Due to their simplicity in preparation,sensitivity and selectivity,fluorescent probes have become the analytical tool of choice in a wide range of research and industrial fields,facilitating the rapid detection of chemical substances of interest as well as the study of important physiological and pathological processes at the cellular *** addition,many long-wavelength fluorescent probes developed have also proven applicable for in vivo biomedical applications including fluorescenceguided disease diagnosis and theranostics(e.g.,fluorogenic prodrugs).Impressive progresses have been made in the development of sensing agents and materials for the detection of ions,organic small molecules,and biomacromolecules including enzymes,DNAs/RNAs,lipids,and carbohydrates that play crucial roles in biological and disease-relevant ***,we highlight examples of fluorescent probes and functional materials for biological applications selected from the special issues“Fluorescent Probes”and“Molecular Sensors and Logic Gates”recently published in this journal,offering insights into the future development of powerful fluorescence-based chemical tools for basic biological studies and clinical translation.

Carbon uptake by cement in China:Estimation and contribution to carbon neutrality goals

Cement is a widely used construction material *** manufacturing contributes to anthropogenic CO_(2)emissions ***,its alkaline compounds can absorb CO_(2)from the surrounding environment and engage in a carbonation reaction,thereby functioning as a carbon *** a major cement producer and consumer,China has an important responsibility to rigorously investigate and accurately account for cement carbon *** study presents a comprehensive analytical model of cement carbon uptake from China,revealing a substantial increase in carbon uptake from 1930 to 2021,peaking at 426.77 Mt CO_(2)(95% Confidence Interval:317.67-874.33 Mt CO_(2))in *** uptake accounts for 8.10% to 45.40% of China’s annual land sink and 2.51% to 4.54% of the global land *** cumulative carbon uptake by cement is approximately 7.06 Gt CO_(2)(95%CI:5.22–9.44 Gt CO_(2))during this period,offsetting 50.7% of the total emissions(13.91 Gt CO_(2),95%CI:12.44–17.00 Gt CO_(2))from the cement ***,cement mortar contributed to most absorption(65.64%).From a life cycle perspective,the service stage of cement materials is the period where the largest CO_(2)sink is formed,accounting for 90.03% of the ***,the potential for carbon sequestration in cement materials and their waste is ***,the model improves the accuracy of cement carbon accounting,supporting both China and global carbon neutrality ***,it is crucial for China to achieve its carbon neutrality goals sooner by prioritizing the environmental benefits of cement materials and wastes,and accelerating the development and commercialization of CO_(2)sequestration technologies for cement and its by-products.

Influence of Puncture Site on Radial Artery Occlusion After Transradial Coronary Intervention

Background：The risk of radial artery occlusion （RAO） needs particular attention in transradial intervention （TRI）.Therefore,reducing vascular occlusion has an important clinical *** aim of this study was to determine the appropriate puncture site during TRI through comparing the occurrence of RAO between the different puncture sites to reduce the occurrence of RAO after ***：We prospectively assessed the occurrence of RAO in 606 consecutive patients undergoing *** occlusion was evaluated with Doppler ultrasound in 2 days and 1 year after the *** factors for RAO were evaluated using a multivariate model ***：Of the 606 patients,the RAO occurred in 56 *** with TRI at 2-5 cm away from the radius styloid process,the odds ratio （OR） for occlusion risk at 0 cm and 1 cm were 9.65 （P =0.033） and 8.90 （P =0.040）,*** RAO occurred in the ratio of the arterial diameter to the sheath diameter ≤1 （OR =2.45,P =0.004）.Conclusion：Distal puncture sites （0-1 cm away from the radius styloid process） can lead to a higher rate of RAO.

Design,synthesis and biological activity of novel substituted pyrazole amide derivatives targeting Ec R/USP receptor

In order to discover highly active ecdysone analogs, a series of new substituted pyrazole amide derivatives were obtained using structure-guided optimization method and further screened for their insecticidal activities, in the basis of the core structures of the two active compounds N-（3-methoxyphenyl）-3-（tert-butyl）-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide（6e） and N-（4-（tert-butyl）phenyl）-3-（tert-butyl）-1-phenyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide（6i）, previously presented by us. The chemical structures of the title compounds were identified by spectral analyses. The preliminary bioassay results indicated that one among the synthesized pyrazole derivatives, compound 34, endowed with good activity against Mythimna Separata at 10 mg/L, which was equal to that displayed by the positive control tebufenozide. In addition, examples of molecular docking and molecular dynamics studies demonstrated that 34 may be the potential inhibitor to Ec R and its docking conformation was similar to that of tebufenozide. In addition, increasing the hydrophobic effect and considering the suitable bulk effect on pyrazole ring are beneficial to the inhibiting activity to Ec R and activity in vivo.

In order to screen out the antagonistic microorganisms with benign symbiosis and enhance the control effects of tobacco soil-borne diseases by using multiple biocontrol strains,seventeen species of antagonistic microorganisms（mainly included 6 species of Trichoderma,4 species of bacteria and 7 species of actinomycetes）,which were screened and proved that have strong inhibition effects on common tobacco root pathogenic fungus from tobacco growing soil of Luoyang,were used as the research object of this experiment on the basis of previous *** this test,we measured the interactions between these antagonistic microorganisms by means of a method called improved confrontation *** mainly results obtained are as follows;（1） The confront culture results of Trichoderma strains showed that:most of Trichoderma strains ghave inhibition effects with each *** them,T1,T2 and T3 are selected for their well compatibilities,which suggested that these three species of strains have symbiotic *** inhibition effects are usually expressed as the competition of growth space,such as the impaction of aerial mycelium growth and sporulation *** the same time,there was a certain relationship between the inhibition effect and the mycelial growth rate.（2） The experimental results of the compatibilities between four tested antagonistic bacterial strains multi-performance to be *** them,the mutual inhibition rate of compatible combination B1-B2 and B3-B4 below 20%,which showed up complete compatibilities and could be used as mixed objects;however,as incompatible combination B3 has strong inhibitory effects on B1,whose inhibition rate could reach 100%and can not be mixed.（3） The confrontation results between seven speices of antagonistic actinomycetes showed that there were some inhibitory effects on different *** interactions between antagonistic actinomycetes were often expressed through influencing hyphae growth as well as changing the c

Genetic mechanism of body size variation in groupers:Insights from phylotranscriptomics

Animal body size variation is of particular interest in evolutionary biology,but the genetic basis remains largely *** studies have shown the presence of two parallel evolutionary genetic clusters within the fish genus Epinephelus with evident divergence in body size,providing an excellent opportunity to investigate the genetic basis of body size variation in ***,we performed phylotranscriptomic analysis and reconstructed the phylogeny of 13 epinephelids originating from the South China *** genetic clades with an estimated divergence time of approximately 15.4 million years ago were correlated with large and small body size,respectively.A total of 180 rapidly evolving genes and two positively selected genes were identified between the two *** enrichment analyses of these candidate genes revealed distinct enrichment categories between the two *** pathways and genes may play important roles in body size variation in groupers through complex regulatory *** on our results,we speculate that the ancestors of the two divergent groups of groupers may have adapted to different environments through habitat selection,leading to genetic variations in metabolic patterns,organ development,and lifespan,resulting in body size divergence between the two locally adapted *** findings provide important insights into the genetic mechanisms underlying body size variation in groupers and species differentiation.

＜正＞The lagged diffusivity fixed point method,which is global and linear convergence,is one of the most efficient methods for total variation image *** each fixed point iteration solving a large and ill-condition linear system,which precludes direct use of fast transform methods,is too computationally *** this paper,in order to obtain a considerable reduction in computational burden we accelerate the lagged diffusivity fixed point method by vector extrapolation methods,where the novelty resides in the possibilities of applying the vector extrapolation *** experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the acceleration of the lagged diffusivity fixed point method in total variation image restoration.
