Effect of silicon on ductility of T91 steel in liquid lead-bismuth eutectic environment

The tensile tests of T91 and T91Si steels at 200-450℃in air and at 350℃in oxygen-depleted liquid lead-bismuth eutectic(LBE)environment with strain rate of 1×10^(-5)-5×10^(-3)were *** show that the activation energy of T91 steel is 103.45-246.76 kJ/mol and that of T91Si steel is 146.98-172.11 kJ/mol when Portevin-le Chatelie(PLC)phenomenon *** elongation reduction of T91 steel at 350℃is not specific to LBE environment,whereas the presence of LBE promotes crack initiation and propagation and affects the elongation of the material in the necking *** Si addition,the elongation,especially the uniform elongation at 350℃in LBE environment,improves,and the tendency toward crack propagation in T91 steel after slow tensile necking is *** PLC phenomenon can be seen in both T91 and T91Si steels at high temperatures owing to the dynamic strain aging(DSA).The temperature ranges are different when DSA occurs,with 300-350℃and 250-350℃for T91 and T91Si steels,respectively.

We propose to achieve far-field super-resolution imaging by using offset two-color one-photon(2C1P)excitation of reversible photoactivatable fluorescence *** to the distinctive photoswitching performance of the proteins,such as dronpa,the fluorescence emission will only come from the overlapped region of activation beam and excitation *** analysis solution of rate equation shows that the resolution of offset 2C1P microscope is"engineered"by laser power of excitation and activation beams and the power ratio between *** lateral and transverse resolution is theoretically demonstrated compared with conventional fluorescence scanning microscopy.

The basic high-temperature properties of iron ore play a crucial role in optimizing sintering and ore blending,but the testing process for these properties is complex and has significant lag time,which cannot meet the actual needs of ore blending.A prediction model for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was thus proposed based on a combination of machine learning algorithms and genetic ***,the prediction accuracy of different machine learning models for the basic high-temperature properties of iron ore fines was ***,a random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms was built,further improving the prediction accuracy of the *** test results show that the random forest model optimized by genetic algorithms has the highest prediction accuracy for the lowest assimilation temperature and liquid phase fluidity of iron ore,with a determination coefficient of 0.903 for the lowest assimilation temperature and 0.927 for the liquid phase fluidity after *** trained model meets the fluctuation requirements of on-site testing and has been successfully applied to actual production on site.

In view of the high complexity of the objective world, an economic dependence between subsystems(paired and unpaired) is proposed, and then the maintenance cost and time under different economic dependences are formulated in a simple and consistent manner. Selective maintenance problem under economic dependence(EDSMP) is presented based on a series–parallel system in this paper. A case study shows that the system reliability is promoted to a certain extent, which can validate the validity of the EDSMP model. The influence of the ratio of set-up cost on system performance is mainly discussed under different economic dependences. Several existing improvements of classical exhaust algorithm are further modified to solve a large sized EDSMP rapidly. Experimental results illustrate that these improvements can reduce CPU time *** the contribution of each improvement is defined here, and then their contributions are compared thoroughly.

Electrides are unique materials with the anionic electrons confined to the interstitial sites,expecting important applications in various *** this work,the electronic structure and detailed physical properties of topological electride Ca_(3)Pb are studied *** comparing the crystal structures and band structures of Ca_(3)Pb and Ca_(3)PbO,we find that after removing O^(2-)ions from Ca_(3)PbO,the remaining electrons are confined in the vacancies of the Ca6 octahedra centers,playing the role as anions and forming an additional energy band compared with that of Ca_(3)*** interstitial electrons partially result in the low work function of Ca_(3)***,the calculated mechanic properties imply that Ca_(3)Pb has a strong *** addition,the dielectric functions and optical properties of Ca_(3)Pb are also analyzed.

The effect of long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase on hot tearing susceptibility of Mg-1 Zn-xY serial alloys were investigated experimentally using a home-made T-type hot tearing *** characteristic parameters related to HTS during the solidification process were calculated by thermal *** microstructure and morphology of the crack zone were characterized by optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and electron dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and the phases of the alloys were analyzed by X-ray diffraction(XRD).The result showed that the long-period stacking ordered(LPSO)phase formed when m(Zn)/m(Y)leton strength,and reduced the HTS of Mg-lZn-xY alloys.
