Conjugation of antibodies to nanoparticles allows specific cancer targeting,but conventional conjugation methods generate heterogeneous conjugations that cannot guarantee the optimal orientation and functionality of the conjugated ***,a molecular engineering technique was used for sitespecific conjugation of antibodies to *** designed an anti-claudin 3(CLDN3)antibody containing a single cysteine residue,h4 G3 cys,then linked it to the maleimide group of lipid polydopamine hybrid nanoparticles(LPNs).Because of their negatively charged lipid coating,LPNs showed high colloidal stability and provided a functional surface for site-specific conjugation of h4 G3 *** activity of h4 G3 cys was tested by measuring the binding of h4 G3 cys-conjugated LPNs(C-LPNs)to CLDN3-positive tumor cells and assessing its subsequent photothermal effects.C-LPNsspecifically recognized CLDN3-overexpressing T47 D breast cancer cells but not CLDN3-negative hs578 T breast cancer *** binding of C-LPNs to CLDN3-overexpressing T47 D cells resulted in significantly higher temperature generation upon NIR irradiation and potent anticancer photothermal *** with this,intravenous injection of C-LPNsin a T47 D xenograft mouse model followed by NIR irradiation caused remarkable tumor ablation compared with other treatments through high temperature *** results establish an accurate antibody-linking method and demonstrate the possibility of developing therapeutics using antibody-guided nanoparticles.

LiNi_(0.5)Co_(0.2)Mn_(0.3)O_(2)(NCM523) cathode materials can operate at extremely high voltages and have exceptional energy ***,their use is limited by inherent structure instability during charge/discharge and exceptionally oxidizing Ni^(4+)at the ***,we have developed a citrate-assisted deposition concept to achieve a uniform lithium-conductive LiNbO_(3) coating layer on the NCM523 surface that avoids self-nucleation of Nb-contained compounds in solution *** electrode-electrolyte interface is therefore stabilized by physically blocking the detrimental parasitic reactions and Ni^(4+)dissolution whilst still maintaining high Li+***,the modified NCM523 exhibits an encouraging Li-storage specific capacity of 207.4 m Ah g-1at 0.2 C and 128.9 m Ah g-1 at 10 C over the range 3.0-4.5 ***,a 92% capacity retention was obtained after 100 cycles at 1 C,much higher than that of the pristine NCM523(73%).This surface engineering strategy can be extended to modify other Ni-rich cathode materials with durable electrochemical performances.

Metavolcanic rocks hosting base metal sulphide mineralization, and belonging to the Kid Metamorphic Complex, are exposed in the Samra-Tarr area, Southern Sinai. The rocks consist of slightly metamorphosed varicolored porphyritic lavas of rhyolite-to-andesite composition, and their equivalent pyroclastics. Geochemically, these metavolcanics are classified as high-K calc-alkaline, metaluminous andesites, trachyandesites, dacites, and rhyolites. The geochemical characteristics of these metavolcanics strongly point to their derivation from continental crust in an active continental margin. The sulphide mineralization in these metavolcanics occurs in two major ore zones, and is represented by four distinct styles of mineralization. The mineralization occurs either as low-grade disseminations or as small massive pockets. The associated hydrothermal alterations include carbonatization, silicification, sericitization and argillic alterations. The base metal sulphide mineralization is epigenetic and was formed by hvdrothermal solutions associated with subduction-related volcanic activity.

Nanowires/nanorods of europium/terbium orthophosphate monohydrate with Eu^3＋ concentration of 6, 11, and 20 at.% were prepared by microwave synthesis method. The effects of Eu^3＋ doping concentration on structure, morphology and optical properties of nanomaterials were also investigated. The results showed that, for all studied Eu^3＋ doping concentrations, a single-crystalline phase of rhabdophane-type （Eu,Tb）PO4·h2O nanowires/nanorods was obtained by using microwave heating of an aqueous solution of terbium（Ⅲ） nitrate, europium（Ⅲ） nitrate and Nh4h2PO4 with ph=2. The length and width of these nanowires/nanorods ranged from 150 to 300 nm and from 10 to 50 nm, respectively. The evidence of energy transfer from Tb^3＋ to Eu^3＋ due to the energy overlap between the donor Tb^3＋ and the acceptor Eu^3＋was observed obviously via a significant enhancement in the luminescent intensity of Eu^3＋. Zirconium metal-organic frameworks ZrOBDC(where BDC=C6h4(COOh)2,terephthalic acid)doped and co-doped with rare earth ions Ln(ZrOBDC:Ln^3+,where Ln^3+=Eu3+and Tb^3+as well as Er^3+and Yb^3+)were used as precursors for the design of tetragonal rare earth doped zirconia nanoparticles(t-ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs)through annealing ***,characterization and luminescence properties of ZrOBDC:Ln^3+and ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs were *** as-obtained t-ZrO2:Ln^3+NPs have high purity with an average size of 20-30 *** luminescence spectra of ZrOBDC:Tb^3+and ZrOBDC:Eu3+display strong green and red emission at around 544 and 611 nm which correspond to 5D4→7F5 and 5D0→7F2 transitions of Tb^3+and Eu3+ions,*** green and red up-conversion emissions of ZrO2:Er^3+,Yb^3+NPs due to 2h11/2,4S3/2→4I15/2 and 4F9/2→4I15/2 transitions of the Er^3+ions are observed under 976 nm laser excitation.

The basis of this study is to identify the versatility of N,N,N＇-trimethyl-N＇-tallow-1,3-diaminopropane（DTTM） surfactant in high saline environments. The surfactant was examined with sodium chloride, NaCl, to understand how triggers such as salt, p h, temperature, and surfactant concentration influences the viscoelastic response of the surfactant solution. The DTTM surfactant and salt（NaCl） concentrations used in steady-state shear viscosity analysis range from 0.2 wt% to 2 wt%and 5 wt% to 25 wt%, respectively. Along with DTTM results, three similar chemical structures are investigated to understand how viscosity changes with alterations in tail and head group composition. It was found that DTTM surfactant has the capability of transitioning from a foam-bearing to viscoelastic state at low surfactant concentrations under moderate to high saline conditions. A longer tail length promotes viscoelasticity and shear-thinning behavior. Terminals consisting of hydroxides or ethoxylates have a lower viscosity than that of methyl terminals. A head group consisting of two nitrogen atoms has a higher viscosity than those containing one nitrogen atom. The rheological characterization of DTTM presented in this paper is part of a larger study in determining the capability of this surfactant to foam CO2 for improving mobility control in CO2 enhanced oil recovery in high saline oil formations.

Objective:To evaluate the impact of prolonged post-thaw embryos culture on pregnancy outcome during frozen embryo transfer ***:This prospective cohort study evaluated 324 thaw transfer cycles with 819 embryos from 269 patients at the Center for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of hue University hospital in *** frozen embryo transfer cycles were divided into two groups at the time of thawing:the short culture group(2-hour post-thaw culture)and the overnight culture group(overnight culture for 18 h)before the embryo was transferred into the *** rates of embryo intact,grade A embryo at frozen and transfer time and continuing cleavage were *** clinical outcomes including serum beta-human chorionic gonadotropin,clinical pregnancy and implantation rate were evaluated after 14 days,4 weeks,6 weeks,respectively,after embryo ***:human chorionic gonadotropin positive occurred in 39.5%of patients in the short culture group compared to 25.9%in the overnight culture group with risk difference(RD)=13.6%,relative risk(RR)=1.343,95%confidence interval(CI)1.085-1.663,Phe short culture group and overnight culture group was 33.3%and 24.1%,respectively(RD=9.2%,RR=1.242,95%CI 0.996-1.549,P=0.06)and the implantation rate in the short culture group and overnight culture group was 16.5%and 11.0%,respectively(RD=5.5%,RR=1.244,95%CI 1.046-1.479,P=0.01).In women of advanced age(≥35 years)and women who received 3 embryos,pregnancy outcomes were found to be significantly(Phigher in the short culture than in the overnight culture ***:The prolonged post-thaw culture period does not increase pregnancy outcome in comparison with the short culture.

Design and synthesis of low bandgap(LBG) polymer donors is inevitably challenging and their processability from a non-halogenated solvent system remains a hurdle to overcome in the area of highperformance polymer solar cells(PSCs).Due to a high aggregation tendency of LBG polymers,especially diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP)-based polymers coupled with bithiophenes in the polymer backbones,their widespread adoption in non-ha logena ted solvent-processed PSCs has been ***,a novel LBG DPP-based polymer,called PDPP4 T-1 F with asymmetric arrangement of fluorine atom,has been successfully synthesized and showed an outstanding power conversion efficiency(PCE) of 10.10% in a singlejunction fullerene-based ***,an impressive PCE of 13.21% has been achieved in a tandem device from a fully non-halogenated solvent system,which integrates a wide bandgap PDTBTBz-2 F polymer in the bottom cell and LBG PDPP4 T-1 F polymer in the top *** achieved efficiency is the highest value reported in the literature to date in fullerene-based tandem *** found that a uniformly distributed interpenetrating fibril network with nano-scale phase separation and anisotropy of the polymer backbone orientation for efficient charge transfer/transport and suppressed charge recombination in PDPP4 T-1 F-based PSCs led to outstanding PCEs in single and tandem-junction PSCs.
