针对弱纹理情况下缺陷特征不明显和小目标缺陷分割准确性较低的问题,提出基于差分卷积和深浅层特征融合的表面缺陷分割方法。首先,基于差分卷积设计特征增强模块,对特征图进行特征增强;其次,在特征融合网络中将深浅层特征进行融合,对浅层网络中的细节特征和深层网络中的语义信息进行有效融合;最后分别采用NEU-Seg和MT-Magnetic数据集对本文方法和现有的代表性方法进行综合对比分析。结果表明:本文研究方法在NEU-Seg和MT-Magnetic数据集上分别实现85.2%、83.3%的分割精度,优于现有的代表性语义分割算法,证明该法可有效提升弱纹理和弱小缺陷的分割准确度,显著提高缺陷分割算法的精度。

In this work, a double signal amplified immunosensor based on the enhanced CdSe@ZnS quantum dots(QDs)electrochemiluminescence(ECL) via TiO_2 nanoparticles(TiO_2 NPs) and the outstanding quencher of polydopamine(PDA) decorated Au nanoparticles(Au@PDA NPs) for ultrasensitive detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)has been successfully achieved. The ECL of CdSe@ZnS QDs with different sizes has been investigated carefully, especially cooperation with TiO_2 NPs. Au@PDA NPs have been synthesized and characterized by transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and UV–Vis spectrum, which acted as ECL quenchers to label the secondary antibody(Ab_2) of CEA to form Ab_2/Au@PDA NPs conjugates. The sandwich-structured immunosensor was formed between capture antibody(Ab_1) on CdSe@ZnS QDs/TiO_2 NPs/glassy carbon electrode,CEA and Ab_2/Au@PDA NPs conjugates, resulting in a proportional ECL quenching signal relevant to the CEA concentration. Thus, CEA as a model biomarker has been detected in the linear range from 0.001 to 100 ng mL^(-1) with a limit of detection of 0.35 pg m L^(-1) (S/N = 3).

To further improve the microstructure and mechanical properties of gas tungsten arc welded(GTAW)welded joints for ZC63 magnesium alloy,post-weld heat treatment is carried *** is found that the majority of the MgZnCu phase in the fusion zone(FZ)is dissolved in theα-Mg matrix under suitable heat treatment *** remainder is diffusely distributed as rods or granules at the grain *** excessive heat treatment temperature(460℃)leads to abnormal grain growth(AGG)in the *** substructure gradient between the abnormally grown grains and the surrounding small grains pro-vides the driving force for ***,the dissolution of the MgZnCu phase weakens the hindering effect of the second phase on grain boundary migration,setting the stage for *** addition,the detri-mental impact of the continuous MgZnCu phase on the mechanical properties of the welded joint is also lessened by its *** ultimate tensile strength(UTS),yield strength(YS)and elongation(EL)of the welded joints are 255 MPa,119 MPa and 27.0%,respectively,under the post-weld heat treatment process of 440℃×12 *** welding coefficient of the welded joint reaches 97.0%,satisfying the service criteria set forth by the mechanical properties of the welded joints.

It would open a new way and provide a guidance for design and preparation of stable and strong multicolor ECL emitters for simultaneous multicomponent analysis application.

Objective:To evaluate the existing randomized controlled trials(RCTs)for evidence of the efficacy and safety of head acupuncture(HA)plus Schuell’s language rehabilitation(SLR)in post-stroke ***:Seven databases including Embase,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Technology Periodical Database,the China National Knowledge Infrastructure,SinoMed and Wanfang Data Information Site were searched for RCTs published from database inception until November 14,*** that compared HA plus SLR with sham(or blank)control,acupuncture therapy alone,certain language rehabilitation therapy alone or other therapies for post-stroke aphasia were *** were extracted and assessed,and the quality of RCTs was ***-effects model was used,with meta-influence analysis,meta-regression,and regression-based sub-group analyses applied for exploration of *** bias was estimated by funnel plots and Egger’s ***:A total of 32 RCTs with1,968 patients were included and 51 comparisons were conducted classified as types of strokes and aphasia.(1)For patients with aphasia after ischemic stroke,HA plus PSA showed significantly higher accumulative markedly effective rate[relative risk(RR)=1.55,95% confidence interval(CI):1.19-2.02,I^(2)=0%]and accumulative effective rate(RR=1.22,95%CI:1.09-1.36,I^(2)=0%).(2)For patients with comprehensive types of stroke,HA plus PSA was more effective in increasing recovery rate(RR=1.89,95%CI:1.39-2.56,I^(2)=0%),accumulative markedly effective rate(RR=1.53,95%CI:1.36-1.72,I^(2)=9%)and accumulative effective rate(RR=1.14,95%CI:1.09-1.19,I^(2)=34%).(3)For patients with aphasia after stroke,HA plus PSA was superior to PSA alone with statistical significance in increasing recovery rate(RR=2.08,95%CI:1.24-3.46,I^(2)=0%),accumulative markedly effective rate(RR=1049,95%CI:1.24-1.78,I^(2)=0%)and accumulative effective rate(RR=1.15,95%CI:1.06-1.24,12=39%).(4)For patients with multiple types of aphasia,HA plus PSA also demonstrat

Using coal gangue(CG)as raw material,a new type of all solid-waste-based 13-X molecular sieve material was controllably prepared by alkali fusion-hydrothermal *** synthetic molecular sieve was used as a solid adsorbent to treat Cd^(2+)-containing wastewater,and its adsorption behavior on Cd^(2+)in aqueous solution was studied and *** microstructure and morphology of the molecular sieve were investigated by X-ray diffraction(XRD),field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM)and specific surface area *** results show that the synthesized 13-X molecular sieve has higher Brunauer–Emmett–Teller(BET)specific surface area with higher crystallinity and higher adsorption capacity for the heavy metal Cd^(2+).The adsorption process of Cd^(2+)by molecular sieve conforms to the Langmuir isotherm adsorption equation and Lagergren pseudo-second-order rate *** with thermodynamic calculation,it can be concluded that the adsorption process is physically monolayer,spontaneous and *** this study,a low-cost and naturally available synthesis method of 13-X molecular sieve is *** with its adsorption mechanism for Cd^(2+),it provides a feasible and general method for removing heavy metal ions from coal gangue and also provides a new way for the utilization of coal gangue with high added value.

目的:探究心电图参数联合血浆N-末端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者预后的评估价值。方法:选取108例CHF患者为研究对象,按随访12个月内是否发生心血管不良事件(MACE)将患者分为MACE组(n=30)与预后良好组(n=78)。收集并比较两组患者相关资料,包括一般资料、左室射血分数(LVEF)、生化指标[总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、白细胞计数(WBC)、血浆N-末端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)]水平及心电图参数(QRS波时限、额面QRS-T夹角)。采用多因素Logistic回归分析CHF发生MACE的危险因素。使用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析相关指标对MACE的预测价值。结果:与预后良好组相比,MACE组的年龄更大,LVEF更低,NYHA分级、QRS波时限、额面QRS-T夹角及血浆NT-proBNP水平均更高(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,NYHA分级(OR=1.137)、LVEF(OR=1.335)、QRS波时限(OR=1.228)、额面QRS-T夹角(OR=1.200)及NT-proBNP(OR=1.081)均是CHF患者发生MACE的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析显示,QRS波时限、额面QRS-T夹角及NT-proBNP均可预测CHF发生MACE(P<0.05),曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.658、0.924、0.842,三者联合预测AUC为0.959,敏感度、特异度分别为90.00%、93.59%,预测效能最高(P<0.05)。结论:QRS波时限长、额面QRS-T夹角大、血浆NT-proBNP水平高是CHF患者发生MACE的独立危险因素,三者均可预测患者预后不良,且三者联合预测效能最佳。

Microstructure and mechanical properties of Mg–Zn–Y alloys with different Zn/Y atomic ratios with or without artificial cooling (AC) extrusion were systematically investigated in this work. The results show that bimodal microstructure consisting of submicron dynamic recrystallized (DRXed) grains with high fraction of low-angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) and elongated unDRXed grains was formed in Mg_(98.7)Zn_(1)Y_(0.3) alloy with AC extrusion. The AC process effectively limits the growth of precipitated phases, and large amount of nanoscale precipitates were dynamically precipitated during the extrusion process. AC extrusion could effectually refine the lamellar 14H LPSO phases and inhibit the transition from stacking faults to LSPO phases in Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy and the narrow LPSO phase in Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1)-AC alloy which could promote the nucleation of DRXed grains. The AC extrusion significantly improves the strength of Mg–Zn–Y alloys. Owing to AC extrusion, the strength improvement of Mg_(98.7)Zn_(1)Y_(0.3) alloy is mainly attributed to fine grain strengthening, dislocation strengthening, and nano-phases precipitation strengthening. After AC process, more fine grains and nano-phases jointly strengthen the Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy. The Mg_(98)Zn_(1)Y_(1) alloy obtains optimal mechanical properties after extrusion at 623 K, with ultimate tensile strength (UTS) of 406 MPa, yield strength (YS) of 388 MPa, and elongation (EL) of 5.6%.
