Precipitation infiltration serves as a significant source of groundwater in the Badain Jaran *** investigate variations in precipitation infiltration within the desert,this study collected data on moisture content and temperature from the vadose zone through in-situ field *** these data,a numerical model is employed to explore the mechanism of groundwater recharge via *** results are as follows:(1)Moisture content and temperature in the shallow vadose zone exhibit significant seasonal variations,with moisture content diminishing with increasing depth;(2)Groundwater recharge via precipitation infiltration initially increases and then decreases with groundwater level depth(GWD).Peak groundwater recharge via precipitation occurs at a GWD of 0.75 m,decreasing to merely 0.012 cm at GWDs exceeding 2 m;(3)Groundwater is no longer susceptible to phreatic water evaporation when the GWD reaches approximately 3.7 ***,GWD plays a crucial role in governing groundwater recharge via precipitation in the Badain Jaran Desert.

Dual-phase heterointerface electrocatalysts(DPHE)constructed by oxygen reduction reaction(ORR)-and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)-active elements exhibit excellent bifunctional activity and long-term durability due to the abundant interface exposure and synergistic catalytic ***,low-dimensional N-doped graphene nanoribbons(N-GNRs)coupling with ultrathin CoO nanocomposites(N-GNRs/CoO)were controllably fabricated through a facile two-step approach using synthesized Co(OH)_2 nanosheet as CoO *** functional theory(DFT)calculations and experimental characterizations prove that the formation of interface between N-GNRs and CoO can induce local charge redistribution,contributing to the improvement of catalytic activity and *** optimal N-GNRs/CoO DPHE possesses hierarchically porous architectures and presents outstanding bifunctional activities with a small potential gap of 0.729 V between the potential at 10 mA·cm^(-2)for OER and the halfwave potential for ORR,which outperforms Pt/C+IrO_(2)and the majority of noble-metal-free bifunctional ***-and solid-state rechargeable Zn-air batteries assembled with N-GNRs/CoO as the cathode also display high peak power density and fantastic cycle stability,superior to that of benchmark Pt/C+IrO_(2)*** is anticipated to offer significant benefits toward high activity,stability and mechanical flexibility bifunctional oxygen electrocatalysts for rechargeable Zn-air batteries.

新时代,深化社会参与学校评价改革,既是构建多元主体参与、符合我国实际、具有中国特色和世界水平教育评价体系的必然要求,也是对“加快建设教育强国”的积极回应。本研究选取“耦合共生”理论作为分析视角,分别从耦合共生单元、耦合共生模式、耦合共生环境、耦合共生界面四个维度对社会参与学校评价的应然逻辑、现实困境、实践策略等进行分析、审视和建构。研究发现,社会参与学校评价的耦合共生单元动力不强、耦合共生模式单向嵌入、耦合共生环境赋能乏力、耦合共生界面传导受阻,制约社会参与学校评价的效能产出。深化社会参与学校评价改革需要凝聚学校评价单元共识,增强耦合共生内动力;创新学校评价模式形态,增强系统共生耦合度;营造社会参与环境氛围,增强耦合共生外驱力;理顺学校评价介质界面,增强耦合共生效能度,努力实现社会参与学校评价耦合共生系统的最优化。

Although various anti-osteoporosis drugs are available,the limitations of these therapies,including drug resistance and collateral responses,require the development of novel anti-osteoporosis *** Drynariae displays a promising anti-osteoporosis effect,while the effective component and mechanism remain ***,we revealed the therapeutic potential of Rhizoma Drynariae-derived nanovesicles(RDNVs)for postmenopausal osteoporosis and demonstrated that RDNVs potentiated osteogenic differentiation of human bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(hBMSCs)by targeting estrogen receptor-alpha(ERα).RDNVs,a natural product isolated from fresh Rhizoma Drynariae root juice by differential ultracentrifugation,exhibited potent bone tissue-targeting activity and anti-osteoporosis efficacy in an ovariectomized mouse ***,effectively internalized by hBMSCs,enhanced proliferation and ERαexpression levels of hBMSC,and promoted osteogenic differentiation and bone ***,via the ERαsignaling pathway,RDNVs facilitated mRNA and protein expression of bone morphogenetic protein 2 and runt-related transcription factor 2 in hBMSCs,which are involved in regulating osteogenic *** analysis revealed that naringin,existing in RDNVs,was the active component targeting ERαin the osteogenic *** together,our study identified that naringin in RDNVs displays exciting bone tissue-targeting activity to reverse osteoporosis by promoting hBMSCs proliferation and osteogenic differentiation through estrogen-like effects.

BACKGROUND Loneliness and isolation are associated with multiple cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),but there is a lack of research on whether they were causally *** conducted a Mendelian Randomization(MR)study to explore causal relationships between loneliness and isolation and multiple *** Single nucleotide polymorphisms associated with loneliness and isolation were identified from a genome-wide association study(GWAS)of 455,364 individuals of European ancestry in the IEU GWAS *** data for 15 CVDs were also obtained from the IEU GWAS *** used three MR methods including inverse variance weighting,MR-Egger,and weighted median estimation to assess the causal effect of exposure on ***'s Q test and MR-Egger intercept test were used to evaluate the heterogeneity and *** MR analysis showed that loneliness and isolation were significantly associated with essential hypertension(OR=1.07,95%CI:1.03-1.12),atherosclerotic heart disease(OR=1.04;95%CI:1.02-1.06),myocardial infarction(OR=1.02;95%CI:1-1.04)and angina(OR=1.04;95%CI=1.02-1.06).No heterogeneity and pleiotropy effects were found in this *** Causal relationship of loneliness and isolation with CVDs were found in this study.

Drought is a major threat to alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.)*** discovery of important alfalfa genes regulating drought response will facilitate breeding for drought-resistant alfalfa ***,we report a genome-wide association study of drought resistance in *** identified and functionally characterized an MYB-like transcription factor gene(MsMYBH),which increases the drought resistance in *** with the wild-types,the biomass and forage quality were enhanced in MsMYBH overexpressed *** RNA-seq,proteomics and chromatin immunoprecipitation analysis showed that MsMYBH can directly bind to the promoters of MsMCP1,MsMCP2,MsPRX1A and MsCARCAB to improve their *** outcomes of such interactions include better water balance,high photosynthetic efficiency and scavenge excess H_(2)O_(2)in response to ***,an E3 ubiquitin ligase(MsWAV3)was found to induce MsMYBH degradation under long-term drought,via the 26S proteasome ***,variable-number tandem repeats in MsMYBH promoter were characterized among a collection of germplasms,and the variation is associated with promoter ***,our findings shed light on the functions of MsMYBH and provide a pivotal gene that could be leveraged for breeding drought-resistant *** discovery also offers new insights into the mechanisms of drought resistance in alfalfa.
