our findings demonstrate that long-range directional circular flows generated by travelling magnetic fields directionally alter the transformation and redistribution of solutes and temperature, which finally influences the solidification behavior and performance. Overall, our research present not only an innovative method to optimize the microstructures and mechanical properties for alloys with large solidification intervals,but also a detailed mechanism of travelling magnetic fields on this optimization during the sequential solidification.

Recently correlation filter based trackers have attracted considerable attention for their high computational efficiency. However, they cannot handle occlusion and scale variation well enough. This paper aims at preventing the tracker from failure in these two situations by integrating the depth information into a correlation filter based tracker. By using RGB-D data, we construct a depth context model to reveal the spatial correlation between the target and its surrounding regions. Furthermore, we adopt a region growing method to make our tracker robust to occlusion and scale variation. Additional optimizations such as a model updating scheme are applied to improve the performance for longer video sequences. Both qualitative and quantitative evaluations on challenging benchmark image sequences demonstrate that the proposed tracker performs favourably against state-of-the-art algorithms.

Effect of Holding Time on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Dual-Phase Steel during Intercritical Annealing

Continuous annealing simulation tests were conducted by using a continuous annealing thermomechanical simulator. Holding times of 5, 60, 180, and 480 seconds for an intercritical annealing temperature of 820℃ were adopted to investigate the evolution of the mierostructure and mechanical properties of ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel. The ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel was characterized by high strength and low yield ratio due to the presence of the constituents （polygonal ferrite, bainite, martensite and retained austenite） of the steel microstructure. Specimen 3 exhibits the highest value of A50 （7.67%） and a product of Rm × A50 （10453MPa%） after a 180s holding. This is likely attributed to the presence of a C-enriched retained anstenite in the microstructure. And the effect of martensite islands and carbide precipitate is thought to be able to contribute in strengthening the present steel. It is expected that equilibrium of anstenite fraction would be reached for reasonable intercritical holding period, regardless of the heating temperature. The results suggest that long increasing holding times may not be needed because the major phase of the microstructure does not change very significantly. It is favorable for industrial production of DP steels to shorten holding times. Key words： ferrite-bainite dual-phase steel; holding time; martensite islands; mechanical properties

AIM： To investigate the expression of leptin and leptin receptor （ob-R） in intestinal-type gastric cancer and precancerous lesions, and to explore the possible mechanism and role of the leptin system in developing intestinal-type gastric ***： Immunohistochemistry was performed to examine the expression of leptin and leptin receptor in archival samples of gastric adenocarcinoma and preneoplastic lesions, including intestinal metaplasia and mild to severe gastric epithelial dysplasia. Positive staining was identified and percentage of positive staining was ***： Dual expression of leptin and leptin receptor were detected in 80% （16/20） intestinal metaplasia, 86.3% （25/30） mild gastric epithelial dysplasia, 86.7% （26/30） moderate gastric epithelial dysplasia, 93.3% （28/30） severe gastric epithelial dysplasia, 91.3% （55/60） intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma and 30.0% （9/30） diffuse-type gastric carcinoma. The percentage of dual expression of leptin and leptin receptor in intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in diffuse-type gastric adenocarcinoma （χ^2 = 37.022, P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION： Our results indicate the presence of an autocrine loop of leptin system in the development of intestinal-type gastric adenocarcinoma.

目的 :构建一套由多学科团队参与、涵盖化疗用药全环节的肿瘤静脉化疗安全用药规范,为化疗药物规范化使用提供参考。方法 :以物理-事理-人理系统方法论为指导,采用文献研究法形成规范初稿,通过专家会议对初稿进行讨论和修订后形成咨询稿,应用德尔菲专家咨询形成终稿。结果 :共对18名专家进行了3轮专家咨询,问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.895、0.890、0.885,总条目的肯德尔协调系数为0.147~0.166(均P<0.001),三级条目的可操作性肯德尔协调系数为0.168~0.207(均P<0.001)。肿瘤静脉化疗安全用药规范包括4个一级条目(人员、环境、流程、监测与随访)、14个二级条目、47个三级条目,以及36个条目说明。结论:本研究构建的肿瘤静脉化疗安全用药规范纳入了“医-药-护”多学科专业规范要求,包含人员资质、用药环境、用药流程、监测与随访等全流程,有利于静脉化疗实践的多学科沟通合作,促进化疗用药过程的规范化和同质化,保障患者化疗用药安全。

In this paper, quantum chemistry computation(density functional theory) of multi-airstaged combustion was investigated in combination with *** was found that the presence of oxygen in the combustion environment has a great influence on the surface chemistry of coal *** the reaction pathway, the ring-opening reaction happens first,and is followed by NO ***, the ring-closure reaction takes place, leaving the nitrogen atom trapped in the inner char *** reaction route effectively inhibits NO formation and achieves the aim of controlling NO *** the staged combustion experiments, the consumption of O2/NO was accompanied by an increase in the CO2 *** quantum chemistry computation successfully interprets the recent experimental trends displayed in multi-air-staged combustion.

目的:观察隔姜灸联合揿针防治恶性肿瘤患者化疗所致恶心呕吐(CINV)的有效性和安全性。方法:恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为对照组(35例,退出和脱落4例)和观察组(35例,退出2例)。对照组给予盐酸昂丹司琼片8 mg口服,每日3次,共治疗3 d;观察组在对照组的基础上取足三里、内关、天枢、中脘、关元行隔姜灸联合揿针治疗,每日1次,共治疗3 d。观察两组患者治疗第1、2、3天后消化道反应程度,治疗前后的卡氏(KPS)评分、中医证候评分及相关安全性指标。结果:观察组治疗第2、3天的消化道反应程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者中医证候评分较治疗前均降低(P<0.01),观察组低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者的KPS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.01)。两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论:在常规止吐方案的基础上,采用隔姜灸联合揿针疗法治疗CINV舒适安全,能有效缓解患者的恶心呕吐,减轻消化系统症状。

目的系统评价和整合安宁疗护志愿者参与服务的质性研究,以期优化安宁疗护志愿者服务环境,为更好地招募、培训、支持和管理志愿者提供参考依据。方法计算机检索The Cochrane Library、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、CINAHL、PsycINFO、MEDLINE、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库以及中国生物医学文献数据库中有关安宁疗护志愿者服务体验质性研究,检索时限为建库至2023年5月。采用乔安娜布里格斯研究所2016版质性研究质量评价工具对文献进行质量评价,并应用汇集性Meta整合方法对研究结果进行整合。结果共纳入23篇文献,提炼出117个主要研究结果,归纳为8个类别,综合成3个整合结果:(1)安宁疗护志愿者积极服务过程中获得美好的体验,实现了自我价值;(2)安宁疗护志愿者面临内外源双重压力和挑战;(3)安宁疗护志愿者以积极的态度应对压力和挑战,收获个人成长。结论安宁疗护志愿者在积极服务过程中面临来自内部和外部的双重压力和挑战。建议关注安宁疗护志愿者负性体验,提供多方面支持,增强其应对能力,以提升安宁疗护志愿者的服务能力。同时,积极宣传安宁疗护志愿服务的获益性体验,促进安宁疗护事业可持续发展。
