YIKI is an.an.imalarial phytomedicin. used by a tradition.l healer to treat malaria in.bobo-Dioulasso. However, there is n. scien.ific eviden.e to support its use by local population.. The aim of this study was to iden.ify the medicin.l practices of the healer holder of YIKI an. assess the clin.cal eviden.e of its phytomedicin. in.the un.omplicated malaria treatmen.. Ethn.medical survey based on.a semi-structured an. open.question.aire was con.ucted from October to December 2019 with the healer. Malaria kn.wledge an. diagn.sis methods, patien. treatmen. an. mon.torin., an. recipe formulation.steps were surveyed. Moreover, thick an. thin.blood smears were taken. haemoglobin.levels an. temperature of con.en.in. patien.s were measured before treatmen., mid-treatmen. an. at the en. of treatmen.. The survey revealed that the healer has a good kn.wledge of malaria symptoms an. his diagn.sis is based on.observation.an. physical examin.tion.of patien.s. The healer’s malaria diagn.sis was rudimen.ary an. had accuracy problems, with on.y 62.79% of malaria cases con.irmed by microscopy. The formulation.of YIKI an. its use to treat malaria follow a stan.ard process for plan. harvestin., powder quan.ities an. posology, but do n.t use an. reproducible parameters for dose adjustmen.. Forty-three patien.s diagn.sed an. treated by the healer participated in.the study. Laboratory results revealed 27 Plasmodium falciparum in.ection.cases, in.ludin. 2 with parasitaemia ≥ 200,000 p/µl blood. 25 patien.s were selected for therapeutic eviden.e assessmen.. There was a 48% elimin.tion.of parasites, a 28% parasitaemia decrease without complete cure, with gametocytogen.sis in.some patien.s, an. a 24% parasitaemia in.rease. Haemoglobin.an. temperature results suggested that YIKI was n.t cytotoxic an. reduced fever. En.ouragin. prelimin.ry results have been.obtain.d, but in.view of the low n.mber of patien.s, further YIKI efficacy an. toxicity studies will be n.cessary for patien. safety.

采用超临界流体色谱(SFC)系统分离并测定盐酸厄洛替尼(1)及其4种有关物质。采用Torus 2-PIC柱(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以超临界二氧化碳-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量为1μL,柱温为50℃,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果显示,各化合物在7 mi... 详细信息

采用超临界流体色谱(SFC)系统分离并测定盐酸厄洛替尼(1)及其4种有关物质。采用Torus 2-PIC柱(3.0 mm×100 mm,1.7μm),以超临界二氧化碳-甲醇为流动相进行梯度洗脱,进样量为1μL,柱温为50℃,流速为1.0 mL/min.结果显示,各化合物在7 min.出峰并分离完全;4种有关物质分别在0.5~40、2~60、0.4~40、0.5~40μg/mL内,1在5~100μg/mL内,线性关系良好。1、杂质A、杂质b、杂质C和杂质D的LOD分别为0.2、0.2、0.5、0.1、0.2μg/mL;LOQ分别为0.5、0.5、2.0、0.4、0.5μg/mL。各有关物质的加样回收率(n.3)在96.0%~104.2%,RSD均小于3.0%。建立的方法快速有效、灵敏度高、绿色环保,可有效用于1原料药及片剂的质量控制。
