马克思主义农业合作理论是马克思、恩格斯吸收与改造西方合作思想的基础上创造的,经过列宁的丰富,并在中国革命实践中创新发展。土地革命时期,湘鄂赣根据地合作社辩证地继承了马克思主义农业合作理论的合理内核,根据生产力尚未重塑的实际,延续并改造了传统互助经济模式。面对发展过程中出现的诸多实际问题,根据地适时调整了合作社的管理体制和发展策略,将合作社纳入革命序列,实现了经济与政治双重属性的有机统一,呈现出异于西方经营生产的中国化发展模式,开辟了中国共产党发展“共生经济”的成功道路。这些成功经验对新时代乡村振兴中以农村合作社为抓手实现“共生治理”具有可资殷鉴的历史意义。

Numerical studies of the Kelvin-Hemholtz instability in a coronal jet

Kelvin-Hemholtz（K-H）instability in a coronal EUV jet is studied via 2.5D MHD numerical simulations.The jet results from magnetic reconnection due to the interaction of the newly emerging magnetic field and the pre-existing magnetic field in the corona.Our results show that the Alfv e′n Mach number along the jet is about 5–14 just before the instability occurs,and it is even higher than 14 at some local areas.During the K-H instability process,several vortex-like plasma blobs with high temperature and high density appear along the jet,and magnetic fields have also been rolled up and the magnetic configuration including anti-parallel magnetic fields forms,which leads to magnetic reconnection at many X-points and current sheet fragments inside the vortex-like blob.After magnetic islands appear inside the main current sheet,the total kinetic energy of the reconnection outflows decreases,and cannot support the formation of the vortex-like blob along the jet any longer,then the K-H instability eventually disappears.We also present the results about how the guide field and flux emerging speed affect the K-H instability.We find that a strong guide field inhibits shock formation in the reconnecting upward outflow regions but helps secondary magnetic islands appear earlier in the main current sheet,and then apparently suppresses the K-H instability.As the speed of the emerging magnetic field decreases,the K-H instability appears later,the highest temperature inside the vortex blob gets lower and the vortex structure gets smaller.

The application of continuous natural fibers as reinforcement in composite thin-walled structures offers a feasible approach to achieve light weight and high strength while remaining environmentally friendly.In addition,additive manufacturing technology provides a favorable process foundation for its realization.In this study,the printability and energy absorption properties of 3D printed continuous fiber reinforced thin-walled structures with different configurations were investigated.The results suggested that a low printing speed and a proper layer thickness would mitigate the printing defects within the structures.The printing geometry accuracy of the structures could be further improved by rounding the sharp corners with appropriate radii.This study successfully fabricated structures with vari-ous configurations characterized by high geometric accuracy through printing parameters optimization and path smoothing.Moreover,the compressive property and energy absorption characteristics of the structures under quasi-static axial compression were evaluated and compared.It was found that all studied thin-walled structures exhibited progressive folding deformation patterns during compression.In particular,energy absorption process was achieved through the combined damage modes of plastic deformation,fiber pullout and delamination.Furthermore,the com-parison results showed that the hexagonal structure exhibited the best energy absorption performance.The study revealed the structure-mechanical property relationship of 3D printed continuous fiber reinforced composite thin-walled structures through the analysis of multiscale failure characteristics and load response,which is valuable for broadening their applications.

Using a behavior random permutation model to identify displacement grooming in ungulates

Behavior affects an individual's life in all aspects,e.g.,enhancing fitness,leveraging predation risk,and reducing competition with conspecifics.However,the sequential distribution of behaviors received less attention and is unclear what the function of displacement behavior is.Displacement activities can be found in vertebrate species but there is no formal method to determine whether a behavior is expressed as a displaced or normal activity.Analyzing the sequential distributions of behaviors in a natural setting may allow researchers to identify unexpected distributions as a possible signature of displacement activities.In this study,we used a behavior random permutation model to detect the presence of a displacement activity in the Tibetan antelope Pantholops hodgsonii and the Tibetan gazelle Procapra picticaudata.The results showed that grooming in both ungulates tended to be accompanied with vigilance,and the frequency of grooming after vigilance was significantly higher than before vigilance.A significant positive correlation between the scan rate and grooming rate in the 2 ungulates was obtained.We suggest that grooming could sometimes be expressed as a displacement activity in ungulates.In addition to providing a general method for further research on displacement activities in a variety of animal species,this study sheds light on the importance of a spectral analysis of sequential distribution of animal behaviors.Behavior random permutation models can be used to explore the relevance between any 2 behaviors in a specific sequence,especially to identify a myriad of unexpected behaviors relative to their normal context of occurrence.

The current research of state of charge(SoC) online estimation of lithium-ion battery(LiB) in electric vehicles(EVs)mainly focuses on adopting or improving of battery models and estimation filters. However, little attention has been paid to the accuracy of various open circuit voltage(OCV) models for correcting the SoC with aid of the ampere-hour counting method. This paper presents a comprehensive comparison study on eighteen OCV models which cover the majority of models used in literature. The low-current OCV tests are conducted on the typical commercial LiFePO/graphite(LFP) and liniMnCoO/graphite(NMC) cells to obtain the experimental OCV-SoC curves at different ambient temperature and aging stages. With selected OCV and SoC points from experimental OCV-SoC curves, the parameters of each OCV model are determined by curve fitting toolbox of MATLAB 2013. Then the fitting OCV-SoC curves based on diversified OCV models are also obtained. The indicator of root-mean-square error(RMSE) between the experimental data and fitted data is selected to evaluate the adaptabilities of these OCV models for their main features, advantages,and limitations. The sensitivities of OCV models to ambient temperatures, aging stages, numbers of data points,and SoC regions are studied for both NMC and LFP cells. Furthermore, the influences of these models on SoC estimation are discussed. Through a comprehensive comparison and analysis on OCV models, some recommendations in selecting OCV models for both NMC and LFP cells are given.

The spin transport was investigated in permally （Py）/MgO/Ag junction with lateral spin valve structure. Non-local lateral spin valves measurement was carried out to determin, the apin accumulignal in Ag strip, and the spin dif u^sion - length in Ag of the lateral spin valves was extracted from devices with the different distances between injector and detector. The experimental results are found that spin accumulation and spin diffusion length （2s） could be significantly enhanced in Ag strip with MgO capping layer, and those effects may be attributed to the low-surface spin scattering rate in Ag with an MgO cap- ping layer.

Objective To explore the genotyping characteristics of human fecal Escherichia coli(E. coli) and the relationships between antibiotic resistance genes(ARGs) and multidrug resistance(MDR) of E. coli in Miyun District, Beijing, an area with high incidence of infectious diarrheal cases but no related data.Methods Over a period of 3 years, 94 E. coli strains were isolated from fecal samples collected from Miyun District Hospital, a surveillance hospital of the National Pathogen Identification Network. The antibiotic susceptibility of the isolates was determined by the broth microdilution method. ARGs,multilocus sequence typing(MLST), and polymorphism trees were analyzed using whole-genome sequencing data(WGS).Results This study revealed that 68.09% of the isolates had MDR, prevalent and distributed in different clades, with a relatively high rate and low pathogenicity. There was no difference in MDR between the diarrheal(49/70) and healthy groups(15/24).Conclusion We developed a random forest(RF) prediction model of TEM.1 + baeR + mphA + mphB +QnrS1 + AAC.3-IId to identify MDR status, highlighting its potential for early resistance identification. The causes of MDR are likely mobile units transmitting the ARGs. In the future, we will continue to strengthen the monitoring of ARGs and MDR, and increase the number of strains to further verify the accuracy of the MDR markers.

Histone modifications play crucial roles in the pathogenesis of myocardial ischaemia/reperfusion(I/R)injury.However,a genome-wide map of histone modifications and the underlying epigenetic signatures in myocardial I/R injury have not been established.Here,we integrated transcriptome and epigenome of histone modifications to characterize epigenetic signatures after I/R injury.Disease-specific histone mark alterations were mainly found in H3K27me3-,H3K27ac-,and H3K4me1-marked regions 24 and 48 h after I/R.Genes differentially modified by H3K27ac,H3K4me1 and H3K27me3 were involved in immune response,heart conduction or contraction,cytoskeleton,and angiogenesis.H3K27me3 and its methyltransferase polycomb repressor complex 2(PRC2)were upregulated in myocardial tissues after I/R.Upon selective inhibition of EZH2(the catalytic core of PRC2),the mice manifest improved cardiac function,enhanced angiogenesis,and reduced fibrosis.Further investigations confirmed that EZH2 inhibition regulated H3K27me3 modification of multiple pro-angiogenic genes and ultimately enhanced angiogenic properties in vivo and in vitro.This study delineates a landscape of histone modifications in myocardial I/R injury,and identifies H3K27me3 as a key epigenetic modifier in I/R process.The inhibition of H3K27me3 and its methyltransferase might be a potential strategy for myocardial I/R injury intervention.
