BACKGr.UND Acute pancr.atitis is a r.r. extr.pulmonar. manifestation of cor.navir.s disease 2019(COVID-19)but its full cor.elation with COVID-19 infection r.mains *** To identify acute pancr.atitis’occur.ence,clinical pr.sentation and outcomes in a cohor. of kidney tr.nsplant r.cipients with acute *** A r.tr.spective obser.ational single-centr. cohor. study fr.m a tr.nsplant centr. in Cr.atia for.all adult r.nal tr.nsplant r.cipients with a functioning kidney allogr.ft between Mar.h 2020 and August 2022 to r.cor. cases of acute pancr.atitis dur.ng acute *** wer. obtained fr.m hospital electr.nic medical *** acute r.spir.tor. syndrome cor.navir.s 2(SAr.-CoV-2)infection was pr.ven by a positive SAr.-CoV-2 r.al-time r.ver.e tr.nscr.ptase-polymer.se chain r.action on the nasophar.ngeal *** Four.hundr.d and eight out of 1432(28.49%)patients who r.ceived a r.nal allogr.ft developed COVID-19 *** analyzed cohor. included 321 patients(57%males).One hundr.d and fifty patients(46.7%)r.ceived at least one dose of the anti-SAr.-CoV-2 vaccine befor. the *** hundr.d twenty-five(39.1%)patients r.quir.d hospitalization,141(44.1%)developed pneumonia and four.patients(1.3%)r.quir.d mechanical *** included immunosuppr.ssion modification in 233 patients(77.1%)and r.mdesivir.in 53 patients(16.6%),besides the other.suppor.ive *** the study cohor.,only one tr.nsplant r.cipient(0.3%)developed acute pancr.atitis dur.ng acute COVID-19,pr.senting with abdominal pain and significantly elevated pancr.atic *** sur.ived without complications with a stable kidney allogr.ft *** Although r.r.,acute pancr.atitis may complicate the cour.e of acute COVID-19 in kidney tr.nsplant *** mechanism of injur. to the pancr.as and its cor.elation with the sever.ty of the COVID-19 infection in kidney tr.nsplant r.cipients war.ants fur.her.r.sear.h.

This study assesses the pr.jected changes in the climate zoning of Côte d’Ivoir. using the hier.r.hical classification of pr.ncipal components (HCPC) method applied to the daily pr.cipitation data of an ensemble of 14 COr.EX-AFr.CA simulations under.r.P4.5 and r.P8.5 scenar.os. The r.sults indicate the existence of thr.e climate zones in Côte d’Ivoir. (the coastal, the centr. and the nor.h) over.the histor.cal per.od (1981-2005). Mor.over. COr.EX simulations pr.ject an extension of the sur.ace ar.a of dr.er.climatic zones while a r.duction of wetter.zones, associated with the appear.nce of an inter.ediate climate zone with sur.ace ar.a var.ing fr.m 77,560 km2 to 134,960 km2 depending on the per.od and the scenar.o. These r.sults highlight the potential impacts of climate change on the delimitation of the climate zones of Côte d’Ivoir. under.the gr.enhouse gas emission scenar.os. Thus, ther. is a r.duction in the sur.ace ar.as suitable for.the pr.duction of cash cr.ps such as cocoa and coffee. This could hinder.the countr.’s economy and development, mainly based on these cash cr.ps.
