This paper presents a software application of a new method for color restoration of faded images and maps. This method is composed of two steps. The first step is to enable the recovery of the brightest point and the darkest. The second step lets build chart of integrated average luminance in （R, G, B） space. This is different from the usual chart built for each color channel separately. The algorithm focuses on adjusting the points with the average luminance and especially the point almost gray. The algorithm is programmed as a part of the data-tool software package. The data-tool software package comprises of two parts： Part I for restoration of aged photos; and Part II specifically for maps. The data-tool software is programmed in the C language, integrated with the support of a few tools in Matlap A set of the old faded maps at the Geological Museum of Vietnam is selected to test the performance of the proposed color restoration method. The time needed to process images is shorted by utilizing parallel computing tools.

近几年来,互联网、通信和信息技术不断迅速发展并普及到家家户户。互联网已经成为人们生活中非常重要的一部分,它几乎渗入到每个家庭的每个角落。互联网的发展也带动了电子商务行业的发展,开辟了提高经济效益的新途径,与此同时它也为网络零售市场的开发与发展提供了良好的契机。因此,电子商务网站出现越来越多,它们之间的竞争也较为激烈。在电子商务网站不断增长的背景下,消费者不仅关心产品的质量和成本,而且更关心他们是否享受到满意的服务,这导致了在相同的条件下可以提供最高的质量服务的企业将获得优势。所以如何在TiKi的B2C经营模式中找到满足消费者需求的营销策略已成为一个迫切需要解决的问题。本论文主要研究TIKI电商公司的营销策略。首先本论文介绍研究背景、目的、意义、内容和研究方法。接着通过相关的理论概述对公司进行分析,其中有电子商务概念、网络营销理论、营销宏观环境理论、营销微观环境理论如PEST理论、波特五力模型、SWOT理论和营销组合理论。进一步了解公司历史和分析公司存在的问题,然后通过政治法律、经济、社会、文化和科技环境方面分析宏观环境;接着通过供应商议价能力、消费者议价能力、现有竞争对手、替代品威胁、潜在的竞争者的进入风险面分析微观环境。最后通过SWOT分析公司的优势和劣势。从以上分析中,我们将介绍市场细分策略、目标市场和市场定位,然后然后通过产品策略、价格策略、渠道策略和促销策略来制定营销组合策略;最后从公司长远发展角度出发,建立后勤团队,产品研发团队和法务部门以及加强人才储备管理等是必要的。加强物流服务的建设是销售的基础及重要性的保障措施之一;研发团队,根据市场部提出的需求及趋势不定期研发及推出适合市场的产品是巩固公司发展的决定性要素之一。随着知识产权的不断发展,法务部门的成立保护公司的利益是必须的。

In this paper we present a new method combining interior and exterior approaches to solve linear programming problems. With the assumption that a feasible interior solution to the input system is known, this algorithm uses it and appropriate constraints of the system to construct a sequence of the so called station cones whose vertices tend very fast to the solution to be found. The computational experiments show that the number of iterations of the new algorithm is significantly smaller than that of the second phase of the simplex method. Additionally, when the number of variables and constraints of the problem increase, the number of iterations of the new algorithm increase in a slower manner than that of the simplex method.

Land use type affects the physicochemical properties of *** value of OM and TN is high in acacia *** acidity of soil is considered a serious constraint for *** cash crops are acacia,cassava,banana,rice and *** fertility is affected by land-use types and land management,which exacerbates soil erosion and various other forms of soil degradation in the mountainous regions of *** study was conducted in A Luoi District,Thua Thien hue,Vietnam to identify the effects of land-use types on specific soil physicochemical characteristics related to soil *** physicochemical properties,such as organic matter(OM),total nitrogen(TN),total phosphorous(TP),and K+were significantly affected by land-use *** results showed that the soils were sandy in rice but clay loam for acacia and *** mean bulk density value of acacia soil was significantly greater than that of other *** were higher in the acacia soils than those in the rice,maize,and banana *** OM content was significantly higher in the acacia,cassava,and banana soils than those in the rice and maize *** mean of exchangeable K+in the rice soil was higher compared to those in other soils and was affected by land-use *** high exchangeable acidity content in the soils was probably due to intensive ***,both land use type and management did not affect the CEC ***,the inappropriate land use caused the disturbance of soil physicochemical properties,indicating that the conditions of rice and maize soils are becoming worse than acacia ***,lowering the intensity of cultivation,adopting incorporated soil fertility management,and applying organic fertilizer should preserve the existing conditions and enhance soil properties.

Objective:To investigate the protective potential of ethanolic extracts of Tetracera scandens L.(***) against CCl_4 induced oxidative stress in liver ***:Dried leaf powder of *** was extracted with ethanol and concentrated to yield a dry *** were administered with 100 mg/kg of ethanolic extracts orally once daily for one *** were subsequently administered with a single dose of CCl_4(I mL/kg body weight,intraperitoneal injection).Various assays,such as serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,lipid peroxidation,protein oxidation(carbonyl protein group),tumor necrosis factor alpha,catalase,superoxide dismutase,and glutathione peroxidase,were used to assess damage caused by CCl_4 and the protective effects of the ethanol extract on liver ***:Hepatotoxicity induced by CCl_4 was evidenced by a significant increase in serum aspartate aminotransferase and alanine aminotransferase level,lipid peroxidation,protein carbonyl group,and tumor necrosis factor alpha,as well as decreased activity of the hepatic antioxidant enzymes(*** *** glutathione peroxidase).Treatment with ethanolic *** extracts prevented all of these typically observed changes in CCl_4-treated ***:Our findings indicate that *** has a significant protective effect against CCl_4 induced hepatotoxicity in *** may be due to its antioxidant properties.

With the rapid growth of the autonomous system,deep learning has become integral parts to enumerate applications especially in the case of healthcare *** body vertebrae are the longest and complex parts of the human *** are numerous kinds of conditions such as scoliosis,vertebra degeneration,and vertebrate disc spacing that are related to the human body vertebrae or spine or *** detection of these problems is very important otherwise patients will suffer from a disease for a *** this proposed system,we developed an autonomous system that detects lumbar implants and diagnoses scoliosis from the modified Vietnamese x-ray *** applied two different approaches including pre-trained APIs and transfer learning with their pre-trained models due to the unavailability of sufficient x-ray medical *** results show that transfer learning is suitable for the modified Vietnamese x-ray imaging data as compared to the pre-trained API ***,we also explored and analyzed four transfer learning models and two pre-trained API models with our datasets in terms of accuracy,sensitivity,and specificity.

Objective: To investigated the protective potential of ethanol extracts of Scutellaria baicalensis(S. baicalensis) against lipopolysaccharide(LPS)-induced liver injury. Methods: Dried roots of S. baicalensis were extracted with ethanol and concentrated to yield a dry residue. Mice were administered 200 mg/kg of the ethanol extracts orally once daily for one week. Animals were subsequently administered a single dose of LPS(5 mg/kg of body weight, intraperitoneal injection). Both protein and m RNA levels of cytokines, such as tumor necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, and interleukin-6 in liver tissues were evaluated by ELISA assay and quantitative PCR. C yclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB protein levels in liver tissues were analyzed by western blotting. Results: Liver injury induced by LPS signifi cantly increased necrosis factor alpha, interleukin-1β, interleukin-6, cyclooxygenase-2, inducible nitric oxide synthase, and nuclear factor-κB in liver tissues. Treatment with ethanol extracts of S. baicalensis prevented all of these observed changes associated with LPS-induced injury in liver ***: Our study showed that S. baicalensis is potentially protective against LPS-induced liver injury in mice.

Objective:To compare the effectiveness of inositol and metformin on the clinical characteristics,and endocrine and metabolic profiles of infertile polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)women from ***:From June 2018 to August 2022,a randomized trial was undertaken at the hue Center for Endocrinology and Reproduction on infertile women aged 18 to 40 years with polycystic ovarian *** clinical,endocrine,and metabolic features of these individuals were assessed before and after 3 months of treatment with 2 g of inositol or 1700 mg of metformin per *** pregnancy rates,adverse effects,and tolerance of inositol were ***:The study included 171 infertile PCOS women who were eligible to participate and took part in the baseline assessment,of whom 132 women participated in data analysis after 3 *** metformin treatment,42.1%of women with oligomenorrhea experienced regular *** significantly lowered body mass index(BMI),waist circumference and testosterone levels,but had no effect on other clinical characteristics,endocrine profiles,or metabolic profiles.29.2%Of women reported experiencing side effects.21%Of them attained pregnancy,which resulted in 17.1%of live *** the inositol group,the rate of regular cycle increased by 18.2%and the total testosterone concentration significantly *** overweight/obese women with PCOS,inositol significantly decreased weight,BMI,waist and hip circumferences(Plerated inositol and continued treatment.18.9%Of them became pregnant,leading to 17%of live ***:Metformin and inositol can improve weight and waist circumference in overweight/obese infertile women with *** is associated with a higher rate of regular menstruation,whereas inositol is associated with a lower rate of adverse *** spontaneous conception,clinical pregnancy,and live birth rates between two groups are comparable.

Bacterial leaf blight of rice (BLB), caused by Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae, is one of the most destructive diseases in Asian rice fields. A high-quality rice variety, LT2, was used as the recipient ***21, which carries the Xa21 gene, was used as the donor parent. The resistance gene Xa21 was introduced into LT2 by marker-assisted backcrossing. Three Xoo races were used to inoculate the improved lines following the clipping method. Eleven BC_3F_3 lines carrying Xa21 were obtained based on molecular markers and agronomic performance. The 11 lines were then inoculated with the three Xoo races. All the 11 improved lines showed better resistance to BLB than the recipient parent LT2. Based on the level of resistance to BLB and their agronomic performance, five lines (BC_3F_3 5.***.5.1, BC_3F_3 5.***.5.12, BC_3F_3 8.***.6.44, BC_3F_3 9.***.4.1 and BC_3F_3 9.***.4.23) were selected as the most promising for commercial release. These improved lines could contribute to rice production in terms of food security.
