16世纪朝鲜大儒曹南冥倡导和实践的"主敬"工夫,在其以"敬义"标宗的性理学中占有突出的位置,并展现了笃学力行、修道进德和博求经传、敛繁就简、反躬造约的特色。其"主敬"功夫有不同于前哲时贤的特色为:"以主敬为求放心之功";"整齐严肃",心肃容敬;佩铃自警、书壁为铭;"存心""穷理""以制事变"的思想脉络和"下学上达"的进学之序。曹南溟"主敬"功来源于《易》《论》《孟》《学》《庸》以及二程与朱子之学,同时也受到横梁学的深刻影响。

The skill of robotic hand-eye coordination not only helps robots to deal with real time environment,but also afects the fundamental framework of robotic cognition.A number of approaches have been developed in the literature for construction of the robotic hand-eye coordination.However,several important features within infant developmental procedure have not been introduced into such approaches.This paper proposes a new method for robotic hand-eye coordination by imitating the developmental progress of human infants.The work employs a brain-like neural network system inspired by infant brain structure to learn hand-eye coordination,and adopts a developmental mechanism from psychology to drive the robot.The entire learning procedure is driven by developmental constraint： The robot starts to act under fully constrained conditions,when the robot learning system becomes stable,a new constraint is assigned to the robot.After that,the robot needs to act with this new condition again.When all the contained conditions have been overcome,the robot is able to obtain hand-eye coordination ability.The work is supported by experimental evaluation,which shows that the new approach is able to drive the robot to learn autonomously,and make the robot also exhibit developmental progress similar to human infants.

A H_(2)O-in-zircon perspective on the heterogeneous water content of crust-derived magmas in southern Tibet

Geophysical and geochemical evidence revealed that certain amounts of water are stored in the Earth’s interior,and its distribution exhibits temporal and spatial differences.Recent studies indicate that the H_(2)O-in-zircon has a potential to reveal magma water content.Using secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS),we analyzed the zircon water content and oxygen isotopes in granitoids(two-mica granite,quartz monzonite,diorite,and granodiorite)from southern Tibet.The results are used to explore the diversity of water content in crust-derived magmas,which is also supported by the LA-ICPMS zircon trace element analysis.There are low zircon water contents for two partial melting products of the ancient crust(peak at 85 and300 ppm,respectively).Meanwhile,there are high H_(2)O-in-zircon peaks(435 and 475 ppm,respectively)for two partial melting products of the juvenile crust.The calculated radiation damage accumulation in these zircon grains is below 3×10^(15)αdecay events mg^(–1),suggesting that the zircon grains are well crystalline.There is no correlation between REE+Y and H+P,indicating that the mechanism of charge balance for water uptaking into zircon,in which the excess of REE+Y to P controls Hcontent,is not applicable to the studied samples.The degree of magma fractionation cannot account for the zircon water content variation,because there is no co-variation between zircon Hf and H_(2)O contents.Similarly,the degree of partial melting was unlikely to be responsible for the H_(2)O-in-zircon distinction.We interpret that the H_(2)O-in-zircon variation reflects the influence of melting mode(dehydration vs.water-fluxed)and water content in the crustal source.In the Late Devonian,dehydration melting of the crustal rocks was facilitated at elevated temperatures,which produced magmas with the lowest water contents.Water-fluxed melting of the ancient crust would produce relatively“drier”magma than water-fluxed melting of the juvenile crust.

Postfinasteride syndrome(PFS)is a term coined to characterize a constellation of reported undesirable sexual,physical,and neuropsychiatric side effects.In the present study,we conducted the meta-analysis to demonstrate whether the use of 5α-reductase inhibitors(5ARIs)increases the risk of PFS-like adverse effects.A search of studies published until May 10,2020,was performed using PubMed,EMBASE,and the Cochrane Library.We included randomized controlled trials with at least one comparison between male patients receiving 5ARIs versus placebo for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)or androgenetic alopecia(AGA),and identified 34 studies from 28 articles that met our eligibility criteria.In the random-effects model,the overall use of 5ARIs exhibited a 1.87-fold risk of PFS-like adverse effects during the trial(95%confidence interval[CI]:1.64-2.14).Regarding specific types of adverse effects,the use of 5ARIs had a 1.89-fold risk of sexual adverse effects(95%CI:1.74-2.05)and was associated with an increased risk of physical adverse effects(relative risk[RR]:1.31,95%CI:0.80-2.15),albeit without statistical significance.This meta-analysis helped to better define the adverse effects caused by 5ARIs.We concluded that the overall use of 5ARIs significantly increased the risk of PFS-like adverse effects in men with AGA or BPH during treatment.Enhanced awareness of and education on the PFS-like adverse effects are necessary for clinicians.

In this paper,in order to improve the coordinated tracking control performance for the speed and tension system of reversible cold strip rolling mill,a backstepping sliding model control strategy is proposed based on tracking differentiator（TD）.Sliding model controller for each of the speed and tension subsystems is designed based on backstepping respectively,which improve the coordinated tracking control performance and robustness of the system effectively.Moreover,the TDs are adopted to estimate the virtual control laws and their first time derivatives,which avoid the "differential explosion" phenomena during using the backstepping control,and optimize the controller structures.Theoretical analysis shows that the resulting speed and tension closed-loop system is uniformly ultimately bounded stability.Finally,simulation research is carried out on the speed and tension system of a 1422 mm reversible cold strip rolling mill by using the actual data,and results show the superiority of the proposed control strategy in comparison with the decentralized overlapping control strategy.

We investigate the impact of inelastic collisions between dark matter (DM) and heavy cosmic ray (CR) nuclei on CR propagation.We approximate the fragmentation cross-sections for DM-CR collisions using collider-measured proton-nuclei scattering cross-sections,allowing us to assess how these collisions affect the spectra of CR boron and carbon.We derive new CR spectra from DM-CR collisions by incorporating their cross-sections into the source terms and solving the diffusion equation for the complete network of reactions involved in generating secondary species.In a specific example with a coupling strength of b_χ=0.1 and a DM mass of m_χ=0.1 GeV,considering a simplified scenario where DM interacts exclusively with oxygen,a notable modification in the boron-to-carbon spectrum due to the DM-CR interaction is observed.Particularly,the peak within the spectrum,spanning from 0.1 to 10 GeV,experiences an enhancement of approximately 1.5 times.However,in a more realistic scenario where DM particles interact with all CRs,this peak can be amplified to twice its original value.Utilizing the latest data from AMS-02 and DAMPE on the boron-to-carbon ratio,we estimate a 95%upper limit for the effective inelastic cross-section of DM-proton as a function of DM mass.Our findings reveal that at m_χ?2 MeV,the effective inelastic cross-section between DM and protons must be less than O(10-32) cm2.

Preliminary Study of Photometric Redshifts Based on the Wide Field Survey Telescope

Coconut palm（Cocos nucifera L.）is rich in protein and consumed worldwide,coconut protein as a plant protein contains many nutrients and is beneficial for human health,but its allergic components also need to be considered.Therefore,further research on coconut protein is of great significance.In this study,nine proteins were identified through matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization tandem time-of-flight mass spectrometry（MALDI-TOF/TOF-MS）.Three proteins,namely,（1）63 kDa globulin-like protein [Elaeis guineensis],（2）63 kDa globulin-like protein [Phoenix dactylifera],and（3）glutelin type-A 3-like [E.guineensis]were initially found in coconut proteins.To further purify and identify the coconut protein,we used dialysate membrane and high-performance liquid chromatography-Ultraviole（HPLC-UV）to concentrate and separate the extracted protein.Two types of63 kDa globulins were further purified and identified,namely,P.dactylifera and E.guineensis proteins with 564 and 398 amino acids,respectively,were identified.SWISS-MODEL was used to predict the tertiary structure of the 63 kDa globulins and showed that the structures of the coconut proteins were mostly similar to those of vicilin.This work provided a feasible and simple separation approach for the isolation and purification of coconut protein,and predicts the structure of newly identified protein.

The Wide Field Survey Telescope(WFST)is a dedicated time-domain multi-band(u,g,r,i,and z)photometric survey facility under construction.In this paper,we present a preliminary study that assesses the quality of photometric redshifts based on WFST by utilizing mock observations derived with the galaxy catalog in the COSMOS/UltraVISTA field.We apply the template fitting technique to estimate photometric redshifts by using the ZEBRA photometric-redshift code and adopting a modified set of adaptive templates.We evaluate the bias(median relative offset between the output photometric redshifts and input redshifts),normalized median absolute deviation(σ_(NMAD))and outlier fraction(f_(outlier))of photometric redshifts in two typical WFST observational cases,the single 30 s exposure observations(hereafter shallow mode)and co-added 50 minutes exposure observations(hereafter deep mode).We find bias≲0.006,σ_(NMAD)≲0.03,and f_(outlier)≲5%in the shallow mode and bias≈0.005,σ_(NMAD)≈0.06,and f_(outlier)≈17%–27%in the deep mode,respectively,under various lunar phases.Combining the WFST mock observational data with that from the upcoming CSST and Euclid surveys,we demonstrate that the zphot results can be significantly improved,with f_(outlier)≈1%andσ_(NMAD)≈0.02.

A large number of reaction systems are composed of hydrophobic interfaces and microorganisms in natural environment.However,it is not clear how microorganisms adjust their breathing patterns and respond to hydrophobic interfaces.Here,Shewanella oneidensis MR-1 was used to reduce ferrihydrite of a hydrophobic surface.Through Fe(II)kinetic analysis,it was found that the reduction rate of hydrophobic ferrihydrite was 1.8 times that of hydrophilic one.The hydrophobic surface of the mineral hinders the way the electroactive microorganism uses the water-soluble electron mediator riboflavin for indirect electron transfer and promotes MR-1 to produce more liposoluble quinones.Ubiquinone can mediate electron transfer at the hydrophobic interface.Ubiquinone-30(UQ-6)increases the reduction rate of hydrophobic ferrihydrite from 38.5±4.4 to 52.2±0.8 mM$h1.Based on the above experimental results,we propose that liposoluble electron mediator ubiquinone can act on the extracellular hydrophobic surface,proving that the metabolism of hydrophobic minerals is related to endogenous liposoluble quinones.Hydrophobic modification of minerals encourages electroactive microorganisms to adopt differentiated respiratory pathways.This finding helps in understanding the electron transfer behavior of the microbes at the hydrophobic interface and provides new ideas for the study of hydrophobic reactions that may occur in systems,such as soil and sediment.
