Sulfur dioxide and its derivative sulfite widely existed in air,water as the environment pollutant.Sulfite is also commonly used as preservative and additive in fresh fruits,vegetables,wines and pharmaceutical materials.Due to sulfite is closely related with human diseases,it is very urgent for the sensitive and rapid quantification of sulfite in various samples.In our study,a turn-on near infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe(MDQ)was developed for sulfite detection based on a Michael addition reaction,with high sensitivity(LOD 4.16 nmol/L),selectivity and fast response time(400 s).Using MDQ,a quantify method for sulfite in traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs)was developed with the advantages of high precision,accuracy and convenient operation.Furthermore,according to the photophysical property of MDQ,a portable fluorescence detector is designed to quantify sulfite for TCMs and surface water in Dalian city of China.Therefore,the developed fluorescent probe MDQ and portable fluorescent detector as a rapid inspection instrument were successfully used to real-time monitor the sulfite in various complex samples.

基于公交信号优先策略,对MULTIBAND模型进行改进,重新定义了权重系数、车道清空时间和最小绿波带宽,结合不同相位放行方式实施红灯早断或绿灯延长控制策略,并在此基础上考虑公交车辆的车速与停靠时间,建立对公交车辆的约束,提出基于公交优先的干线协调信号控制改进模型。通过VISSIM仿真,将该模型与传统干线协调信号控制模型对比分析,结果表明:与传统协调控制模型相比,模型使社会车辆平均延误降低了4.77%,停车次数降低了3.77%,公交车辆平均延误降低了11.35%,停车次数降低了2.06%,人均延误降低了7.22%,且在不同的公交流量下均有较好的效果。

在决策中保证合理、有效的专家参与是提高决策科学化水平、推进国家治理能力现代化的重要途径。既有研究讨论了专家的参与方式与知识类型,但无法充分回应相似决策需求和条件下专家参与为何产生差异化影响力的现实问题。基于“知识-政策”相关文献,本文提出专业知识渗透的分析框架,包含决策中知识输入、知识与政策联系、知识与政策互构以及决策结果与调整等四个阶段。结合过程追踪法与对比分析法,本文观察了S市“桥梁改善”与“店招管理”两项城市微更新项目的决策过程,发现四阶段各具体节点上的知识渗透效果存在项目间的区别。研究表明,知识与政策间有效的联系和共识生产有助于知识渗透并生成积极的专家影响力,而知识输入在专家普遍参与的背景下不一定产生实质影响。本研究有助于丰富专家参与决策的理论解释,同时在知识渗透过程的类型和条件方面有待继续讨论。

堆积体广泛分布于我国西南大江大河的河谷地带,在降雨条件下其稳定性直接关系到大坝的安全稳定。设计了水库库岸堆积体边坡强降雨离心模型试验系统,开展了强降雨诱发库岸堆积体边坡失稳离心模型试验,对降雨作用下滑坡地质演化及灾变过程进行研究。基于试验结果,进一步开展数值模拟研究,分析了满库容不同降雨强度下强降雨对不同库水位及堆积体渗透性的边坡稳定性影响。结果表明:水库蓄水阶段堆积体边坡前缘在浮托力和泡水软化作用下造成抗滑力下降。但指向坡体内的渗透压力对坡体起到加固作用。两种竞争机制作用下产生的后缘细微裂缝对降雨阶段边坡变形发展产生重要影响。降雨主要造成坡表侵蚀及径流,少部分从裂缝入渗造成后缘浅层下沉。若不加处理,则边坡有可能发生推移式整体破坏。因此,库岸堆积体边坡后缘裂缝的处置是地质灾害防治的关键。

The cytochrome b_(6f)(Cyt b_(6f))complex is a multisubunit protein complex in chloroplast thylakoid membranes required for photosynthetic electron transport.Here we report the isolation and characterization of the new tiny albino 1(nta1)mutant in Arabidopsis,which has severe defects in Cyt b_(6f) accumulation and chloroplast development.Gene cloning revealed that the nta1 phenotype was caused by disruption of a single nuclear gene,NTA1,which encodes an integral thylakoid membrane protein conserved across green algae and plants.Overexpression of NTA1 completely rescued the nta1 phenotype,and knockout of NTA1 in wild-type plants recapitulated the mutant phenotype.Loss of NTA1 function severely impaired the accumulation of multiprotein complexes related to photosynthesis in thylakoid membranes,particularly the components of Cyt b_(6f).NTA1 was shown to directly interact with four subunits(Cyt b6/PetB,PetD,PetG,and PetN)of Cyt b_(6f) through the DUF1279 domain and C-terminal sequence to mediate their assembly.Taken together,our results identify NTA1 as a new and key regulator of chloroplast development that plays essential roles in assembly of the Cyt b_(6f) complex by interacting with multiple Cyt b_(6f) subunits.

Herbicides and heavy metals are hazardous substances of environmental pollution,resulting in plant stress and harming humans and animals.Identification of stress types can help trace stress sources,manage plant growth,and improve stress-resistant breeding.In this research,hyperspectral imaging(HSI)and chlorophyll fluorescence imaging(Chl-FI)were adopted to identify the rice plants under two types of herbicide stresses(butachlor(DCA)and quinclorac(ELK))and two types of heavy metal stresses(cadmium(Cd)and copper(Cu)).

BACKGROUND The global prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is increasing.T2DM is associated with alterations of the gut microbiota,which can be affected by age,illness,and genetics.Previous studies revealed that there are discriminating microbiota compositions between the Dai and the Han populations.However,the specific gut microbiota differences between the two populations have not been elucidated.AIM To compare the gut microbiota differences in subjects with and without T2DM in the Dai and Han populations.METHODS A total of 35 subjects of the Han population(including 15 healthy children,8 adult healthy controls,and 12 adult T2DM patients)and 32 subjects of the Dai population(including 10 healthy children,10 adult healthy controls,and 12 adult T2DM patients)were enrolled in this study.Fasting venous blood samples were collected from all the subjects for biochemical analysis.Fecal samples were collected from all the subjects for DNA extraction and 16S rRNA sequencing,which was followed by analyses of the gut microbiota composition.RESULTS No significant difference in alpha diversity was observed between healthy children and adults.The diversity of gut microbiota was decreased in T2DM patients compared to the healthy adults in both the Dai and Han populations. There was a significant difference in gut microbiota between healthy children and healthy adults in the Hanpopulation with an increased abundance of Bacteroidetes and decreased Firmicutes in children. However, thisdifference was less in the Dai population. Significant increases in Bacteroidetes in the Han population and Proteobacteriain the Dai population and decreases in Firmicutes in both the Han and Dai population were observed inT2DM patients compared to healthy adults. A prominent contradiction between supply and demand of water resources has restricted local development in social and economic aspects of Zhangye City,located in a typical arid region of China.Our study quantified the Water Resource Stress Index(WRSI)from 2003 to 2017 and examined the factors of population,urbanization level,GDP per capita,Engel coefficient,and water consumption per unit of GDP by using the extended stochastic impact by regression on population,affluence and technology(STIRPAT)model to find the key factors that impact WRSI of Zhangye City to relieve the pressure on water resources.The ridge regression method is applied to improve this model to eliminate multicollinearity problems.The WRSI system was developed from the following three aspects:water resources utilization(WR),regional economic development water use(WU),and water environment stress(WE).Results show that the WRSI index has fallen from 0.81(2003)to 0.17(2017),with an average annual decreased rate of 9.8%.Moreover,the absolute values of normalized coefficients demonstrate that the Engel coefficient has the largest positive contribution to increase WRSI with an elastic coefficient of 0.2709,followed by water consumption per unit of GDP and population with elastic coefficients of 0.0971 and 0.0387,respectively.In contrast,the urbanization level and GDP per capita can decrease WRSI by−0.2449 and−0.089,respectively.The decline of WRSI was attributed to water-saving society construction which included the improvement of water saving technology and the adjustment of agricultural planting structures.Furthermore,this study demonstrated the feasibility of evaluating the driving forces affecting WRSI by using the STIRPAT model and ridge regression analysis.

In this paper,we consider numerical and trigonometric series with a very general monotonicity condition.First,a fundamental decomposition is established from which the sufficient parts of many classical results in Fourier analysis can be derived in this general setting.In the second part of the paper a necessary and sufficient condition for the uniform convergence of sine series is proved generalizing a classical theorem of Chaundy and Jolliffe.
