The CoCrFem.Ni high-entropy alloys(HEAs)with a(face-centered cubic) FCC structure has garnered considerable attention for its exceptional ductility and strain hardening ***,its yield strength is insufficient for structural *** this study,strengthening m.chanism. in these HEAs were investigated to gain insight into the m.chanical properties according to alloy powder ***,we present a novel approach to achieve both high strength and high ductility through the creation of a bim.dal structure consisting of both coarse and fine grains via gas atom.zation and spark plasm. sintering processes.A bim.dally structured HEA prepared with a m.ss ratio of 2:8 between coarse particles(75-106 μm. and fine particles(≤25 μm.yielded optim.l results,with a strength of 491.95 m.a and elongation of 19.64%.This strength value represents an~41% increase com.ared with the sam.le that displayed a fine single m.crostructure(347.08 m.a for yield strength).The strength enhancem.nt was attributed to the prevention of plastic deform.tion initiation from.the fine particles during *** innovative approach to the creation of HEAs with bim.dal structures shows prom.se for various applications,such as structural com.onents that require a com.ination of high strength and high ductility.

NORE1A (RASSF5) is a tum.r suppressor of the RASSF fam.ly that is often down-regulated in hum.n tum.rs. NORE1A has m.ltiple roles in controlling cellular hom.ostasis, one of them.being regulating levels of β-catenin by binding and m.dulating the ubiquitin ligase substrate recognition factor β-TrCP. β-catenin is a m.jor executor of the Wnt pathway. The ubiquitin SCF-β-TrCP ligase com.lex acts on a phospho-degron site in β-catenin that can be phosphorylated by GSK-3β. We now show that in addition to binding β-TrCP, NORE1A also prom.tes the phosphorylation of the β-catenin phospho-degron by com.lexing with the kinase GSK-3β. Indeed, NORE1A enhances the form.tion of a GSK-3β/β-TrCP com.lex. A structural m.tant of NORE1A that retains β-TrCP binding but will no longer interact with GSK-3β inhibits the β-catenin degrading action of NORE1A. The GSK-3β interaction with NORE1A plays an im.ortant role in the biology of NORE1A as a GSK-3β inhibitor blocks NORE1A induced senescence. Thus, we identify a new role for the tum.r suppressor NORE1A: The regulation of GSK-3β. GSK-3β has m.ny other substrates including m.ltiple transcription factors and co-activators such as p53 and the Hippo com.onent TAZ. The work im.lies that NORE1A m.y be able to influence all of them.via this new kinase scaffolding interaction.

Resistance to pentavalent antim.nial drugs and the lack of vaccines m.ke it urgent to find novel therapeutic options to treat Leishm.niasis, a tropical disease caused by the Leishm.nia protozoan parasite. The study reported here is to investigate if Streptom.cin, an am.noglycoside, and Am.hotericin B, the second-line treatm.nt drug, exhibit antileishm.nial activity through a sim.lar m.chanism. By using m.E (m.lecular Operating Environm.nt), we perform.d m.lecular docking studies on these drugs binding to a range of targets including ribosom. targets in Leishm.nia and H. sapiens. Our study shows that the two drugs do not bind to the sam. pockets in Leishm.nia targets but to the sam. pockets in the hum.n ribosom., with som. differences in interactions. m.reover, our 2D m.ps indicated that Am.hotericin B binds to the A-site in the hum.n cytoplasm.c ribosom., whereas streptom.cin does not.

Low m.lecular weight polysaccharides can be isolated from.Sargassum.thunbergii(Lm.ST)and in vitro experim.nts were conducted to evaluate the inhibitory effects on *** natures of Lm.ST were attained from.*** and appraised their Lm.ST on palm.tic acid(PA)induced lipid accretion in Hep G2,and 3T3-L1 *** treatm.nt lessened lipid deposition and intracellular free fatty acid and triglyceride intensities in PA-treated above m.ntioned *** m.chanistic study publicized that Lm.ST2 significantly suppressed adipogenesis and stim.lated the PA-treated 3T3-L1 cells occupied in the lipolysis ***,in PA-treated Hep G2 cells,the free fatty acid oxidation was significantly increased by *** these constructive properties of Lm.ST2 from.***,is a potential candidate for dim.nishing the intracellular lipids,and for a therapeutic agent in those conditions.

As sem.conductor devices shrink and their m.nufacturing processes advance,accurately m.asuring in-cell critical dim.nsions(CD)becom.s increasingly *** test elem.nt group(TEG)m.asurem.nts are becom.ng inadequate for representing the fine,repetitive patterns in cell *** non-destructive m.trology technologies like optical critical dim.nsion(OCD)are lim.ted due to their large spot diam.ter of approxim.tely 25μm.which im.edes their efficacy for detailed in-cell structural ***,there is a pressing need for sm.ll-spot and non-destructive m.trology *** address this lim.tation,we dem.nstrate a m.crosphere-assisted hyperspectral im.ging(m.HSI)system.specifically designed for sm.ll spot optical m.trology with *** m.crosphere-assisted super-resolution im.ging,this system.achieves an optical resolution of 66 nm.within a field of view of 5.6μm.5.6μ*** approach effectively breaks the diffraction lim.t,significantly enhancing the m.gnification of the *** m.HSI system.incorporating hyperspectral im.ging with a wavelength range of 400–790 nm.enables the capture of the reflection spectrum.at each cam.ra *** achieved pixel resolution,which is equivalent to the m.asuring spot size,is 14.4 nm.pixel and the m.gnification is *** m.HSI system.enables m.asurem.nt of local uniform.ty in critical areas like corners and edges of DRAm.cell blocks,areas previously challenging to inspect with conventional OCD *** our knowledge,this approach represents the first global im.lem.ntation of m.crosphere-assisted hyperspectral im.ging to address the m.trology challenges in com.lex 3D structures of sem.conductor devices.

The unique characteristics of nanofibers in rational electrode design enable effec-tive utilization and m.xim.zing m.terial properties for achieving highly efficient and sustainable CO_(2) reduction reactions( CO_(2)RRs)in solid oxide elec-trolysis cells(SOECs).However,practical appli-cation of nanofiber-based electrodes faces chal-lenges in establishing sufficient interfacial contact and adhesion with the dense *** tackle this challenge,a novel hybrid nanofiber electrode,La_(0.6)Sr_(0.4)Co_(0.15)Fe_(0.8)Pd_(0.05)O_(3-δ)(H-LSCFP),is developed by strategically incorporating low aspect ratio crushed LSCFP nanofibers into the excess porous interspace of a high aspect ratio LSCFP nanofiber fram.work synthesized via electrospinning *** consecutive treatm.nt in 100% H_(2) and CO_(2) at 700°C,LSCFP nanofibers form.a perovskite phase with in situ exsolved Co m.tal nanocatalysts and a high concentration of oxygen species on the surface,enhancing CO_(2) *** SOEC with the H-LSCFP electrode yielded an outstanding current density of 2.2 A cm.(-2) in CO_(2) at 800°C and 1.5 V,setting a new benchm.rk am.ng reported nanofiber-based *** twinning of the H-LSCFP reveals im.roved contact adhesion and increased reaction sites for CO_(2)*** present work dem.nstrates a highly catalytically active and robust nanofiber-based fuel electrode with a hybrid structure,paving the way for further advancem.nts and nanofiber applications in CO_(2)-SOECs.
