为满足n.5b型水用减压阀阀体的加工要求,设计了一种阶梯式浮动去毛刺刀。介绍了刀具结构,分析了刀具工作原理,并给出了刀具制作、压力调整、刀片更换的方法。应用阶梯式浮动去毛刺刀代替人工加刮刀去毛刺工艺,可以降低劳动强度,提高加工效率,保证加工质量。
